Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk into the office until the time you leave, you're treated with kindness and exceptional care. I've never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but the team—especially Priyam and Rachel—made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly made all the difference. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Negative experience: The clinic was clean, well-organized, professional, and welcoming, but After my dental cleaning was completed, Dr. Zareh came in and attempted to persuade me to have a dental implant placed to replace a missing tooth. I clearly told him that I did not want a dental implant. Despite my clear response, he kept trying to convince me. I refused several times, but he persisted to the point that it became uncomfortable and bothersome. Eventually, I told him I felt uncomfortable and had had enough of the discussion. I got up from the dental chair and left the treatment room immediately. There are additional details that I have chosen not to include. However, I believe that business and commercial interests should be kept separate from the practice of medicine and dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Since we ve got here me and my mom that got upper permanent zyrconia denture . We ve been treated good and took good care of us since the beginning the staff . Cant wait to see the results and see the work .

Fantastic experience: Full mouth dental implants. Dr. Fallah was excellent. Throughout the surgery and for the after care as well. She was very attentive and gentle. She is a very skilled doctor and I can't imagine have this done anywhere else. Highly recommend. I want to add Myrna,Daniel,Sam, Raquel also are so skilled and personable and wonderful. Recieved my finals today and I have to say the staff here have exceeded all of my expectations!! If you are in need of any dental care give them a call. You won't regret it!

Mirna was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Angel was professional and friendly while taking my X-rays and helped make the process easy and stress-free. I also had the opportunity to meet with Dr. Zareh, who took the time to review my dental health and provide thoughtful recommendations for treatment moving forward. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how focused he was on helping me maintain a healthy smile. A special thank you to Rachel as well. She was the first person I spoke with when scheduling my appointment and was incredibly helpful in explaining the treatment options, costs, and next steps. Her patience and willingness to answer my questions helped me feel confident about my decisions moving forward. Overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality, professionalism, and care shown by the entire team. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kiana and her assistant Michelle did a great job in preparing my tooth and delivering my crown. They made sure that my tooth fit perfectly and my bite is even. They did such a great job that the only adjustment they did is to make sure that I can floss properly with the tight tolerance of the teeth. I was in and out of their office in a jiffy and I didn’t have to wait for a long to be seen when I arrive in their office. Thank you Dr. Kiana and Michelle.

Negative experience: I had a tooth extraction over 3 weeks ago and recently developed a painful sharp piece coming through the gum. When I called the office for help, I was told it was “company policy” that I could only see the same dentist, even though they are unavailable for several days. I explained that I was in pain and needed to be seen sooner, but no alternative solution was offered. What makes this worse is that each dentist in the office is only there 2 days a week. So if your dentist works, for example, Monday and Tuesday, and you have an issue on Wednesday, you’re expected to wait until they are back and have availability on their schedule. That can mean waiting days while dealing with pain, even for something that any qualified dentist could handle quickly. It’s disappointing that patient care seems secondary to internal policy. Post-extraction issues are not uncommon, and any licensed dentist should be able to address something this simple. Being told to wait in discomfort instead of being helped or accommodated is frustrating and not what I expect from a healthcare provider. I’ll be completing my scheduled visit, but I do not plan to continue care with this office moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Had my cleaning and exams lately. Simply put, Kiana is so thoughtful and knowledgeable, such a pro! The office feels welcoming, thanks to Mirna and her incredible organizational skills. Michelle brightens up the place with her bubbly attitude, makes you feel right at home. Overall, exceptional service on my dental filling. Totally recommend it for clear braces too, they made everything easy to understand and follow!

Fantastic experience: Other than a girl at the front that seemed a bit “off” to me (Wendy)? & clearly did not answer my question when asked “whats the name of the Dr that I’ll be seeing today”? She only responded, “ can you hold on a moment”? But, she never came back nor looked back to me at all. But, Michelle, who set me up in the room was clearly nicer & much more attentive. As was Dr Fallah & Raquel. Very happy with them. I’m still gonna give five stars because everybody else, that I was dealing with was very nice to me and very respectful to me and it was absolutely very much appreciated especially because of what I was going through due to my condition with my teeth and what was found out after the x-rays were taken.

Dr Hosn was honest about viable treatment options and willing to explore more options. There was very little pain after my surgery. The whole office works together as a team and their personalities will put you at ease. I love the use of technology for appointment reminders. I highly recommend this dental practice!!

Negative experience: I recommend seeking care at a family-owned local practice instead. In my experience, this location seemed focused on maximizing profit and treatment rather than prioritizing patient needs. I initially went in for emergency care for a damaged filling but dentist was unwilling to repair and only offer a crown. After getting two additional opinions, both dentists agreed the filling was too small to require one. This office also suggested I needed multiple crowns, which the other providers said was unnecessary and advised against. I strongly encourage getting a second opinion before proceeding. You will save yourself significant stress, time, and expense.

Fantastic experience: Had a recent visit for a dental crown. Dr. Zareh and his team are amazing. The care provided feels exceptional. They are really competent and do everything to make you feel comfortable during procedures. Highly recommend if you need any work done.

Negative experience: I went here for a cleaning deal I got on Groupon (a mistake I know). I figured out pretty quickly that this is one of those pe owned dental offices that are more interested in extracting your money than your teeth. The Groupon was a ploy to get me in their system. The dentists have no credibility to me as I believe their advice is to make sales rather than provide needed treatment. I feel bad for the dentist - I bet she worked hard to become a dentist only to have her professional credibility trashed due to the perception of conflict of interest. It was clean and the gals behind the desk were nice and friendly.

Evelyn was so compassionate and made me feel at ease during my first Invisalign appointment. She really is an expert at her job and made sure I understood everything.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience with Dr. Fallah specifically. Right off the bat, she was a doctor that seemed very knowledgeable and personable when I first met her. Being that going to the Dentist office makes me extremely nervous and anxious even as an adult, I was glad to see she was very kind and approachable. Time went on and she first treated me for a procedure that I desperately needed (she extracted a loose painful molar that became infected) and it was flawless. There was an incident I wanted to bring up at a later appointment in regards to another major procedure I needed to have done, one that I was very nervous about. When I arrived to my appointment, Dr. Fallah began by numbing me and prepping me for an extraction and a temporary bridge. Unfortunately, as I sat there waiting for the anesthesia to kick in, I did not see Dr. Fallah return. After 45 minutes in the dental chair, I had asked her assistant what was happening and he told me he will find out. The assistant left for about 15-20 more minutes leaving me in the chair for a little over an hour at this time. I did not know what was going on. Then another surgeon came in with the receptionist and told me Dr. Fallah had an emergency and had to leave the building. At the time, I felt very frustrated. I was severely numb, tired, and anxious for this procedure that I now had to postpone and it seemed no one knew what was going on until an hour after. However, I understood that things happen and this wasn’t her fault. I was merely frustrated at the situation. What happened next really surprised me and took me off guard for the better. A week passed by and I received a text from Dr. Fallah herself. It was a very lengthy, heartfelt message and apology about how things turned out the day she was supposed to operate on me. She went on to say that she was genuinely sorry for what transgressed and that this was a time where she truly had to leave everything behind and walk away. I am one to know that, as humans, there are rare moments and situations that can truly take place in your life where you need to drop everything and leave and it is beyond your control. I chose to forgive her because I understood. Dr. Fallah remedies this and provided me with a service recovery that changed my life. I chose to stay with her and I’m glad I did. My dental journey has transformed me and even though it took longer than it needed, it was worth the wait knowing that she cared this much to see it through to the very end.

Negative experience: Run. Do not walk. Run as fast and far as you can away from Townview dental care. Unfortunately, I had to pursue litigation against Dr. Ali Zaher & Townview dental due to faulty dental work and an unwillingness to repair my veneers. Despite having a court order to repair my teeth by February, when I showed up for my appointment today assuming to get the work done, he told me "yeah l'll do it but for half the price this time" When I informed him that we have pending litigation and that he's obligated by court order to fix my teeth, he told me flat out that he doesn't care and that he'll see me in court. Trust me when I say that dealing with these people has been an absolute nightmare the last couple of years. Unfortunately, for Townview, I will in fact see them back in court and they're going to have to explain to the judge why they denied a court order

Negative experience: I have been waiting almost 3 months for this office to give me my money back when I have not received any of the services listed on my loan. At first they are super friendly and welcoming I'll give them that and I get it I need a lot of work done. I am 22 and they quoted me 4k, of course I've never been to the dentist alone before so I thought this was normal and was really upset cause I had so much I needed done I signed up for the loan. HORRIBLE CHOICE! Immediately after I was like omg what did I do I don't even wanna go through with this anymore I need a second opinion at least before I commit to this. So fast forward now I canceled the loan with the lending company but now I'm waiting on this office to give me back my money. And I keep needing to pay the loan the 17th of each month and they keep taking my money even though I haven't had any of the services listed. I've called and they keep giving me false dates that I'm going to get my money back. I'm so tired of the lies yall don't even have a lot of money from me yet is only 300 bucks GIVE ME MY MONEY . Honest to god the people are really nice but this experience is TRASH, I'm so tired of waiting I want to go to another office and just get my teeth fixed. So if you have the money to spend and like a nice office this is the place for you but if your a brokie like me and ain't got jack squat DONT GO HERE!!!!

Negative experience: Do NOT come here for invisalign or any dental care. They will cancel your appointment at the last minute. They also do not keep up to date with getting your trays from invisalign. It took them over a year for 18 trays (which were supposed to be slotted for two weeks a piece). The math does not add up because here I am 14 months later for a treatment that should only lasted 8 months. Team will not explain anything to you, and instead will cancel and delay your treatment for nothing. Waste of 5k. Also, the dental assistant will get up in the middle of the procedure, rummage around in a drawer with his gloves on, and return to touching your mouth without changing them.

Negative experience: I refuse to go back to townview Dental simply because of Erica. She's deceitful, unprofessional and her poor ethic is appalling. The only Dr's that are worth their salt is Sam, Dr white and maybe Dr z but that's it. Erica not only lied straight to me and my wife's face in person, but lost or deleted my file after I got the first loan when she went on leave. Then her replacement couldn't find any record of the loan even though I had all the paperwork, I had to do another loan just to get the work finished which when Erica came back, took 2 years. It took 2 years because Erica didn't schedule me with Dr z, did return any phone calls, or emails, would routinely hang up on me once I questioned why she didn't schedule anything and especially when I was trying to get my money back since I was double charged. It took me and my wife going to riverside where Dr z and the lab is to finally get Sam (who is the best) to finish the work. It took 2 and a half years on a procedure that should have only taken 6 months. That is why I gave 1 star. The incompetence. All due to Erica and the lies, the laziness, and the inability to not take accountability. Even today she plays dumb and will hang up if I point it all out. And it's just sad that with all the proof of everything that has happened and it all leads to Erica, they keep her in charge. Please for the love of your dental heath and mental health please don't deal with Erica at all. They have 2 other offices which I have been to and both are 1000 times better

Fantastic experience: I had a very severe accident as a child that led to extensive dental surgery which had to be maintained and cared for over my life. I’ve been going to Townview for almost 2 years now and the care and attention I’ve received are second to none! Very precise, gentle, and kind. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean facility. Quick, efficient checkups without long waits. Friendly staff. All that you could ask for! Plus they have Sensodyne travel toothpaste! I was once offered a treatment that they said was covered under my insurance, come to find out it wasn’t covered, but the office honored the cost anyway

Fantastic experience: The office has a comfortable, waiting room and good music. The staff are friendly and make good use of technology to avoid redundant forms. Good communication with appointment reminders and scheduling.

Negative experience: Customer service is so fake. The office and company itself puts your situation off like you are a nobody!! They act all sweet and innocent to you over the phone, but once they hangup no work is being done to work towards a resolution. I've been dealing with a treatment plan refund for over two months now and still have yet to hear any updates. I've logged every time I call onto my notes, left numerous voicemails and even spoke to Erika the manager so many times, and all that I've been told is "let me check on that for you, I'll call you back". Two months later after nagging them I have yet to receive a call back and I call multiple times a week asking for an update. Its so ridiculous to the point that the receptionists know me by my voice the moment they answer the phone. Why should a patient need to be treated this way, being pushed off like that is ridiculous. It's so unfortunate that they have caused me to be sent to collections for a treatment that I won't be doing with them. Speaking of which, I will definitely not return to any Dental Views or Town view Dental clinic ever!! Note: There are numerous other reviews on this website stating similar claims, do not let this be you! Listen to all the reviews. People take time out of their day to write them for a reason.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned today by a new hygienist named Priyam. She was fantastic! Very friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have had. She was very thorough and quick. I sure hope she stays and that Townview Dental holds on to her. In my opinion, she is an asset to their office.

Negative experience: It’s a shame that they have a wonderful dentist Dr. Fallah who worked on my teeth. I have trauma from passed experience . Dr. Helped me with my anxiety and worked on my teeth. My cleaning was done by Priyam and she was wonderful also. Now the big part I’m disappointed and feel disrespected is with the billing department. When I first came to the dentist office, I told them that I was going through financial difficulties. The two receptionist in the front Gissell was giving me a 24 plan. Then Lordes gave me an other plan , I told them I could not do more that $150. They really know how to talk and convince you. Lordes told me my interest was going be $33. A month and it wasn’t going to change. I was in so much pain and recommend this place . Completely not true on how my payment was going to be . Guess what the two receptionist don’t work there no more. Week before my appointment in April I called to talk to billing , never got a call back . The day of an appointment on Monday asked to speak to someone they are on lunch . Called everyday that week no call back. Went on a Friday in person.spoke to a guy ,that was puts to be over Erika , because she was on lunch . He couldn’t help me because of APR my interest going to be higher. I feel like I tooking advantage of all they wanted to do is sell like a car dealership. You go in the receptionist tell you use are credit plan, . You go for help they can’t help you or that you need to contact corporate. They are easy to help you sign up and charge you a expensive bill. I learned not to trust no one have everything signed and in writing . I had my crown put on and spoke to Dr. Fallah that I would not be returning, she told me to speak to Erika. That was may 10, 2024 never got a call back. Very unprofessional billing department. Takes advantage of people . Should be more professional explaining to people about there payment and not taking advantage. Wipe there hands they can’t help with anything.

Fantastic experience: Townview Dental Care is a great place to get your dental work done. The staff is extremely professional and the Dentist are very caring. I would definitely recommend this dental office to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office the dentists The dental assistance and the staff at the front desk. They’re kind, reassuring, lovely, compassionate they explain everything to you, and I’ve always hated going to the dentist and been so afraid until now.

Negative experience: Usually my experiences are nothing but good; unfortunately that was not the case today. After being worked on for 3 hours I was informed just as I had made it home after an hour drive in traffic that a “step” was missed and the dentist needed me to return to the office. The only reason I’m eating the experience a 2 star and not 1 star is become the lady at the front desk is extremely nice and professional. But, my time at this dental office will be concluding as soon as my permanent crown has been put it.

Fantastic experience: Priyam gave me my cleaning today and I was very pleased with my experience. She was professional, friendly and communicative from the start, told me what she was going to do and why at each step, and answered my questions knowledgeably. She also did the cleaning efficiently and with minimal discomfort on my part (I have had dental hygienists at this office who splashed my face, or never used the water at all, or worked very slowly). I felt like she knew what she was doing and did her work confidently because of her experience. I hope she sticks around Townview for a long time!

Fantastic experience: First time here at town view dental care in Fullerton. Everyone is very friendly and the service is great :) I was assisted by Evelyn who was very easy to talk to and helpful. Highly recommend this place compared to any other dental offices I’ve been to.
