Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with the service they provided. I had an emergency Saturday morning and was afraid no one would take me in to fix my 2 front teeth that I cracked the night before. They asked that I come in right away to see if there can be something done and lucky for me they did. In less than 24 hours of cracking my teeth they were able to repair them. They were so patient and kind as I was going through a tough time. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom teeth removed a few days ago with Dr. Lee, and honestly, it went way better than I expected. He did an amazing job. No pain at all after numb !! He took the time to explain everything so I didn’t feel nervous going in. The procedure itself was smooth and much less stressful than I expected. I felt comfortable the whole time, and you can tell they really know what they’re doing. The staff was also super friendly and made sure I was okay every step of the way. Recovery has been going well so far, and I’m really grateful for how easy they made the whole experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work, especially if you’re anxious about it like I was.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this office. They took a panoramic X-ray and the general dentist told me he could perform the extraction on the spot. However, during the procedure, I experienced extreme pain despite multiple numbing injections. Midway through, the general dentist stopped & explained my wisdom tooth roots were too deep and the extraction could risk breaking my jaw. He then referred me to a surgeon, something that should have been determined from the X-ray before starting the procedure. As a result of this incomplete attempt, I was with severe daily pain for two weeks while waiting to see a specialist. This situation could have been avoided with proper judgment from the start. I feel this was unprofessional and potentially unethical. Money should not be the main reason to accept patients and Patients should be referred to the specialist rather than being put through unnecessary pain.

Fantastic experience: Great dental services, they always treat you with compassion and respect. Front desk staff are some of the nicest I’ve ever encountered in a healthcare setting. Been coming here since 2021. 10/10 services.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had some really bad experiences with dentists in the past, so finding an office that genuinely made me feel comfortable was a huge deal. Dr. Lee was super thorough, helpful, and had such great energy throughout the whole process. He did an amazing job on my deep cleaning and my crown, and I really felt like I was in good hands. The entire office staff has also been wonderful. The girls at the front desk are always so welcoming and helpful, and the dental hygienist assistants are just as kind and supportive. Extra shoutout to Clarissa, Liz, and Angela for being especially amazing. Overall, this has by far been one of my best experiences at a dentist office, and I’m so grateful I found them.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I just walked in because my tooth broke. I didn’t have an appointment and so I figured I’d have to wait for the examination and then come back for whatever treatment I needed but no, that wasn’t the case. Dr Kim was able to see me asap and even started my crown. Now that’s what I call VIP service. My family and I have been to the office several times last year for routine check up and maintenance and deep cleaning and each time our experience has been fantastic. I’m glad we found this office because the staff is very understanding and puts you at ease and the dental work itself is top notch. The dentist listens to you and explains everything in detail to where you understand and it’s not overwhelming. I appreciate that so if your looking for a new dentist or even have an emergency I say call USmile because they will take care of you like they have with me and my family.

Fantastic experience: My husband found this place on yelp, its close by our house so I decided to give it a try. From the process of signing up as a new patient, requesting approval from insurance, setting up appointments, it was very smooth and fast, all thanks to Liz and Itzel. Met with Dr. Kim last week for a consult, although it was a brief, she was clear and professional of what I needed for the treatment plan. About to get a full mouth deep cleaning with Dr. Lee, will update how it go in a couple weeks.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the most unprofessional and disheartening experiences I’ve ever encountered at a dental office. I first came in as a new patient about two months ago and was presented with a treatment plan. I told them I wanted to hold off for personal reasons. During that visit, someone on staff emphasized that “My insurance doesn’t pay much for root canals” — supposedly to reassure me they weren’t recommending unnecessary treatment. That comment felt inappropriate and unnecessary, especially as I was still trying to process my treatment plan. Fast forward about 3.5 weeks ago — I called back in severe dental pain, finally ready to move forward. The office submitted an insurance authorization and told me it would take about 2 weeks. I followed up weekly, and each time, not only was there no update, but the staff made it very clear they were annoyed by my calls. I remained polite and patient, even though I was in constant pain. After three weeks of this, I contacted my insurance directly (on 10/08/2025), only to learn that my root canal had been approved on 10/07/2025 — and the office had already been notified. I immediately called back to schedule, and that’s when things got worse. Lizette, the office manager, answered and told me she hadn’t received any authorization. I calmly explained what my insurance had shared, even offering her the authorization number and necessary codes to help. Instead of working with me, she cut me off and said, “umm Jennifer you’re coming off strong, and I can dismiss you for this.” Let me be clear: I was not rude or disrespectful. I was a patient in excruciating pain trying to help move things forward. I reminded her I had been waiting for weeks. Her response? “I’m the office manager. I can refuse service to you.” Then, after I told her how unprofessional and uncaring that was, she said, “You know what? Good luck with your treatment plan. I’m not scheduling you,” and hung up on me. This office lacks basic compassion, professionalism, and ethical standards. They judged me for not agreeing to treatment immediately. They delayed my care, even after approval. And when I tried to advocate for myself, they retaliated by denying service entirely. I work in the medical field myself, and I would never treat a patient the way I was treated here. If you value respectful care and communication especially during a medical emergency, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I will also be reporting this office to the appropriate dental board.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming staff from the start! I am very nervous of dentist visits but they will make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m thankful to have been referred to them, I am at peace knowing that I am in good hands. Also Jacky and Liz are super attentive and will help make your experience feel safe and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? I guess I can start with how easy and friendly Lissette was on the phone handling my insurance info and working with my crazy work schedule to get my kids seen. We had the pleasure of being under Dr. Lee's care. He was so patient and explained everything to my eight-year-old who of course was very scared. My other two kids enjoyed the atmosphere and professionalism of the staff. They said the girls were funny and Lissette made them feel comfortable and like they'd known her forever.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST EVER!!!!!! As someone that’s always had issues with going to the dentist, prior to my current dental journey it had been 7 years since my last dentist adventure. I have been to 3 other dentists in the last 12 months and have had not so great experiences. As I have both a fear of dentists and a horrible gag reflex. 1 of the dentists told me they couldn’t treat me as my gagging was too bad to even try to manage. Positive experience: Honestly the times I’ve been here they’ve been really nice and friendly. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long while due to my panic disorder & when I did go to the dentist it was for emergencies only and I’m not going to lie I didn’t feel comfortable to the ones I went. The staff wasn’t like Usmiles where they greet you all happy and then when you’re back there they take the time to check in on you and see if you’re doing okay. Which I really appreciated it helped calm my anxiety. I found Usmile online and saw it was really close to where I live and decided to give it a shot. I believe I saw Dr. Lee he was thorough and explained what I needed done. I’m bad with names but the staff that has been there the times I’ve gone have all been amazing and really friendly. Def found my long term dentist here.

I HAD TO DO 2 PARTS DUE TO THE LENGTH*** The first time i came to USmile I kind.of explained to them about my fear of dentists (obviously not in this kind.of detail ) and how I've had some bad experiences, and almost from the second I walked in, they went out of their way to try and make me comfortable there. The doctor asked, and I told her about a couple of the things that had happened, and instead.of making fun of me or saying something like, "ahhhh, it couldn't have been THAT bad", she went out of her way to not only explain what was happening when one of my extractions didn't just come out like it was supposed to because the tooth broke up in pieces resulting in her having to do actual oral surgery to remove it, but they have gone out of their way to make every experience I have had there COMPLETELY pain free. Even the part i usually hate the most where they have to get you with the big needle to get you numb before the procedure, no problem. Quick, efficient, pain free. Every time I've had to go to their office, the same thing. They make me comfortable, they get the job done, and done properly, and they make the experience as pain free as they can, under the circumstances. And I have never, NOT EVEN ONE TIME, left their office feeling like that person that was in that car accident, like I have with so many of my previous dentists. The same thing goes for any time when I have had to see another doctor there other that my "usual" one, which was important to me since unfortunately my "usual" doctor had to move on to a different place. I was worried that maybe it was something "magical" about that one dentist in particular, but no, every other doctor i have had to see there has provided me the same level of care. I can't go on telling you how switching over to USmile as my current dentist has been one of the best choices I have made in a long time. I'm sorry for making this review so long and somewhat graphic, but I think it was necessary to help you understand what I've gone through so you can REALLY understand how much USmile means to me. So if you're a new patient looking for the first time at them, or even if you already have an existing dentist, I can't recommend more strongly than to make that appointment with USmile. You won't regret it. I certainly didn't.

PLEASE FIND THE 2ND PART IN A REVIEW UNDER MY SAME NAME PROBABLY PLACED RIGHT UNDERNEATH THIS ONE*** First off, let me tell you that im one of those people who have an irrational fear of dentists because it almost always turns out to be one of the most painful and unpleasant experiences i can think of. Coming into USmile Dental as a new patient I expected the same experience as I had with other dentists in the past. I don't know if I can even put into words what I go through and just how much I fear going to the dentist, but try to imagine what happens, let's say after a person has a horrible car accident requiring them to be taken to the hospital, kinda like those medical dramas on tv, where they have doctors working in them trying to save their life, tubes, machines, blood. The whole 9 yards. And you think to yourself, if that was real life that that poor person went through some TRAUMA. So much so, that person is gonna be scared out of his wits next time he's even a passenger in a car, let alone driving. THATS how I always feel after going to the dentist. I'm talking face completely swollen up so bad one time after one dentist botched an extraction of a tooth that it looked like someone had worked me over with a bat, another time something happened where they couldn't control the bleeding. I mean blood EVERYWHERE . Not to mention the pain, pain, pain i usually experience almost every time I leave a dentist, sometimes just after simple procedures. I can't even begin to tell you about all the "situations" I've had in the past. OK, so they've never needed the "paddles" to bring me back to life after and an extraction or root canal, but I'm that person after the car accident who is scared to get behind the wheel of a car again because I'm afraid of ending back back up in that ER again, cause let me tell you I've experienced some of the same things as that accident victim.
