Văn phòng nha mới sạch đẹp, máy móc thiết bị mới hiện đại. Bác sĩ làm việc có tâm và chuyên nghiệp. Bác sĩ cẩn thận và kiên nhẫn đã giúp người sợ đau như tôi không bị lo lắng sợ hãi khi chích thuốc tê, không còn cảm giác đau khi chữa tủy răng và bọc răng. Tôi bị sâu 2 răng hàm trong cùng 2 bên rất khó làm, khi làm rất mỏi miệng nhưng bác sĩ đã luôn động viên tôi và kiên nhẫn để làm tốt nhất cho tôi có thể. Sau đó tôi bọc 2 răng nhai bên ngoài. Tất cả rất tốt, nay ăn uống thoải mái, không còn bị tê buốt khi ăn uống, cảm giác như răng chưa từng bị gì. Tôi rất yên tâm làm răng ở đây. Xin cảm ơn bác sĩ và tất cả nhân viên.

Fantastic experience: Came here after issues with my previous dentist. Lobby is clean and comfortable. Service was quick and all employees from the front desk to dental assistant made sure I was comfortable for the entire duration of the visit. My first visit which included x-rays and a light cleaning took about an hour. Dr Christine was very gentle and thorough and made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the process. For me it’s going to be a long road for my dental care as I need several root canals, and I can safely say that I feel very comfortable coming here especially compared to my previous dentist. Thank you Dr Christine for explaining the process to me and for making me feel like you are on team Lisa to save my teeth as much as possible!!! <3

I refer all of my colleagues to this place for their dental work :’) Dr. Christine and her staff (receptionist and dental assistant) are all so kind and fun. They really know how to make their patients feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of which makes the experience less scary if you’re ever nervous about going to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Mint Apple Dental! From the front desk staff to the dental hygienists and Dr. Anthony , everyone was incredibly professional and caring. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit and explained every step of my treatment. I had a cleaning and check-up today, and the hygienist was gentle and thorough. I’ve had a lot of dental anxiety in the past, but this office made me feel relaxed and confident in their care. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely be returning for all my dental needs!

The dentist and staff were incredibly professional and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The crown itself fits perfectly and looks completely natural. The attention to detail was impressive, and I can tell they used high-quality materials. Highly recommend!!!!

Negative experience: Pros: Clean, new office. Friendly staff. Cons: Upcharging, lying, and gaslighting. My insurance covers 2 routine cleanings per year. On my first visit there, the dentist convinced me to pay an extra $75 not covered by insurance for a medicine to enhance the cleaning. I haven't been to the dentist lately so I accepted. I did confirm that it was optional and I would not need to pay every visit. For my next routine cleaning, I scheduled an appt for 1pm Monday. They TEXTED my phone the Saturday before asking if I could come 10am instead. I couldn't reach them again that weekend to tell them no. Monday morning they called to INFORM me to come to my 10am. When I said I could only come at 1 and never confirmed a change, they insisted that I was the one to request it. They did end up keeping my 1pm appt though. At the appt, the receptionist tried to get me to quickly sign something saying I need to pay $75. After challenging it, the dentist also stated that they could not do a cleaning without the extra $75 medicine. I said they confirmed it was optional the previous time. The dentist said they would not proceed without it. I immediately got up and left. I went to a new dentist that same week that gave me a great cleaning that never mentioned anything else needed. I also confirmed with other dentist and dental assistant friends after, that that medicine costs dentists about $5 and definitely not necessary.

Negative experience: Money Hunger office !!! Take a full mouth X-Ray, refused to transfer to the other dentist's office... or the owner until the insurance involved. Made a lot of fake information to make extra money from the customer and ins. Avoid... Be careful with your charges from this Dr office !!!!!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!!!!! Do not bring your children here. I brought in my 6yr old, she received service by Dr. Christine. She does not have the experience to work with children, my daughter was crying out loud and her and staff did nothing to check on my daughter, her assistant looked lost swirling around not know what to do. Dr. Christine continue to work on my daughter even though she was telling her it was hurting bad and I told her my daughter had history of anesthesia going away really quick (was told by previous dentist)Very upset with the service my daughter received. Wished the office would of been honest and told me they have no experience with children. As soon as my daughter was done she came quick to me and told me she never wanted to come here and to take her back with her other dentist which unfortunately we cant continue to receive service due to insurance coverage. We will not come back here worst service.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anthony Thuan Nguyen was my dentist. He was very good with me. I had a complicated procedure, but he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He even would message me daily to ensure that I am still feeling well and to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this dentist and this practice. It has been the best dental experience I have had so far. The office here is very clean and modern looking. The equipment seems new as well. The staff here is also very friendly and I’ve had an overall good experience coming to this dental practice. Thuy Oanh Nguyen.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here from a friend of mine. Very clean office, all equipments are up to dated. Staffs are super nice especially the manager there name Tammy, she works around with my insurance to ensure I get all the insurance benefits. I got my routine cleaning and teeth whitening by Dr. Ky. I was scheduled with Dr. Anthony but he was busy at the time. Dr. Ky did a great job on my teeth. I need an implant & will schedule back here soon with Dr. Anthony. Highly recommended to everyone.

Fantastic experience: My wife and Kids had visited this office 2 weeks ago. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Our Kid's dentist is Dr Christine, she is skillful and really nice with them. We got exam and some treatments after consulting with Tammy. Thank you so much for your great service.

Positive experience: Reception isnt professional...rude and always seemed rush. The dr is much more calm but know the there are 2 different drs. Dr. Nguyen is very gentle and kind but only works with adults. The female (didn't catch her name) dr. is apparently only there Wednesday and she seems nice but I haven't interacted with her myself... Reception needs to change attitude or get replaced with nicer employees. It just ruins the whole experience..
