Fantastic experience: Dr. Ladd and his staff are the best. I have been bringing my boys to him since they were little! His hygienists are thorough, and he has always been very knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Doesn’t take Hoosier Health wise. Sucks because before their dads insurance got taken they loved coming here…

Fantastic experience: As a dental hygienist, I had heard many positive things about this pediatric dental office over the years, so I decided to bring my children here for their dental care. Our two experiences have been very positive! The office is welcoming, and everyone we have interacted with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. The staff does a great job creating a comfortable environment for children and parents alike. I especially appreciated the care Dr. Ladd provided to my son, who has ADHD and was feeling a little nervous about his appointment. The doctor was patient and understanding, helping him feel at ease throughout the visit. It’s easy to understand why this practice has such a strong reputation in the community. We are grateful for the care we’ve received and would recommend this office to other families looking for a pediatric dentist. As both a parent and a dental professional, I will continue to recommend this practice to friends and family, as well as to patients I encounter who may be looking for a trusted pediatric dental provider! They also keep him with the same hygienist so he is comfortable. The front office staff are so kind, they noticed my son's appointment was not with his regular hygienist and helped change the appointment to make him more comfortable

Negative experience: I missed my son’s appointment due to them telling me I could not bring anyone else in because of covid and I have smaller childen and I told them that on the phone! So when I called to reschedule once things calmed down they told me they could no longer see him because we missed ONE appointment and it was policy! Pretty unprofessional when it comes to Moms with other kids and no sitters! How can you be a pediatric office yet not accommodate to kids?!? Also suggested me leaving them in the car!

Fantastic experience: We've had 2 experiences with Dr. Ladd. Each time have been wonderful. He is an excellent dentist. My son is always nervous about the dentist, but his last experience at Dr. Ladd's office was super smooth. Dr. Ladd was thoughtful, caring and patient. His bedside manner is fantastic. The office workers and assistants were amazing as well!

Negative experience: Spent less than 1 minute in the room with my son and was visibly annoyed that my 3 year old who’s never met him was upset during the visit. Told me that they couldn’t fix the cavity we were referred to them for. Poor bedside manner, expected more from a pediatric dental office!

Positive experience: The entire office is great! We love Dr. Ladd and all hygienists that we’ve had so far. The only struggle is trying to sit with two kids at the same time when they aren’t next to each other. Other than that, I have had only great things to say! The environment is warm and welcoming and the experience is as kind/gentle as it can be.

Fantastic experience: I hate how forgettable iam about names but i loved the hygienist who took care of my son. She did an amazing job at making him feel comfortable. She talked him through the whole cleaning; very kind, gentle and informative. 10/10 Definitely recommend this pediatric dentist.

Positive experience: Every part of our experience was great until it came to the billing process. Our insurance covered a decent amount but they required payment up front on estimated costs. Our HRA does not authorize pre-payments so we utilized care credit. Once we decided to utilize CC, their entire tone changed & they opted to not charge our CC account until all work was completed & payments from insurance were received. Communication from their office staff regarding payments/billing via email and text was rude & unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: After a recommendation from a fellow mom - I made an appointment for each of my 3 children to see Dr. Ladd. Everyone was so kind, the facility was clean and inviting, and everyone was very knowledgeable. I even credit Dr. Ladd with my youngest coming home and no longer wanting her pacifier simply because "the doctor said I'm a big girl now." Thank you to Dr. Ladd and his team for being so great!

Fantastic experience: My baby has extreme doctor anxiety and she was completely at ease from the moment she walked in. She read some books, climbed some of the soft furniture and was completely comfortable by the time she went back. They were so gentle and loving that she let them do everything they needed to without a peep. Truly an amazing sight to see. Even the lady on the phone was great when I was feeling out information. She was the only one to give insight out 8 dentists offices in my insurance.

From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were warm and friendly, the dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful in explaining what she was going to do and made my children comfortable. Dr. Ladd is thorough and does an excellent job explaining thoughts and tips for ensuring good dental care. My children loved getting new tooth brushes, glossers, & stickers. Edited to add: we have been going to Dr. Ladd for 2 years now and absolutely love Dr. Ladd & his staff!

Office is filled w kid decorations such as Toy Story, Marvel Comics, etc. To make place fun and friendly for kids. My son loves going and has a smile leaving. Affordable and has early morning appointments.

Fantastic experience: We took my toddler here for her first time to the dentist and they were patient and super great with her. She hates her teeth brushed and they did it without a problem. I went to them as a kid as well and I do not remember ever being scared of going to the dentist. Love their no cavity wall, and their awesome painted rooms. The receptionist was super sweet, I had called 3 other dentists trying to find my daughter a dentist nearby and until I called this office I had not spoken to someone who wasn't rude. We drive 40 minutes but it's worth it. Doctor Ladd is a great doctor, and it's very cool my daughter has the same dentist I did as a kid.

Negative experience: The dentist is awesome ! Great guy wonderful dentist . The problem here is the front desk staff . Was asked when trying to reschedule an appointment for my daughter which appointment is “more important, my prenatal check up or my daughters cleaning? “ The lady at the front with the short blonde hair is horrible , rude and VERY unprofessional! Then told me “good luck” finding another dentist !

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Ladd. We had to go somewhere else for a little over a year and when we returned, my one daughter had a large enough cavity that the other pace should have seen by that point since I take them every six months. She now has to have a cap put on.

Negative experience: Run away from this Dentist his a thief. His prices are outrageously higher then anyone. I was unable to attend the appointment and he proceeded to charge me 350.00. He didn’t do anything but wanted 350 for nothing. Emergencies come up unexpectedly and are not pre planned. When I called attempting to explain my situation the staff rude and told me show up again. I received a letter from a collection agency. He didn’t perform any work. He is a thief and seemed very arrogant

Fantastic experience: This dentist office has helped my kids get over going to a bad pediatric dentist. They have no fear going in for service. The staff are all angels and Dr. Ladd is so gentle with the kids. I tell everyone to go here! The rooms are decorated with characters kids love. It’s amazing.

Negative experience: Dr Ladd’s office is charging me over $600 for a late appointment, didn’t send the bill to the correct address therefore I just now am receiving a collections notice. We were late because my toddler had a meltdown because of tooth pain & fear, they showed zero sympathy and refused to see us over half an hour. It really came down to them not caring at all that my child was suffering. Thankfully, I found a better pediatric dentist that was also in network. Ladd quoted us thousands of dollars and we had great and fast service elsewhere for less than the cost of this late appointment bill and I am still shocked by that. Shameful prices and practices and would absolutely never recommend, more so based on their complete lack of empathy than this stupid bill that I will never pay.

They enjoyed writing their names on the No Cavity wall and seeing the Cartoon characters on the walls. Dr.Ladd and his staff are always the same professional , pleasant and wearing smiles.

As soon as you walk in your surrounded by all my daughters favorite Disney characters which immediately changed my daughters mood from being scared to excitement. Fantastic experience: I have never had one bad experience. I have 2 girls my oldest is now 21 and has moved on to a new dentist but my youngest who is 14 was just at her cleaning yesterday. I have been going to this office since 2004. I couldn't imagine my kids going to any other dentist.

Negative experience: He told me to pay up front. Then a few weeks later sent me an additional bill for over 2000.00 dollars. When I took my child back for her next cleaning at our regular dentist she asked why I didn't get her teeth all done. This SOB didn't do all the work. But wants me to pay more money.

Negative experience: Update: Not confused at all I know we’re I took my child also, I know we’re I’m not taking him back too. He could’ve been treated or at least a teeth cleaning to prevent more decay he shouldn’t have been sent home without being treated or referred out. Came in with my sons tooth decaying left with my sons tooth decaying and was told just to brush more often & cut back on sugary foods. I needed a dentist not advice now We went to another dentist and they said that had they did a filling or even suggested one 6-8 months ago my sons tooth could’ve possibly been saved. Also, Dr.Ladd said he was to young for treatment which was also untrue even his pediatrician said he could’ve treated the tooth before it decayed further.
