Fantastic experience: As soon as you enter the reception office staff members greet you and make you feel welcome. You are treated as a valued patient and not as a billable account. I had a very complicated root canal to prep for a crown. Dr. Bill's attention to detail and steady hands made this difficult procedure a painless experience. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Negative experience: My husband had a broken moler. I called and specifically asked if his insurance AND secondary were accepted. I was told yes. Appointment next day, He was examined and of course told an extraction. He asked the amount and inquired again about insurance. Was told not more than $400 since it was a "simple extraction" she did a great job (I was in the room with him) He was scheduled for a cleaning 2 weeks later and we recieved a bill. Over $400! With both insurance companies, we have $0 When I inquired about this bill, was told only 1 of his insurance companies they accept. I was told by billing that the Dentist should not have said any price because she doesn't know the amounts. The dentist actually inquired and came back with the total. So we have a bill of over $400 now for an extraction that should have cost zero had they been honest about insurance companies. I'm not happy at all with the office portion of this practice.

Fantastic experience: Being referred to Anderson Dental was a true blessing. Dr. Bill and all employees are wonderful people. I never have to wait past my appointment time to be seen. Give them a try, I guarantee you will have no regrets.

Negative experience: If you have marketplace insurance, don't bother! You will automatically be turned away! My cash isn't even good enough because I hold marketplace insurance!! I only give 1 star cause this won't post with none!!

Fantastic experience: All three of my children have been going here for many many years. The oldest is now 19 and the youngest is 10. I also have a child with autism. They are fantastic with all three of my children. Everyone is friendly and patient. The facility is clean and comfortable, and most importantly, the work they do is outstanding. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bill and his staff are absolutely amazing. They all care so much or your wellbeing and comfort. I was a nervous wreck when going to get a tooth pulled and prepared for an implant. He was very gentle, continually made sure I was ok and gave me everything I needed so i would not feel any pain. He explained, in detail, what to expect about the implant and how to care for the area that the tooth was pulled from. I would highly recommend him. Thanks, once again, for the exceptional care.

They were very friendly I felt very welcomed and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Anderson is phenomenal he was so patient and caring, he was very gentle and took the time to explain everything to me through and through. I have told everyone I know to give them a try. If you are looking for a good dentist this is it I promise!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to! I've had a lifelong fear of the dentist, but have absolutely no issues going to Dr. Bill. He and all the staff are genuinely caring and patient. He takes his time during your appointment, makes sure you're comfortable, and explains everything very well. My only (joking) complaint is that he asks "Are you doing ok?" entirely too often while I have tools in my mouth. My kids look forward to their dentist appointments here, and actually argue over who gets to go first, because they both want the first turn.

Even the front office greet me so nicely and are extremely friendly! I love the top notch quality excellent care they provide me and even more love the family atmosphere! Love all the fun conversations with my hygienist and the tips she has given me helping with my teeth. They have treated me wonderfully and have done excellent work with my teeth for years!! Fantastic experience: Went in to start my SureSmile clear aligners. Dr. Anderson did a great job of explaining what was going to be done and checking in to make sure I was ok. Miranda did the same while she attached the "buttons" for the aligners to hold onto. Highly recommend this office and take advantage of any promotions they are doing (which I did).
