Negative experience: Original post below. After other visits, they did a root canal on my tooth, with a temporary metal cap. The next morning I woke up to an abscess. I called and they took me in the same day to clean the tooth again. The problem was they used too much glue on the temporary metal cap and couldn't get it off. So she drilled through the top of the cap, cleaned the tooth, and left it that way. I eventually had to get the tooth pulled. And when they pulled the tooth, cracked the tooth next to it below the gum line. I eventually had to get that tooth pulled as well. Now I'm looking at over $8000 for implants to fix their series of mistakes. 1st visit (a couple more needed). Knew I needed work done before making appointment, so consultation wasn't a shock. Very upfront about pricing and options.

Fantastic experience: Just went in for my first time! Excellent staff! They were super nice and got my teeth feeling nice and clean!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience. I called at 2pm and was warmly greeted by Valerie, she was immediately able to verify my insurance and schedule me a same day appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was again warmly greeted at the front desk. Gina took me inside and got my xrays done so kindly and she reassured me I was in good hands. When met with Dr. Parker she already had a plan of action and was able to diagnose and relieve my pain. She then sat with me and went over all the xrays and pictures to show me what was needed. A+ experience throughout the visit. I left knowing I chose the right Dental Office. Great people and a great environment!!!

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience in my life. Had my tooth hurting for weeks and my filling fell out months later. Please read some of the recent poor reviews on Yelp. The team is nice I guess but their work and the overall experience was horrible.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Sandra Parker for over seven years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her entire team. Every single procedure and appointment I’ve had has been handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail that truly goes above and beyond. I am truly grateful for Dr Sandra and all staff!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I chose Dr. Sandra Parker for my dental work. I am fairly new to the area and had the entire listing to choose from. I wanted a female since their hands are smaller and they seem to be more attentive, in my opinion. Her office is so friendly and nice but even more impressive is their efficiency and teamwork. I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist, which is probably why I need the extent of work that I need to have done. I went there anticipating a consultation with possibly a cleaning. Instead, I got a regular cleaning, 3 extractions (much needed) oral stitches and had my prescriptions called in and ready to pick up on my way home. She gave me a list of things that are definitely covered with my insurance, another list of things that may or may not be covered and a pricing sheet showing the discount if it’s out of pocket which almost guarantees I will have everything done. I am excited to know this isn’t going to drag on for months and already know her long term goals to keep my teeth strong and healthy for years to come. I’ve never been excited to talk about my dentist like I am right now. Soon, I won’t have to even say anything, just flash a big smile and it will tell everything that this long review has said.

Positive experience: Dr Parker was a great experience for me she explained everything to me with encouraging words. The staff and receptionists were all kind and helpful

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dentist’s appointment with Sandra and I couldn’t be happier on how she handled me! I had two crowns to be put on and she was very caring, compassionate and showed much empathy during the process! At the end of my appointment (it was dark outside and the office had already closed), Sandra stayed with me until my medical ride came to pick me up and she walked with me outside and made sure I was with the correct ride, which to me showed that Sandra went the extra mile to ensure her patient was safe! She has a nurturing spirit and genuinely cares about her patients and I’m very grateful I was referred to her. Also during my procedure (because I have sensitive gums) I needed shots to numb me and Sandra suggested for me to tap my fingers and she sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and I told her she was brilliant for suggesting that because I was more focused on the song and me tapping my fingers together than her giving me the shots in my gum which made the experience way more tolerable!!! :) I highly recommend her to anyone especially if you’re on medi-cal, because she trains her staff in a way that is particularly respectful to those of us (like myself) who receive medi/cal and denti-cal with respect and not a number!

Fantastic experience: Visited Dr. Sandra Parker’s office today and I’ll say was one of my best visits to a dentist in my adult life. As a new patient I was greeted by a warm smile from the front desk Lauren and then was explained what would happen today. I had a full set of X-rays, cleaning and then Dr Sandra explained everything that was happening w my teeth and we put a plan together. As I exited Fernanda explained next steps and made my apt. About as seamless and professional as one could get! If you’re looking for a dentist this is the place to be! 2 thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Now let me tell you this I have never been to a dentist office where the whole entire staff women and men Rock! This place is so great you want to come back just to get your teeth done and normally people don't like getting their teeth done! My appointment was at 9: 30 am. I got there early and in 5 minutes they started helping me. I could tell you how great they are but I'm going to give you their names all the ladies and men's names ,who make you feel at home when you're there there's Jennifer Renee Fernanda Alfredo Gina Lenice Gabriel Dr Gupta and Dr Parker. So if your dentist or oral surgeon is not doing it for you the Sandra l Parker DDS will! You can bet on that!

Negative experience: I could write a whole bunch of things, but I'm basically just putting this up there for knowledge and I can write more later All of my front teeth were taken out without my permission and they still have not called me to discuss it. Almost making it seem like I shouldn't be complaining.. The craziest part is I'm still getting calls and text to schedule my cleaning . As long as they're making money I guess they'll call. I was obsessed with this dentist before this happened and I realize what was happening.. I'll try to find a way to post the pictures. I need to cut my face out of them first.. sorry for any spelling or punctuation mistakes. I asked them for a copy of my file and they wanted to charge me $65 for it. It went from nice and helpful to very unhelpful and evasive.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! The entire team has been wonderful on every visit. The team works seamlessly together like a well oiled machine. I will be the first to admit, I do not love going to the dentist. Who does!?! However, this team does a great job of making each visit a great one. THANK YOU!!!

Fantastic experience: I have only been a patient of Dr Parker for a couple of months, but I've had to have some extensive work done on my teeth. Dr Parker has treated me with the upmost care and professionalism. Including dealing w my insurance co to ensure my treatment here is as complete as it can be. BUT, the reason I'm writing this review is because of the treatment I received while I am in " THE CHAIR " . Dr Parker uses care and concern for her patients when doing the numbing process, which we all know can be painful if you go to the wrong dentist. Dr Parker has numbed my mouth without so much as a slight pinch of pain. If you have children who are afraid of the dentist bc it hurts. You need to bring them to see her.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Parker. I have been seeing her for 15 years. I actually don't even live in Orange County anymore but I come from San Diego because it's so hard to find a good dentist and she is so wonderful. She is efficient, thorough, and always considers cost. Even though I am no longer a student she still plans all my dental work based on my insurance maximums because "why spend more if I don't have to." When I had bigger issues (had a baby tooth that would eventually fall out and need an implant) she warned me ahead of time with estimate on cost so I could plan ahead. She never recommends unnecessary things just to pad her bottom line (an issue I have seen with other dentists). I just love that she is so cost conscious and wants to do what is best for her patients. If I am having pain or concerns she fits me in quickly to get things assessed and fixed. I cannot recommend her more highly - both my husband and myself drive up from San Diego to see her instead of finding a new dentist - she is just that wonderful!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first appointment with them, I'm currently in the process of fixing my teeth being a new patient was nervous and had some anxiety before walking in and after I walked in they immediately made me feel at home and comfortable with them I couldn't have picked a better spot to go, great people, can't wait to see my progress after a few times of going back, my smile will great. Fantastic experience: This is a Dentist were you want to come get your dental work done for the whole family ! All the girls have great customer service on top of that Dr.Sandra L. Parker is really gentle with the procedure as well as her helpers Mia & Lenice.Its a really clean Dental office & it almost sparkles,thats how clean she keeps it too.Plus if you have kids she has allot of cool toys and gifts to take back home for the little ones.The kids well be happy and enjoy the dentist vist .She has a cool kids play room set up on top of that the kids get to see cartoons while they get there teeth cleaned or mouth work done .

Parker DDS Inc has been my dentist since 2018 I was referred by a friend who also shared the the same experience I did and I recommend any one looking for a dentist to make an appointment . I have Medi-Cal and everything was completely covered . When I need an appointment they always see me very fast. I also want to say that the lady who did my xrays was super friendly and did a great job. The staff there is awesome and I hope any one reading this to try and find a dentist gives them a call .

Fantastic experience: I can not be more pleased with my visit here. My concerns were all met with careful consideration and my fears were allayed. To say I enjoy coming to the dentist would be a lie, but I had a crumbling molar that I thought I was going to lose. I was assured that the tooth could be saved. My wife just walked in to see if this place could handle my emergency. I was in the back getting cared for in less then 20 minutes. Everyone was very kind. Fantastic experience: Our family loves Dr. Parker and staff! We have had such great experiences there. I was told by another dentist once that I was allergic to Latex but I’ve never really cared because it’s not an anaphylaxis kind of allergy. I could care less if they use Latex gloves on me, but the staff NEVER forgets to use latex free gloves, i swear they care more than i do. I don’t know how they do it but the staff always remembers who we are and who our family members are. They always ask how everyone’s doing and remember specific incidents like when my hair was purple last time I came for a teeth cleaning. LOL. Her hygienist is the best ever! She’s super thorough but also gentle. When I leave I always feel like a million bucks! Thanks for the clean smile Dr. Parker.

Fantastic experience: Sandra Parker is an amazing dentist and human being. She’s awesome with kids too. She saved me seriously thousands of dollars when my 5 year old son needed some work done and was terrified, so every pediatric dentist insisted that he had to be under anesthetic to get the work done. We took him to Dr. Parker for another opinion and she took the time to build a relationship with my son, and got him relaxed and to trust her, by distracting him with a kids video game, she seriously saved me thousands of dollars and we didn’t have to put him to sleep to get the work done! After that our whole family started going to Dr. Parker. Her staff are friendly, they remember you and your family. They all make you feel important and cared about. Her hygienist is AH-MAZE-ING! The list goes on! I’d give 100 stars if I could.

Before I found Dr Parker I had went to five of the dentists in the Orange County area I mean they was very unprofessional that office was not clean but once I found her she's the awesomest dentist I have been acted with in this County and she's also preside you would never have to wonder what they are doing they always explain their procedures to you yes her and her staff are the best.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most amazing dentistry experience ever! Front office, back office and the technicians are all kind and patient and thorough- every step of each appointment is explained to make sure I understand the process and my options. Basic dentistry is a breeze and Dr. Parker meets with you personally to explain treatment, insurance coverage and pricing. I’m extremely impressed with the extra options for my dental care- from Whitening to night guards and more!

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache on Monday and I called Dr Parker’s office early morning and was able to get a same day appointment in the afternoon, Dominique texted me a link to fill out the new patient forms and also helped me find my insurance information, I was greeted by her at the time of my appointment and she was super helpful and friendly, I didn’t have to wait very long because they already had all my information. Dr Parkers staff helped me with my X-rays and gave me a deep cleaning. Dr Parker was very honest with my and we went over my X-rays, she told me I might need a crown but referred me to Dr Tomkoria, Endodontist in Orange, I am glad she referred me because I didn’t need a root canal. I will be back soon to visit Dr. Parker to continue my treatment, I am looking forward to my visit her staff is kind and gentle.

Positive experience: The reason for the 3* is the dental hygienist. My recent cleaning at 5:30pm she rushed and finished cleaning my teeth in 15min, I asked her to polish my teeth, she made a big fuss. She did good the first visit, but the subsequent visits fell short. I drove 1hr (total 2hr) to get a 15min cleaning... I am going to find another dental hygienist. I still go to Dr. Sandra for other treatments. Dr. Sandra is the best

Fantastic experience: It was my daughters second time visiting Dr. Parker’s office today. The staff was super nice + welcoming. My daughter was so excited to be there. Dominique was the dental assistant for our visit today. She made it extra special by holding my 2 year olds hand while letting her explore the office, showing her the different rooms and machines. She even recognized how brave she was being and gave her a little toy duck/unicorn. So at the end of the visit my daughter was totally willing to take pictures of her teeth. Overall great experience. The scheduling is seamless office persons are always on top of everything and send you text message reminders. Negative experience: I've been waiting six months to write this review. Stay far, FAR away from this place. About six months ago, I came here for a regular cleaning. The dental hygienist did a great job of cleaning my teeth. It was very easy and seamless. She said I had beautiful teeth and when she was done, she walked me over to the dentist's office. This is where things took a turn. Without even taking a look at my teeth, the dentist tells me I have several cavities. When I questioned her on this, she brought it down to only one that really needed to be filled. How did we go from several cavities to only one? Why didn't the hygienist tell me as she cleaned my teeth? I continued to question her. I asked her how could this be possible when I floss daily and brush twice a day. She said it's possible it is a cavity that formed during my teenage years. I asked her how all my previous dentists would have overlooked this cavity for TEN YEARS?!? She had no answer. I walked out and never looked back. I went to El Camino Dental today for another cleaning as about six months have passed since this horrible experience. Within seconds the doctor tells me my teeth are beautiful and I have no cavities. I am so glad I got a second opinion. Otherwise, I would have paid for fillings I never even needed.
