Dr. Hidalgo and his staff truly make the care of their clients their first priority, and I almost feel like I’m in a posh spa with the way every single staff member takes care of their patients. My first exam was very thorough and Dr. Hidalgo was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Leann, the office manager, was upfront about any costs and I feel very well informed and in control of every aspect of my dental care. Fantastic experience: I was having a lot of pain in my tooth, and it was ruining my much anticipated trip to Disneyland. I called the office and they got me in for an appointment an hour later! They were amazing! Not that I wanted a root canal on my vacation, but I needed it and they did it right away. The staff and doctor were all so professional and nice, the price was very fair and I am on the mend. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would really like to express my gratitude towards everyone at Brilliance Dental! When I reached out online to book, I was contacted as soon as they opened their office the following day(I messaged after hours) and booked for that Monday. Knowing I was added on the schedule I went in with the mindset that it was going to be a while however they saw me at my appointment time and when I agreed to the treatment they were able to schedule part of it that same day and was scheduled to return to finish. At first I was very nervous but they literally made me feel right at home, they offered a blanket and other items to feel less anxious. Everyone was very attentive and caring, when the treatment plan was presented along with the cost it didn’t feel like they were up selling me. Dr. Hidalgo took the time to explain everything before the treatment and as the treatment was taking place which eased my nerves. By the second appointment I was no longer nervous to go in, they really do set the tone from the initial booking to the end of treatment. I am really happy to have found a dental office near me that provides such excellent care. Sometimes seeing 5 stars for business makes you a bit skeptical but they really are a 5 star office, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for a year now and so has my husband. We love every single person at this office. They are quick and extremely efficient. I also typically have to bring my children with me and they are so accommodating to them with cartoons in the lobby. Even when my baby was teeny tiny, Layla would would walk her around the office to calm her down. The front office is always willing to help me with scheduling around my mom duties. Dr. Hidalgo is the kindest person, always makes me feel comfortable. I can’t recommend this office more to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist for 2-3 years because I get scared but Dr. Hidalgo and his team took special care of us. It's a family run business and you can feel the warmth and the way they treat you feels like you became part of the special family (: I had to get a lot of fillings and I was pressed with time but the team went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy schedule! During the entire procedure, he was very attentive to my needs and the assistant, Pamela, was also super kind and knew exactly when I needed more suction. They're honest and upfront about the treatment plan and the cost and I love their transparency because they give you a paper with the full breakdown. I felt super comfortable not only during the intial consultation but also the entire procedure. Totally recommend this place if you have Delta PPO!! I already have my 6 month follow-up and I love all the care and details the team provides. Looking forward to my oral hygiene with Dr. Hidalgo and his lovely team!

Fantastic experience: Well my first time having not been to dentist for a long time. Great staff to gather info and proceed with xray and exam. I wanted to keep ball rolling feeling very comfortable with Dr. and explanation of treatment. I even got a homemade hot chocolate. We started last week and all went well. Round 2 this week and both followed plan and lots of progress made. I had to look into financing and they have that covered. I was not disappointed by anything. Great follow up by staff and highly recommend them for anyone alittle apprehensive of dental care.

Fantastic experience: I need to have a Wisdom tooth removal and wanted sedation but unfortunately i can't find an oral surgeon. Came accross this dental clinic and met with the Manager, the dentist Dr. Juan and Laura as well. Dr. Juan explained everything about the procedure. Doctor did an amazing job! No IV sedation needed just the regular numbing anesthesia and it works! No Pain! I would definitely recommend to anyone. My anxiety was gone the door! Thank you Brilliance dental! Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier that I found Dr. Hidalgo's office! They put a lot of care in service and cleanliness. Dr. Hidalgo and Laura extracted a gnarly root canal that has been bothering me for years and they were awesome. Sweet and professional people, they explained Everything in detail and made sure I was completely comfortable with the whole process. Shout out to Leann and Pamela who saw me in my last visit and helped in every way possible to get me financial aid. 10/10 no longer scared of dentist visits hahha
