Negative experience: The staff here is very friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciate. However, I have experienced significant scheduling and wait-time issues during every appointment over the past eight months. ​Most recently, my 3:45 PM appointment was delayed by 40 minutes, and I noticed other patients who arrived after me being called in first. Because of these delays, I unfortunately lost an hour of work. I highly recommend that management reviews their scheduling system or considers expanding their capacity to better handle the patient volume and respect everyone's time.

Fantastic experience: I didn't have any wait issues that others mentioned in the past. My visit was pretty straightforward and to the point. Personally, I have not been to the dentist in a few years and have had semi deep cleaning to remove my plaque and cavity treatment. Everything was explained clearly and procedures were straightforward. Did not have any appointment issues.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here, and the staff really did make sure that I was comfortable under their care, which is something I value a lot as a patient. They also provided me more insights and even confirmed something that has been on my mind, so for that I am in love and looking forward to continue my service with you all!!!

Negative experience: SCANDALOUS THIS WESTERN DENTAL LET ME MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE FOR 345 PM TODAY BUT I HAVE BEEN BANGING ON THE LOCKED DOOR SINCE345 THOUGH I PHONED 30 MINUTES IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM AND TO REQUEST THE CALL CENTRE TO ARRANGE THAT BUT THEY SAID SORRY THE LOCATION IS NOT ANSWERED BUT JUST GO THERE AND THEY WILL HELP YOU WHEN YOU ARRIVE. I HAD TO GET MY WHEELCHAIR OUT OF THE CAR NOW I-MUST RESCHEDULE FOR AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT ON THE HOLIDAY WHEN I RATHER SLEEP IN

Negative experience: The worst dental office staff, ever. They would schedule appointments to have me come there to talk to me They lost my dental work and told me, well we are busy. Would call me stating authorizations were approved and my insurance co said, no. They are not. They are waiting for the office to send X-rays that they never took. It's always been a bit off but this was as incompetent as it gets. A total waste of time. The dentists, awesome. Staff is ridiculous and incompetent.

Negative experience: It seems that it has gotten disorganized it usted to be well organize but lately i go to oppointment and they say dont it got move to diferent Day and they to tell me

Negative experience: The orthodontics are really rude, especially the elderly dentist man with glasses. There are really nice people there that are sadly working at a bad area. I do not recommend going here at all because they are just extremely rude and will ruin your entire day.

Negative experience: This place is a sucks.please don't go anyone there. The minimum wait time is 1 hour.if you take an appointment there you have to expense 3-4 hours for no reason.they never value the peoples time.such a bullshit.

Negative experience: We scheduled an appointment last minute for 4:00pm and when we arrived at 3:50pm, the doors were already locked! There was a sign on the door that showed their Saturday business hours as 8:00am-4:30pm which is also reflected online for the same location. It’s just disappointing for a business to not honor their business hours as advertised and not have a direct line to contact them in real time. Rather, everything is routed to the Philippines and there’s not communication with the location! Unfortunately, it was not a great first experience and therefore we will never get a first experience with them. I hope everyone else has a better experience, good luck!!!

Negative experience: I did not had a good experience there , my husband had an appointment at 10:30 we got there ten minutes before , it was one person waiting before us , so more persons were coming and they kept on calling them so we were there for 30 minutes I told my husband let me ask why they haven’t call you so he said no just wait so I did know 50 minutes pass and this lady came , she was filling up some paperwork and they call her In so I just got up and ask them why they haven’t call us and they said is cause we have a lot of people and I said there was one more before us and you kept on calling everyone that came in ‍♀️ so I said what is the problem ? Our insurance or what and she said no is not that then I said thank you what is it , she didn’t respond so I said you know what we just leave this is very bad , that’s what we make an appointment, so we just left , they always call us late but this time it was worse ! I’m very disappointed, this happen on the one on Euclid and Katella in Anaheim , so no , I’m not coming back there , maybe you can talk to the stuff there and tell them to be more courteous

Fantastic experience: I had a long procedure today, a crown, and I have to say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a dentist office !!! My dentist was so kind and patient and GREAT!!! She made me feel so comfortable and not one bit of pain!! So grateful for such a great experience!!

Negative experience: They are not accommodating. They are quick to finance and get your money but if you are not the correct color or family you are not getting good customer service..I regret starting service with this office and will never use Western Dental again after this!

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the smooth experience. The dentist was thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain each step, which I really appreciated. I felt like I was in great hands the whole time. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Negative experience: They take 1 hour break and I have to wait ..have appointments at 1.30 an open u til 200 that's no fair.

Fantastic experience: I went to Western Dental for my tooth it needed to be taken out, I was worried that it would be uncomfortable to do. But they did a wonderful job. It didn't even hurt. Everything about them was professional and great.Thank you Western Dental I will be coming back for a cleaning as well.

Negative experience: Look at their yelp reviews for honest feedback and don’t go based off the google reviews. I had a disastrous experience and only went because a coworker recommended and read the google reviews. I had a short-lived time here getting ortho treatment and I ignored the red flags and I can’t stress enough to avoid this place, quite literally at all costs. It’s a total money grab business, the person who went over financing lied and said she spoke to her office manager to lower the cost of my braces treatment, come to find out she was the office manager all along. They made it seem like I was the one with a tight schedule, but in reality they only have an ortho on Wednesdays, because they float them around to other offices. Also, I had a mishap of the ortho assistant not placing my band on properly and caused my bracket to detach. I came in as an emergency and the front staff said they can’t do anything. Only after insisting the bracket was scrapping my enamel, they offered to remove the bracket. I am a very understanding person but my patience was pushed to the limit. I ended my treatment because of how unhappy I was with my treatment. Not to mention the braces removal caused me a great deal of discomfort, which I let the ortho know, so I just muscled through it to never have to step foot in that office again. I’d honestly would recommend to go to an orthodontist specialist who will give you the best quality care because you only get one set of teeth. Do not put your teeth in jeopardy in a place who doesn’t pride themselves in their work.

Fantastic experience: It was a very pleasant experience. Waiting time was short, they were right on time and the dentist was friendly and jovial. All in all a very nice experience. The facility was very clean also.

Fantastic experience: The staff is really kind, i found my self really enjoying my time there even tho i do not Like the dentist, the main dentist was really up forward with what needed to be done with my teeth and was sure to make sure we where doing what i wanted and not what my parents wanted, but he still made sure they gave the okay to the process. Cons When we called to ask for information they told us that they open at 9 so when we got there we were ready for the orthodontist, turned out the orthodontist doesn’t open till 10. This would have been nice to know since i woke up at 7 to get there. Plz have more patience when you talk to a customer on the phone. Specially when speaking to older people who don't speak English very well.

Negative experience: Shortly after the staff stood over me and uncomfortably insisted i make a positive review on google while i laid on the dentist chair, things turned for the worst… just as the yelp reviews i saw stated. I called in to make a payment , and the representative offered me an account payout deal. Which I accept and they (western dental) accept the payment and stated the contract balance is fur-filled and the old contract voided … as they offered …and moving forward i can complete & finish my braces treatment. The phone rep then took my payment ( legally binding) and closed my account and booked my appointment. A week later i received a letter saying my account is paid off and thanks for doing business. Just over two months later and two visits later. I get a letter saying i now owe $1500. Once i called , i was told by the supervisor in the office that the employee was not supposed to offer me that deal. So they illegally voided said contract, but kept the payment (illegally) . They informed me that they will refuse service unless i pay them an additional $1,500 due to the mistake / account closing deal their employee offered me. I told the manager that the offer that was made is legally binding and by accepting my payment closed the deal (all on a recorded phone call) They ignored these facts and the legal contracts and insist i still owe them and they will not take off or tighten my braces as they agreed to do on the recorded phone call. Luckily i am a law student and have a lawyer on retainer . Taking legal action. AVIOD THIS SHADEY COMPANY AT ALL COST. They pressure customers in the chair to make fake positive reviews… all the complaints are the real reviews. I saw this happen to hundreds of people in online reviews when dealing with western dental… Now it is happening to me. With great disappointment… and legally violated. _Nicholas Cooper

Fantastic experience: My biggest fear is the dentist so I was already walking in here scared! The first person to work with me was Michelle, she did all my X-rays and took pictures. One of my fears was being judged for the state of my teeth since it had been about 10 years since I went to a dentist and Michelle was literally the kindest sweetest person and walked me through everything. The whole visit went very smooth and I want to thank Michelle for making me feel so comfortable, she was literally the best!

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience here. The front desk girl Desiree was extremely kind and explained everything, she was so thorough that didn’t leave me questioning much. She went out of her way to explain how my insurance worked without me asking. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the tech that did the X-rays and the one who did my cleaning but everyone was very nice and did their jobs.

Negative experience: Ive had nothing but terrible experiences at this dental office. they made me reschedule a cleaning 4 times because of their mistakes. afterwards, i was finally scheduled for a wisdom teeth removal. I arrived for my 10 minutes early for my 2pm appointment. they said that they had rescheduled my appointment for 9 am and did NOT notify me of this change. i even showed them a reminder text that i got ONE DAY before my appointment that says my appointment was at 2pm. i was to have a sedation for this procedure. They failed to inform me that i had to wear a short sleeve and was not able to eat prior to my appointment. the woman that i was speaking with at the front desk was very disrespectful and seemed to be blaming ME for their mistakes. once i get her name i will put it in. do not waste your time here!

Negative experience: Changed my 4 stars to 1. I have been trying to get my tooth fixed for months . Every time I schedule an appointment they call me the day I need to go telling me the doctor has left for the day . They also lie about making a appointment for braces . They get angry when I say I don't want braces. Why would they even assume I need them if I have never seen the dentist .Worst customer service ... I can not review the dentist because I can not even get to see him . This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. They close at 4:30 pm and the doctor leaves at 1:30 pm. This is the 3rd time they said the doctor had to leave early . Why are they making appointments and ruining someones whole schedule and day . I would highly recommend going somewhere else .

Negative experience: DENTAL WESTERN HAS SO MANY COMPLAINTS, YET I WAS DESPERATE FOR A DENTIST AND I HAD TO COME TO THEIR OFFICE, I JUST WANTED A CLEANING, BUT THEY SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T DO IT TILL I SIGNED SOME PAPERS, WHEN THEY CAME, THEY TOLD ME ALL THE THINGS THAT THEY WERE GONNA DO AND I TOLD THEM, I JUST WANTED A CLEANING, BUT THEY WERE SO INSISTENT, THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO ALL THAT STUFF. I REALLY REGRET BEING THERE AND I CALLED TO CANCEL EVERYTHING BUT IT WAS LATE. ALSO THEY ALMOST FORCE YOU TO APPLY FOR THE CARE PROGRAM. WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR MY TREATMENT, I HEARD MANY PEOPLE IN THE SAME SITUATION. I HEARD ONE PATIENT SCREAM AT THEM CAUSE THEY WERE OVERCHARGED HIM. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, TAKE THEM TO A DIFFERENT PLACE, NOT HERE, BELIEVE ME, YOU WILL REGRET IT. ALSO, I TRIED TO GET MY RECORDS AND THEY ASKED ME, WHY I WANT THEM. MAYBE THEY WERE AFRAID THAT I WAS GONNA SUE THEM. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACES. NO WONDER THEY HAVE MANY COMPLAINTS.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. They are unprofessional, I mean very UNPROFESSIONAL. Their office is dirty. Their staff has zero empathy, especially the front desk receptionist. They are unfriendly. I will never refer anyone to this office.
