Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the office I felt like family. The staff is awesome!!! Everyone is professional and fun. I usually do not like going to the dentist but here I felt so comfortable and wasn’t the least bit tense. Angie H was my hygienist. I would highly recommend her. She’s very personable, made me feel at ease and is very sweet. Dr Frazee was very professional and easy to talk to. I would give them all 10 stars if it was an option. I would highly recommend this office!

I’ve been a patient for 8 years and can’t recall one time being called in 5 min later than my scheduled appointment. Dr Frazee runs a tight ship. With every cleaning Doc comes in at the end for a quick check up. How brilliantly efficient.

Negative experience: Dentist Frazee breached the contract that he agreed to with my dental insurance. He wasn't satisfied with what they were going to pay him for some fairly easy work, about $5000. Too greedy! He told that sarcastic, loud female that manages the office, to send me to a different dental office. Don't trust this place!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Indiana Implants Industry. I went there to have one of my wisdom teeth removed. After the procedure, the doctor refused to prescribe antibiotics. Unfortunately, I ended up developing an infection and had to drive an hour back to the office just to be seen again and finally receive antibiotics. The entire situation was extremely frustrating and could have potentially been avoided. I was left confused about why antibiotics were not prescribed initially, especially since an infection developed shortly after. Having to travel that far again while dealing with pain and infection was very stressful. To make matters worse, when I attempted to give the office another chance to remove my second set of wisdom teeth, the doctor refused to service me. I still do not understand why. Additionally, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and the office itself feels outdated and not very welcoming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Knowing that this was the first time in my life that I was looking forward to going to the dentist I had mixed feelings. After x-rays, which I have problems with, I was reclined on a comfortable chair and the doctor came in. He spoke with the tech while reviewing the pictures. Then he offered me a plan, did not tell me it had to be done. This I liked. So to start we do what I had come in for in the first place, then later get the rest done. It was like a long dumb movie cut into one commercial and it was over. I can live with that, it was great. The staff was talkative and laughed as we shared conversation before I left. The only thing I wonder about is what the doctor looks like, he was behind me the entire time. I have no idea. Thank You

That confirmed I wanted my next dentist visit to be here. When I arrived, Hailey was polite and answered any questions I had, making me feel welcome. Angie, who took my X-rays, did the gum assessment, and cleaned my teeth, was also excellent, making this a comfortable experience. Dr. Frazee explained my results in a simple manner. Upon my exit, Kelly scheduled my next appointment, making the exit part of the pleasant experience. Lisa, another member of the staff, gave a friendly hello. I am definitely making Dr. Frazee my dentist. Thank you to him and his excellent staff! Too bad the number of stars is capped at 5.

They are extremely delicate with your teeth and everything has been swift and painless. Everyone here knows each other well and the staff is kind, caring, and funny! Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend. Good dentist are really hard to find. She has as much fear as I do going to the dentist. They have the most friendliest staff! I was so nervous, it was my first time there and by the time I left I was extremely happy. Dr Frazee was so professional and did an excellent job. It was an extraction that needed to be done. I felt no pain except for the first shot of Novocaine but that wasn't even bad. it took him no time at all. I was so worried about the pain and the swelling afterwards. There was a minimal swelling and it's been a full 10 hours later and I have no pain at all! I highly recommend Indiana implants and dentistry! And the pricing was very affordable and reasonable. They also let you know the price of everything before the work is done. So the sticker shock isn't so bad! Even though I do not like going to the dentist, but when I do need to go I will definitely go back.

Their kindness and attentiveness truly set this practice apart. The hygienists and dental assistants who work with Dr. Frazee are also wonderful. They’re thorough and gentle, making every visit comfortable. If you want a dentist you can trust who never skips steps and genuinely cares about your well-being, I highly recommend Dr. Frazee and his team.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. This will be a multiple visit process for me. Edit....I will not be returning to this particular office. The process was long and the office manager (Lisa) was not the nicest person to deal with. I will find another dentist to finish the work I need done.

Fantastic experience: I'm newer here, but i love it. They took care of me like i was family! They got a great team together. Hailey, the girl at the front desk, greeting me and was the sweetest. Angie, My hygenist, was great and made me laugh and feel completely comfortable. My teeth never felt more clean. When they found out i needed more work done, Kelly was able to fit me in right away. As i work Evenings, that was not an easy feat. Doc was able to finish the rest of my work with just one more added visit. He did great work, and i've had no issues since. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: I bought my sister who has special needs for a tooth needing pulled and this Dr was a complete jerk. Rude, looked scared of her because she was acting out because she was scared. Most unprofessional Dr I have ever dealt with. He may book smart but he is very lacking in professional dealing with special needs. He couldn't get out of there fast enough with his comment to the nurse that walked in with him. " Come on let's get out of here" He got a 1 star only because of the nurse that was with us from the start. I wouldn't bring my pet rat to him Response to Dr comment. I am not a Dr or dentist. I do not know how these things work. You did not even look her in the face and stood behind her while you belittled us. So not shame on me for reaching out to another Dr that might be able to get her into a hospital or do things different. SHAME on you for being so unprofessional.

Positive experience: I have been going to Indiana Implants for 4 years this is the first time I was not pleased with the hygienist. She was uncommunicative and unpleasant. She was even a little harsh with cleaning my teeth. The billing ladies on the other hand was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I have always been uneasy about going to the dentist. After have not going for a while, I started here & it was absolutely wonderful. My hygienist was so gentle & she continued to reassure me it will be okay. She was also very informative on some great products to use to improve my oral hygiene. She made me feel so comfortable, I even requested her for next time! On top of that, the entire staff was so welcoming. I'm so happy I came here & I'm very excited to go back.

Fantastic experience: After being no showed for my wisdom tooth extractions at Aspen Dental (highly don’t recommend), I was referred to Dr. Frazzee. After my initial exam, I felt comfortable and they were able to get me booked for about 3 weeks out. Day of my surgery, they were extremely understanding with how anxious I was and took their time. Anytime I expressed I was in pain, they waited a little longer and let me adjust. I never felt rushed or judged because how being anxious. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone looking for an oral surgeon.
