Negative experience: Avoid this dental office, especially Dr. Han Case Overview: Issues: Potential unnecessary treatment, negligent restorative work, and iatrogenic chronic pain. Area of Injury: Lower right quadrant (Teeth #29 and #30). Current Status: I am experiencing persistent, significant pain upon mastication that did not exist prior to the initial diagnosis and treatment. My attempts to resolve this with the provider have been met with dismissiveness and a failure to address the underlying clinical issue. I still have no after-care but their non-sense excuses, VERY disappointed and infuriated.

Positive experience: Miss Tam and Ricky were very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns without rushing. I had a very good experience even though I was nervous about my treatment. However, I had a completely different experience with Hoang during a previous cleaning appointment. His condescending attitude made me feel uncomfortable and talked down to. He focused on everything I was doing wrong, dismissed my questions, and repeatedly asked "Do you understand?" in a patronizing tone. I had to stop the appointment and request someone else. Miss Tam and Ricky are wonderful—Hoang needs serious training on how to communicate with patients respectfully.

Fantastic experience: I went there for a cleaning & a review on some molars that I was told in another office “needed”crowns . Doctor Chung told me I could easily save them from a crown. She fixed my old fillings and now they look and feel amazing. Abby was my assistant and she was there making sure I felt comfortable at all times, I was a bit nervous but after having a nice conversation with her I felt calm and relaxed. Thank you!!!

They make everything quick with no unnecessary procedures. Everyone here is extremely nice and you can feel that they truly care for each and every patient that comes by. This is the best dental office I have been to and I would recommend this place for everybody that needs to get dental work done.

Positive experience: I came in for a cleaning and annual exam. My negative experience is mostly with the Hygienist. Every single person that came out while I was in the waiting room was recommended a deep cleaning, which is unusual but places get money from this so I’m guessing that is the reason for that. Expect to get a deep cleaning scheduled if you come here. My regular cleaning with her was so rough. At the time of my visit, I let her know that my teeth were feeling sensitive and she was not careful with me. She was so rough and when she couldn’t make me bleed, she poked my gums until she was able to. It took me a while to leave this review but today I received a spam text from them that I had already requested to have them stopped, which reminded me of my bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dental office. The 3 stars is for the staff and X-ray technician because they were great, I would give them 5 stars. I saw the doctor for 2 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Great place, great staff and great Doctor. Growing up, I’ve always been scared of dentist. I have a very low pain tolerance and I had a bad experience when I was younger. I told my experience to the hygienist and the doctor, they were very gentle to me and explained everything that they had to do. Doctor Chung is very caring, and always asks if there’s anything thats bothering me. Everyone in this place is very helpful and very nice. I found this dental clinic just searching on google, and it did not disappoint me. I highly recommend this dental clinic for eveyone. ♥️

Tooth extraction went well and we appreciate the great service at My Dental Center. We live in south OC so it’s a bit of a drive, but well worth the peace of mind knowing we are being taken care of by a great dentist and staff.
