Fantastic experience: I have a wisdom tooth that was very difficult to reach to prepare for a crown, but Dr Rudd was very persistent and got the job done to fix my problem.

Negative experience: I have been loyal to Dr.Beyer my entire life, I’m sad he is no longer here and after today I will no longer be a patient either! I informed the front desk they were charging an insurance I didn’t know I had. I wasn’t sure why I have been filling out paperwork that apparently no one looks at! When I told them I wouldn’t be paying if it wasn’t billed correctly they waited 30 minutes to start my appointment then didn’t end up finishing. Next they tried to shove some huge thing in my mouth that made me gag, the dentist asked for a smaller one and they informed him someone had thrown it away! Then the dentist had a fix which was fine, however the girl assisting was singing to the radio which was also quite annoying, Then the dentist asked if we were going to do the other filling and I said yes I took off work to be here today. Then, the hygienist next to us loudly said when the dentist is done next door he will be over here. That’s when he tells me we have done enough today. I spoke with my daughter telling her about it, and she said when she got her last filing there her tooth hurt for months, and she said they did nothing and basically ignored her when she spoke to them. What a disappointment and after over 30 years I will be looking for a new dentist!

After 2 other attempts in other dental offices I’ve tried in less than a year I am finally diagnosed properly. I have a treatment plan and know exactly what my co-pay is going to be out-of-pocket in writing. I could not be more happy with entire staff! I know that my husband and I will be well taken care of with periodontal treatment etc for decades!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wadley is an outstanding professional dentist that goes the extra mile to see that his patients are fully briefed and comfortable. I was there for a crown replacement and he walked me through the procedure and proceeded with great care. It was the easiest Dental procedure I've ever been through and was painless and thorough. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Wadley and Catherine at Boomer. Several years ago, I started seing Dr. Beyer as my dentist and Catherine, who is a gentle, thorough and outstanding hygienist as well as a very sweet person. After Dr. Beyer's retirement, Dr. Wadley became my dentist. He is young but his dental knowledge and compassion surpasses his age. He is very personable, listens intently to my dental concerns, takes a sincere interest in solving my dental concerns, improving my care and is never too busy to address small issues noticed during cleanings. Patient care is his strong attribute. I hope Dr. Wadley and Catherine both grow old and retire from Boomer so they outlive this old woman. Karen M.

Fantastic experience: I love the location - easy to get in and out. Catherine was my Hygienist and she did a very thorough job of cleaning & treating my teeth and gums. She, also, did a very thorough examination and explained everything in depth. Dr. Wadley and Dr. Ruud are excellent dentists and very thorough. Overall, I am very pleased with the Boomer Dentistry Staff and look forward to my next visit. Which is saying a LOT for someone who doesn't like having dental work done, but they were so good to me and put my mind at ease.

Fantastic experience: Boomer Family Dentistry was able to see me within 24 hours for a loose crown attached to an implant. Dr Wadley (who has taken over the practice from Dr Beyer who retired) was able to tighten the crown to the implant without any problems. Dr Wadley was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have terrible anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist- sweaty palms, nervous talking and laughing, constant wiggling. I came to visit Boomer Family Dentistry and was an anxious mess, but everyone was so kind, gentle, and helpful. I definitely recommend them for more than just that reason, though. Their facility is clean and I was able to be seen quickly. They have an area with children's books in the waiting room that was perfect for keeping my kiddos occupied while we waited.

Negative experience: The first appointment their computers were down and they couldn’t do any X-rays. My second visit, they had to treat my broken tooth. The older lady that was in charge had a hard time putting my temporary crown on. When I got home the temporary crown came off. I had to go back and she had an attitude with me and said “I told you it might fall off!”. This office has become very unprofessional since Dr Byers left. The only bright spot is the dental hygienist. She was wonderful to my daughter. Unfortunately, I will not go back because of the attitude they continued to have with me over the process of finally getting the permanent crown.

Positive experience: This was my 2nd cleaning since Dr Beyer left. On the first, Dr Chaco, a temporary dentist, was there. On this most recent, I was told Dr Chaco had left and now Dr Rudd was the dentist but he had had a hand injury and was still doing physical therapy on his hand so wasn’t in the office. So the hygienist did the cleaning and did a great job, but now I have to make another trip out there when Dr Rudd is in the office for him to look at my teeth. I wish they had given me the option of postponing my cleaning till Dr Rudd was back. It seems like the arrangement was made for the Dr’s convenience, not the patient’s.

Positive experience: The hygienist I had at my original cleaning was super sweet and professional. As well the office was clean and sleek. But as much as I really wanted to love and continue using this office, it’s frustrating when they cancel your appointment due to no doctor not being in office and you’re still trying to reschedule it 6 months later.

Negative experience: Boomer Family Dentistry is very unprofessional. They canceled my appointment at the last moment, which I had booked two to two and a half months in advance, citing that the doctor would not be available until 2 PM. I find this extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. If you had informed me well in advance, I could have made arrangements with another provider. Now, it is unlikely I will find another appointment elsewhere. As someone new to this area, I am deeply disappointed with this behavior.

Fantastic experience: I broke a back molar eating a banana. Go figure. I called Boomer Family Dentistry and they fit me in right away with no wait. They took an x-ray, and told me I needed a crown and would I like to go ahead and get one. I said, "Oh, yes," not expecting they meant right then, but they did! They did a crown prep right on the spot and fitted me with a temporary crown and sent me on my way that fast! Everyone was extra-friendly and I knew what my out-of-pocket expenses were up front. Great, A+ experience. I've been a patient there for about 8 years and will continue to go there.

Fantastic experience: The fear of going to the dentist is still significant amongst us all. One bad experience, and you're scarred for life. I know that was the case for me, but I had to bite the bullet and make an appointment. I'd broken a tooth, and it hurt, throbbed, nonstop. From the moment I arrived, I knew this experience would be different. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They walked me through everything and started no procedure without informing me. At no point during any procedure did I feel pain. From the shots to grinding my tooth down, readying it for a crown. Nothing. I slipped in my earpods at the beginning and sat back while they did their thing. I fully recommend Boomer. Now my family is seeing them.

The Dentist did a great job repairing my tooth and he does not have a heavy hand when using his Instruments so I did not experience any pain during the procedure. I will definitely continue seeing this dentist for all my dental needs.
