Fantastic experience: We love Myra. We have been using her as our dental hygienist for 12 years and LOVE her. We request her every time.

Fantastic experience: My daugther is autistic, they were so patient with her. They did things slowly and not to overwhelm her. I would recommend to everyone. Candy explained everything to us before it was happening. I can not say enough about our experience at Children's Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: They are so good with kids wouldn't recommend anyone else

Negative experience: The dentist we saw, who never gave his name, told us to discontinue an antibiotic our daughter is on because “if she gets the flu and needs antibiotics they won’t work since she is on an antibiotic now”. That should tell everyone all they need to know. Please seek care elsewhere.

Negative experience: If I could leave no star I would!! Absolute worst and most unorganized office!!!! My daughter was seen there a year ago with insurance.. for the first month I received a bill for full amount called… they had the insurance put in wrong and I was told it was fixed then I started receiving a bill for $129 I called for an entire year.. at least trying to find out what insurance didn’t cover for me to be receiving a bill as to which they would say they would look into it and return my call. Never received call backs just the same bill. After many calls and each time being on hold for at least 20 min for an entire year I was finally able to speak to a manager who I guess finally looked into the problem and said it was a write off and disregard the bill. A week later I receive a bill from collections. Absolutely insane and sad! Apparently communication in this office does not exist for one…. sending a bill that no one could explain why or what wasn’t covered and two… never looking into it or passing it to a manager to get taken care of sooner. Curious to know if they have notes of each call I made to them in the system?? Not sure if they were trying to collect more money on top of what insurance covered or what but not cool to make patients stress and attempt numerous times to contact and find out what they are being charged for. I would have paid the 129 had someone explained why I was being billed and knowing insurance didn’t pay already hopefully it doesn’t ruin my credit especially because I tried many times to figure the problem out with no success from this office!! Be better do better people for your patients!! Will never return nor will I refer someone here!! I am not a complainer nor do I leave reviews often or ever want to leave a bad review but this was just terrible service

Fantastic experience: It was my first time bringing my children and I was very impressed and satisfied with our experience. They were able to get my daughter in the very next day for work to be done.

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend The Children's Dental Center in Merrillville. Their staff is amazing! Every person - receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant, dentist - treats the children and the parents with kindness and calm. They are extremely patient and explain to the children everything they are going to do and why they have to do it before they do anything. This practice also treats adults, so be sure to make your appointment with the pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: Terra is the best! The rest of the staff is always friendly. Everyone goes Beyond their job description to make my son feel safe and secure while he gets his teeth clean, which he hates!

Negative experience: Today June 17th 2026 my daughter had an appointment at 10am. The dentist was extremely rude to me and his tone with my daughter made her feel uncomfortable. So first he asked her if she had brushed her teeth, she then said "yes" he immediately after said "well it doesn't look like you brush your teeth" rudely. The nurse asked me if my daughter had any swelling that I noticed. I said no, that I wouldn't be able to tell. The nurse then said like a bump or anything so I said yes I seen a bump that looked like a absese previously but it went away. The dentist asked did a tooth come out where the absese was and I said no. He then said a tooth should have came out where an absese was. I then said no sir there is a loose tooth at the bottom but it wasn't linked to what I thought was and absese. Which I also explained to the dentist only what I seen in my daughter's mouth and that maybe it wasn't and absese but it looked like some type of infection. He then continuously mentioned several times how he dont see an absese in her mouth which I responded " ok " however instead of proceeding with the appointment he said it again. So now im feeling uncomfortable, and targeted. I decided to ask why does he keep mentioning that he doesn't see something that I had already said wasnt there. It was a week before our appointment when it was seen. It was like he's calling me a lie when im just here to get good customer service from a professional which he didn't display. There is a lack of integrity at Children's Dental Center #114 in merrillville in. He then talked at me and at the same time I was speaking so me and my daughter decided to leave and was also told to walk out the door by one of his female associates. We didn't receive any treatment yet my insurance was ran and we weren't allowed to wait for our ride in the waiting room. Im unsure of the dentist name but it was one of the men.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rutherford and all the staff at Children's Dental Center are AWESOME! They care about the kiddos & families they take care of. Their expertise, warmth, and skills of dealing with children & teenagers are AMAZING! I recommend them to all I know.

Positive experience: The hygienists are awesome! I've never felt this office pushes unnecessary work, which has happened at other dental offices. The only reason I don't give them a 5 star review is because I am not able to stay/go in the back with my kids. This was important to me when they were younger so I left to go to another provider. Their dentist retired and I came back, but they are older now, so I don't feel as strongly, but still. It would be nice to see who is taking care of them. I've never gotten to see any of the dentists at this office.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff are so professional and care about their patients. We drive from St John to go here because of that exact reason. We tried a few other offices in town and were disappointed. Moira and Dr Sidiqqui are so wonderful and do a great job with the littles. I wish I could see them as my dentist!

Negative experience: This office habitually scheduled my kids then someone calls afterwords and says they cannot see my kids after all. Because of my kids' age, they cannot be seen after 2pm but the incompetent employees keep scheduling my IDs for after 2pm. They are not capable of doing their job and I do not recommend this office to the most desperate person who needs dental work for their kids. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Saleh, hygenist Tara, and all of the staff are just wonderful. They’re great with kids and make those scary moments feel a little less overwhelming. We usually leave there with smiles or laughs. Special shout out to Tara for always going above and beyond for our kids❤️

Fantastic experience: We were very happy with the dental visit. Everyone is very nice and professional and accommodating. The doctor was very thorough and accommodating and friendly and answered all of my questions in detail. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Children's Dental Center.

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience in the hope that it helps other parents make informed decisions. While Dr. Sal may be technically skilled in his dental work, his complete lack of bedside manner has had a lasting negative impact on my children. Both of my kids now experience extreme anxiety and fear when it comes to dental visits, a direct result of their interactions with Dr. Sal. I fully understand that most children — and even adults — aren’t fond of going to the dentist. However, Dr. Sal has a way of making the experience significantly more stressful and traumatic than it needs to be. His demeanor is cold, impatient, and, quite frankly, not at all suited for working with children. A pediatric dentist should not only be clinically competent but also compassionate and gentle — someone who helps ease a child’s fear, not intensify it. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. He may fix the teeth, but he does nothing to care for the emotional well-being of his young patients. We’ve since switched to a new dentist who prioritizes empathy and communication, and the difference has been night and day. I hope Dr. Sal considers the importance of bedside manner in pediatric care, because the emotional scars he leaves can last a lot longer than a cavity.

Negative experience: For three years, I’ve been bringing my six-year-olds here for their every six months cleaning and check up. They’ve never given my kids x-rays. They’ve never actually cleaned their teeth. All they do is take them to the back dental hygienist. Make some note or whatever doctor comes in looks at their teeth, puts fluoride on it. They’re done, but guess what they’ve been billing my insurance for x-rays and cleaning don’t come here.

Negative experience: Maybe remove the "children's" title from the practice since the staff clearly has no patience for them.

Negative experience: Very unclear with scheduling an oh man good luck being on hold for 30 minutes trying to get a hold of somebody

Negative experience: One of my children needed a crown. It was too big and fell off. We were told when we got the crown to bring it in and they'd put in on for free. We took it back, and they charged us for putting it back on because they only do it for free if you have a certain type of insurance. Poor work, and bad service. I contacted the office numerous times, and at first they refused to call me back. Then they refused to help. On top of that, my child hates the dentist because the staff we worked with are not good with kids. They yelled at him instead of trying to calm him when he was frightened. Do yourself and your children a favor, and stay away.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rutherford is efficient and nice. Works well with my kids. I would recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: I would NOT recommend!! I would give 0 stars if I could. The first consultation the doctor we saw was not empathetic or kind. I was told that I could go back with my child for a procedure if I booked a 9am. By chance I had called to follow up on the future billing and was informed I would not be allowed to go back, it was only one person in the practice that had that policy (the doctor I did not want to see). After waiting on hold for an hour and the office manager promising me a follow up call the same day to see if another doctor in the practice will allow this, I heard nothing. This was also not the first time I waited on hold for such a long time. I then attempted to follow up again and this was last week, still nothing. I was told every time the office was short staffed. For a time sensitive procedure, I was very disappointed that this office doesn’t seem to take care seriously. I truly believe that a parent being with a child for a procedure should be a case by case basis and this office seems to have a very hard stance on parents not being with the child, be warned.

Negative experience: They were good with my kids. However, Not a fan of not letting parents be in the room when the child is getting cavities filled.

Negative experience: If I could give a 0 I would. Non of these people know how to work with children. I had my son brought in for his first appointment and the first thing they said when they got him in the chair was "Alright mom you hold his legs down. Dad you hold him arms down." Not even TRYING to see if he would cooperate. They had him immediately scared and screaming. Which my son absolutely would've cooperated because we had been practicing and playing dentist for months in preparation. Took him to a different dentist and they were wonderful. He cooperated and actually thought it was so cool to get his teeth checked. Thank the lord for the second place we went to. Never will I recommend this office

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this office! The staff are truly wonderful—friendly, professional, and caring. My son has autism, and they are always extra patient and understanding with him, which means the world to us. They take the time to make sure he feels comfortable, and I can see how much they genuinely care. I feel completely safe and confident having both of my kids in their care. I couldn’t ask for a better dental team!

After being bounced around from place to place trying to find a good dentist for my kids, I finally stumbled across Children’s Dental Center in Merrillville, and I haven’t looked back since. I bring all my kids here (except my baby, he’s still rocking the gummy smile ), and every visit has been top-tier. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the environment is super kid-friendly, calming but still fun. It’s not just about the cute décor in the lobby either; they really know how to treat children with patience and care, even my 2-year-old who is a whole handful. They had the accommodations ready without me even having to ask, which as a mom of multiple kids, is everything. What really blew me away is how quickly they get you in. I’m used to waiting weeks, even months, for an appointment elsewhere, but here? They get you in fast, and even better—they don’t waste your time. They get straight to the point, explain everything clearly, and offer solutions that actually make sense. No runaround, no pressure, just real care and real results. If you’re looking for a dental office that actually respects your time, understands kids, and treats you like a person and not a number—this is it. Five stars without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited this office with both of my toddlers, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire staff was incredibly patient and understanding, even as my kids were yelling and screaming. Myra, the dental hygienist, was an absolute sweetheart — she truly has the patience of a saint. Dr. Rutherford was equally wonderful: kind, personable, and never once made us feel rushed. She even took the time to compliment us as parents and made us feel completely at ease. We genuinely felt at home here, and this is the only dentist my children will ever see. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I took my son and daughter here yesterday. My son (Levi) is extremely scared of the dentist and the lady we had (I think her name was Andria? andrea? I can't remember) But she was amazing, She ws so patient with him and allowed me to try to talk to him before he needed to go under after he started freaking out in the beginning. She explained everything to him before she did it and he was calm and was even able after him cleaning to move right into a cap being put on his broken tooth. The process was nerve racking because it was our first time from coming from a bad exerience somewhere else. I am really thankful they not only were calm but allowed me a few min to talk him down and then continue. Like I said - her taking the time to say what she was about to do to the child before it was done was really helpful and I know made the appointment longer than what it needed to be but as a mom it was HIGHLY appreciative!!

Negative experience: This place deserves zero stars. After my daughter’s first traumatic experience I waited a year to bring her back in hopes she would be able to forget about it. The hygienists were having me straddle my 2 year old and hold her down as she screamed. It was HORRIBLE, not a normal experience. She had her second appointment today and I was asked to do this again, I said no because my daughter was already getting hysterical and was scared. Hygienists then came in trying to restrain her as she got more and more upset. Nobody trying to console or accommodate a child that was scared, this is a pediatric dentist place, how are they not better at dealing with these situations to bring comfort to children and not create trauma and a fear of the dentist. Finally when the dentist comes in, he wanted to put the device in her mouth to open it. She was still hysterical and ready to puke at this point so I told them we were done. The doctor took his gloves off and rudely left the room not offering my daughter a toy or toothbrush just a traumatic experience for a health service she’ll need for the rest of her life. Ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first dental visit here today! The staff and experience we had was wonderful! My daughter saw Lauren and she was absolutely wonderful! Before we left, my daughter went back can have Lauren a hug! I was very pleased with the visit and how they took care of my daughter!

Positive experience: It’s always a pleasure getting serviced here! I love the staff! My Dentist is adorable and Lauren is just THE BEST ! My children also love ❤️ it here! It’s the first Dental Clinic they haven’t cut up at . The only con is that they don’t play with time , lbs… they have no grace period. That part challenges me every time, because I’m late ⏰ for everything! Other than that, this place is hands down the best for families ‍‍‍.

Fantastic experience: Today's initial appointment for a toddler with developmental delays and sensory issues was a positive experience. The team exhibited empathy and understanding in their interactions with the children. The experience has been favorable, and I would highly recommend this facility for young children. One minor area for improvement is the waiting room, which lacks activities to engage children while waiting. A suggestion for future parents would be to come prepared.

Negative experience: Edit: MY HUSBAND JUST GOT HOME WITH THE PRINTOUT PAPER STATING THAT MY DAUGHTER’S MEDICAID WAS INELIGIBLE- maybe because the Medicaid number you claimed you couldn’t look up was NOT MY CHILD’S MEDICAID NUMBER. I’m not sure whose Medicaid number is on this piece of paper, but that is not my daughter’s Medicaid. My husband says he tried to give her the correct policy and she would not accept a copy of the card that he had on his phone and would not even look at it to ensure she had the right person- SHE DID NOT, my child’s emergency needs were neglected today due to an error by your receptionist- not due to a billing issue like we were told. MAIN POINT: she said their policy is that they cannot look up a patient and I never gave her my daughter’s Medicaid number bc at the time I scheduled the appt it was never taken from me. Absolutely horrible service- my daughter was taken to an emergency dental appt this morning that we had to wait 2 months for. I let them know the urgency when I made the appt. The woman answering the phones was extremely rude when I did schedule my daughter’s appt 2 months ago. I had my husband take her in today, and despite the fact that I talked to the state to make sure her Medicaid was good to go before her appt this morning. I don’t know how they got her Medicaid number, because I never gave it to them and the woman said they cannot look up a Medicaid patient by their name — according to her that is the policy of this office— I didn’t have the policy number to give her, so I’m not sure how she looked it up since she said it was against the offices policy … literally NO OTHER OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO HAS THIS POLICY. I am on hold and I with the attorney general, then I’ll be calling the state to let them know how we were treated at this office, and my next report is to the Indiana dental board as well- BECAUSE YES IVE DONE THIS BEFORE. And yes I’m doing it again. The complete lack of care for Medicaid patients is sickening. They ran a paper yesterday saying it was ineligible and clearly did not run her Medicaid again this morning before her appt- I wouldn’t have had my husband waste a 45 min drive if they said oh her Medicaid is ineligible. This office has neglected my child’s emergency needs due to a billing issue.

Fantastic experience: We recently changed over to this dental center. This was our third visit, and we are so happy we made the switch! We have had the same dental assistant every time and she is so kind and patient with my children. She does a great job every time and make them feel incredibly safe. My children literally look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Sal is great as well. He is very thorough, informative, and nice to the kids.

Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled on December 26th and arrived to the office being closed. This was already a rescheduled appointment as their x-ray machine was down at my original appointment. I never received any call saying they would be closed and received my appointment reminder text that same morning. The drive for me is 45 minutes. The staff needs to be held accountable for wasted time and money as we are held accountable for no call no show appointments. Someone needs to think about those who are single parents who don’t have the luxury of paid time off but still make sure they take their children to their appointments. If those who work at McDonald’s can show up to work the day after Christmas why can’t you? Or at least have the common courtesy to call and let someone know before they miss out on work or school. Please make the necessary adjustments, thank you.

Fantastic experience: We recently had our kids’ first dentist experience, and I couldn’t imagine a better place to do it. The technician who did x-rays and cleanings did a fantastic job helping our nervous kids feel comfortable and had some great tricks up her sleeve to distract them and make the experience feel quick and easy (coloring, fun conversation, and songs for the win). The dentist was also very gentle and friendly with them. Thank you for being patient and understanding of kids and being willing to work WITH them! I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I would personally like thank Dr. Tiffany Townsel. She’s a wonderful individual with great dental skills. I had a stubborn tooth that didn’t want to come out and she took care of me. She numbed me pretty good and I didn’t feel a thing. I’d highly recommend service from here if you’re looking to get dental work done. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. Thank you all ☺️

Negative experience: Let’s put a real review out here. My daughter who is autistic was taken from me at this dentist office by Dr Saleem sadduqui BY HER SELF, she is 4, they refused to let me sit with my disable child while she screamed and begged for me. They told me it was their policy and it I wanted to be with her that he would stop a procedure he already started. I am now seeking legal action against him, his license and this office. I have the whole thing recorded.

Fantastic experience: 5 STARS ALWAYS. This team is the BEST. Today my son felt so comfortable with them that he told me to wait in the waiting room while he go and receive his treatment alone. That's a First... But they do such a Great job with the special kiddos that this is the outcome.

Negative experience: Called and made an appointment and the lady was already rude to begin with. She did not tell me I needed a referral. It was supposed to be a regular appointment. I drove an hour to get there just to be refused to be seen. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude. The dentist refused to speak to me. And they apparently don't tell you everything you need to bring.

Fantastic experience: Great place, friendly, professional atmosphere, the Dr explained details for periodontal referral and percedure for further dental care regarding retaining health teeth. Fast scheduling, and continues cleaning. I always have a great experience.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at Children’s Dental Center. Instead of taking responsibility for their own mistakes and miscommunication, they repeatedly blamed me as the parent. I wouldn’t trust them again with my child’s dental care. Their unprofessional attitude, combined with the unethical practice of deflecting blame onto the patient, left a terrible impression. I would highly recommend finding a dental office that actually cares about their patients, both in action and in communication. Avoid this place at all costs.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. From the first phone call to set appointment to the end of appointment every single person did a great job.Friendly, compassionate, and very informative. I will definitely refer this place to everyone I know .

Negative experience: My child was coming in to get some work done, the child in the next room was very distraught. I get it, the dentist can be scary. After our visit we walk passed the child who had been restrained, with the doctor right next to him telling him “ I haven’t even touched you why are you crying, stop crying” while crying for his mom, the doctors entire aggressive demeanor and tone made my stomach turn. Your staff is standing around you saying nothing but shaking their heads at a young child who clearly is terrified and all you did was make him even more afraid! I was in such shock I couldn’t believe what I just saw and after that my child will never be coming here again! This is why they won’t let you back with your children. They berate and bullying behind close doors, go to a different dentist!

Fantastic experience: The children's Dental Center is a amazing place. The Dentist and staff is wonderful, polite, friendly, professional with children as well with adults. They get you in and out. The dentist is very fast. I would recommend this place 100%.

Fantastic experience: I transitioned my son from his original office in Chicago a few years ago because of the commute, and I must say I have no regrets. The staff is wonderful. They're all very professional and welcoming. They take the time to make sure that any questions/concerns are addressed, never making you feel rushed. One of the things that has really surprised me is that I have yet to encounter a screaming or crying child because they are afraid. Fantastic experience: It was the best experience I ever had in life the staff is very nice but the lady that cleans my daughter teeth Lauren Butler is the best even the dentist she works under is nice she really takes her time with kids and make sure they are comfortable this is the only person I recommend doing my daughter teeth she is the best

Negative experience: Do not recommend I’m pretty sure they were just racking on procedures for money from the government the day of my sons appointment they were trying to force nitrous oxide on him which is not required and also they don’t let you go back with your child for teeth pulling and a whole bunch that needs to be done i just left out i do not feel comfortable for him to be back there for himself when he is only 4 years old.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we have been taking our three kids to this dentist for years, but we won't be returning. I received a confirmation text/email/phone call a week before our appointment, and I confirmed we would be attending. The day before our appointment, at noon, I received a voicemail that I needed to call back by the end of the day to give our new insurance information. I was at work and did not listen to the voicemail until after the office was closed. I was not worried because we switched back to an insurance we had used in the past and had never had issues with the dentist accepting this insurance provider. I arrived early for our appointment and was told I needed to pay $1300 for the teeth cleanings or reschedule our appointment. The secretary continually berated me for not calling her back the day prior, despite me explaining she gave me only 5 hours to do so, and I was working. I could have been given a more advanced notice they needed more insurance information. She continually reminded me she was the only one working and did not have time to verify our insurance information that day. Then told me she could not get in for a reschedule until late August, after my three kids were back in school. I found it very ironic she was telling me how she didn't have time in her workday to verify our insurance, but I was expected to stop my workday to call her back immediately. She was rude and dismissive. In the future, if the staff needs advanced notice about insurance providers, they should give longer than a 5hour notice to provide them with the information they need.

Negative experience: They are terrible when it comes to children with behavioral issues after discussing with them what was going on and how my child responds to certain things. We gave them a chance hoping they would fix the issues he had with his teeth but after our second appointment he had brusies all over his face and arms and we had to take him to Riley’s for them to tell us how bad they messed up my child’s teeth even more and my child had to have surgery to get tons of work done. Thankful we went to Riley’s and got the problems fixed that they caused. If you can get into Riley’s dental area do it you will love it and STEER FAR FROM Children’s DENTAL CENTER MERRILLVILLE LOCATION TO BE EXACT

Negative experience: They are very rude to the children. My brother was upset because he was scared of the xray, mind you he is 4. He was crying and clearly upset, and one of the ladies kept telling him “you’re such a bad behaved child”. Definitely would not recommend.

Negative experience: My daughter had a very traumatice time there...the medical staff was very unprofessional and not concerned with my daughter's special needs. My daughter has bruises and a scratch on her face! Never again!

Negative experience: I’m unsure how any of these women have jobs. Right off the bat they start being racist towards my mother saying “you know she doesn’t understand a word that you’re saying because she’s probably one of those Mexicans that needs a translator” my mother speaks fluent English. My 4 year old brother was scared of the x-ray machine and wanted to sit on my sister’s lap. The bigger older lady says that’s not necessary and that they’re just gonna use a “small blanket” to hold his hands down so he doesn’t fight them. My sister went back with him because he didn’t want to be alone. She was later told to leave the room and as she’s walking out they’re strapping him down to a board with a straight jacket. My mother wanted them to stop and the bigger older lady gets mad and yells not knowing my mother was in the door frame. While she was in the door frame another worker was trying to block her view of what they did to her 4 year old son. I’m just confused on how they think it’s okay to tell a mother that they’re putting a “small blanket” over her sons hands and then proceeding to strap him to a board using a straight jacket. Absolutely scarred him for life.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this place enough, they are the best! Tiffany and Mayra at front desk provide amazing customer service and all of the dentists and staff were so friendly and made us feel comfortable!

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old came for her first ever experience and she was very scared . Ms Terry made the experience worth while . She talk her through every step & help build her confidence. We will be back

Fantastic experience: My son has multiple disabilities and is non-verbal so I was not sure how this would go. We were asked if we would be ok with using a papoose restraint and said yes. The staff was excellent and very caring. My son’s teeth got cleaned quickly and thoroughly-yea!! My son didn’t like being restrained, but it was better (in my experience) than having to go under anesthesia. I am thankful for the staff and their expert care of my son. !!

Negative experience: Took my son in yesterday spent 400 on a filling. Noticed his lip swollen that night no biggie probably from the Novacaine. Noticed the inside of his lip had a huge greenish white patch. Called the office WOMAN WAS RUDE AS HECK. Cut me off before I could get out what I wanted to say. This is my 4 year old nobody explained to me what a bite could look like I was trying to find out information!!! I am finding a new dentist

Fantastic experience: First visit I'm so grateful I found this place amazing staff and Doctor very patient with the kids explained everything short wait time love it I finally found my kids a permanent dentist.

Negative experience: This place is absolutely terrible! They told my daughter that she needed a bunch of work that was never needed (got a 2nd and 3rd) opinion. They billed my insurance for a tooth that was never taken out. They were rude and standoffish. Terrible customer service. Made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. Will never go back here again!
