Perfect Smile Dental Care

Fantastic experience: I went in for my cleaning today. It was a very different experience than usual but it made me feel safe and I appreciated the extra efforts they are taking. The first thing I noticed was protective plastic guards in front of the reception desk. There was no sign in sheet so there is no sharing of pens. Only one person in the inner area at a time. They take your temp before entering the inner work area. They had me fill out a questionnaire on my health and past travels. After entering the inner work area you must wash your hands and gargle with a medicinal mouthwash before the dentist sees you. When a dentist arrives they are completely clothed in protective gear, face, hands and body. They even have a new kind of suction tube they have you place in your mouth to limit the number of people you come in contact with. I felt safe, protected and reassured that I made the right decision to keep my appointment and follow through with my annual cleanings. Our health is important on all levels! If possible keep your appointments for your dentist, mammograms, gynological appointments etc...Call ahead and always ask what they are doing to keep you and them safe before going in. As usual I had a great dental appointment. It may sound cheesy but I really wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 smiles to Perfect Smile Dental!

Negative experience: Money hungry dental office. The receptionist is fake nice and asks, “ how’s your day while typing when she really doesn’t care. They lie about what work needs to be done on your teeth to get as much money as they can out of you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Negative experience: I went for denture adjustment. I got an appointment they took X-ray and then I was told to go to the the dr who made my denture. The secretary knew what I’m there for and then I was told they can’t do it

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place, they are unlike any other practice with how much they care about their patients. So much attention to detail. Recommend 10/10. Dr. Agha, Dr. Nabelsi, Dr. Hamedi are the best. They do everything from crowns, braces, to smile makeovers. Ana in the front is so helpful, and Yosselin and Sarahi are so awesome chairside. Negative experience: My experience at this clinic was disappointing. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t give me enough time to understand what was going to be done or to ask questions comfortably. I also felt some pressure to do procedures that I personally didn’t feel were necessary. I didn’t feel comfortable with the communication or the attitude during my visit, so I decided not to return.

Negative experience: Posting this a few years later finally. I have mixed feelings about this place because although there were some kind employees, the service, and work done by the bad employee makes this a one star review. Had filling done here but the filling broke/came off a day later. I've been living with a hole/gap between my teeth for a while now because of their poor work. The reason I didn't come back was due to my complete lack of trust in them after and moving to a different state at some point. As someone else said, it feels like they did just care about the money and not really me.

Fantastic experience: The staff is suburb! The cleanliness of the office and equipment is worth noting. The dental work is professional and most importantly they are gentle and caring. Many times other dentist are somewhat painful with disregard to comfort level. Kind of like a get in. Get out approach. But Perfect Smile has never been that way to the patients. I have been visiting Dr. Agha for more than 10 years and have referred numerous friends and family! Change your dentist now and thank me and Perfect Smile after your appointment.

Negative experience: The staff are very kind, professional and efficient. Was a 5-star experience up until the actual "work" was done on my tooth. Dr. Agha spoke very nicely, but her work was mediocre and she was very rough. Had a filling done which she did very quickly, and it truly was a 'slapjob'. Even though dentists can build up the contour of the tooth nicely with resin to make it look and function anatomically like a real tooth, she just filled it fast like a smooth valley, even leaving one edge very sharp. With the metal gaurd she put around the tooth while filling she made a big scratch in tge enamel on the front side of the tooth... real sloppy. And when she filed between the teeth to smooth it out she was really rough! Even when I was pulling away she kept going at it. Cut my gum, and left the side wall of that tooth super jagged. Floss was getting totally shredded. I no joke had PTSD for a few days remembering her grinding away like that. Lol So.. there ya go. My honest experience. Thankfully I found a much more expert and sweeter dentist who fixed up all the aftermath.

I get my cleanings, deep cleanings, dental fillings and consultations here. They help find the best way for you to receive amazing dental care and work with you. The receptionist Anna always remembers my name and is super welcoming. I just got my cleaning, dental filling and laser therapy with Dr.Nabelsi with the help of Sarai. They were a phenomenal team and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the procedure. It feels nice to have a dentist that genuinely cares about you and your oral care. Negative experience: Price is really horribly high, paid $800 copay to take off one tooth with dental insurance. Also paid $800 copay for gum surgery with dental insurance. As for deep cleaning I paid $100 copay with dental insurance. I have delta dental insurance. They won’t explain how much copay until procedure is finish. This is ripped off. I will never go back. I found a new dentist copay for deep cleaning just $10. Always seek second opinion. They did not ask my primary physician permission for medical consent to stop taking medication for 7 days prior to surgery. I was bleeding for weeks nonstop. They are not professional. I could have bleed to death.

I've been struggling with dental anxiety for years and feared going to dentist and as soon as I figured out I needed a root canal I was terrified and just pushed it aside. Then I found this amazing place. They truly care tremendously about their patients. Something I thought would be so terrifying became so painless and smooth. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental care facility on this planet. Dr. Nabelsi performed a deep clean for me, she was so gentle to a point I almost fell asleep. It is an amazing experience. I was nervous but with Dr. performed her magic, all were disappeared into the thin air. Anna is also amazing, she assisted Dr. During the procedures, making sure that I am always comfortable, constantly checking to make sure if I need a break. Fantastic experience: I come back from TX once a year because I don’t want to switch dentist. Dr.N has the best bedside manners and she hires the nicest and most competent staff. Everyone greets you by name like you’re a long time friend. The ambience in the office is warm and friendly and I love that she’ll numb me for my cleanings because my teeth are so sensitive. It’s hard to find a good dentist and I got lucky here.

Fantastic experience: The absolutely sweetest and friendliest office! Ana is always prompt and tries her best to accommodate my hectic requests. Appointments are available in a reasonable time frame making it easy to fit into your personal schedule. As for Dr. Nabelsi, she truly cares for her patients. I asked her every single question and concern in the book. She sat with me patiently and never once made me feel like I was a bother. I'm usually terrified of the dentist, but she makes me feel at ease. She always finds the perfect questions to ask me during the anesthesia! A true master of distraction. 10/10

She took her time with me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process by asking if I was doing ok. She gave me insight on what was best for me and even gave me career advice. I can’t begin to explain how generous and caring she was towards me, and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the right treatment for my teeth without being worried about anything. Definitely would recommend for anyone that’s looking for a great doctor who’s both intelligent, and super friendly.

I can say sincerely, that their office is the CLEAREST DENTAL Office I seen or WORK with. (Use to be a dental assistant) I didn’t know they had another session to their office and when I saw it, I was SHOCKED . Immaculately Clean, all professionals and to BOOT they take ALL Insurance! Fantastic experience: Love this place! All the dentists there are great and are very meticulous when working on your teeth. Not to mention they never hesitate to answer any of your questions before, during, or after any treatment. For me, the unsung heroes have to be the receptionists. They make your whole experience so seamless while creating a family friendly environment. They always work with you and are very accommodating not only with scheduling, but with advocating for you if any insurance issues arise. Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews but I had leave a review for Perfect Smile because the quality of care here is unlike any dental office I’ve been to! I’ve never walked away happy after a dentist visit but I was so happy after my visit today! The front desk staff is amazing and I felt comfortable even before I walked in the office. Dr. Agha was incredibly kind, gentle and most of all detailed. She was patient, willing to answer my questions and she went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were very clean and I got the care I needed. So grateful I found this place! Fantastic experience: My experience at Perfect Smile Dental Care was amazing! From the second you walk in, you're greeted by Ana the front desk receptionist who is a total sweetheart! She made sure to answer all my questions and concerns in regards to my treatment. Then I was taken to my room by Maria who was honestly the best and made me feel super comfortable with the procedures. Last but not least, I got to meet Dr. Nabelsi who made sure to go over all of my treatment in-depth and took her time answering all of my questions in detail. The best part about this office is that the staff truly cares about their patients and wants what is best for them. Fantastic experience: Perfect Smile is the best dental clinic I've ever been to. I just left and am still dealing with the fluoride in my mouth lol. The staff was pleasant and agreeable and willing to share whatever information I needed! The dentist, Maisa, was a master of her craft. I have seen a lot of dentists, Maisa was exceptional. She gave me multiple perspectives and multiple solutions to my problems. I had a severe crack that was going to require a crown without a doubt, she, after a lot of inspection and deliberation on her own said she thinks the damage is not bad enough, after the gingivectomy, and we can get by with a proper filling. Everything we worked on this session is perfect, and I'm perfectly informed on how to maintain. Maisa even went back in after she had "Finished" everything, because she saw something she wanted to do in the after pictures/scans. I'll update my review in 6 months, but this is a stellar result. Truly exceptional.
