Negative experience: The office is not open during the hours it says it's open and can't reach anyone by phone.

Fantastic experience: My first time at Lifetime. The online “new patient” forms were easy to access and complete, the lead time for getting an appointment was really quick, I was taken back to the exam area EXACTLY on time. The x-ray tech, hygienist and dentist were all lovely, and the bill was surprisingly reasonable. All told, VERY pleased

They are expedient, caring and very thourough in their processes and of fitting me for a full set of dentures. They have kept me informed on the steps we are taking to achieve a successful outcome. I will highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone I know looking for dental care. I have 2 more visit to get the completed product with my next appointment being on June 13, 2024. For the first time ever in 40 years, my daughter and I have dentures that fit and need no liner to hold them in comfortable position. The analysis of what's needed and subsequent pricing for procedures is very straightforward and reasonable. All the administrative and dental assistants know their responsibilities and perform well. I actually enjoy the visits and interaction with them. Nothing but praise for all. No problems with crowns my wife needed. Always have positive attitude and very responsive to my questions. I was worried about dental exams and procedures because of past experiences, but lifetime dental really stood out in a positive way (I know this sounds like I'm getting paid but I'm not). They were informative and interested in my health as well as communicating it to me. The staff help you feel at ease when they know you are a little stressed. If you are looking for a dentist office that will not judge you and provide you with compassionate care, go to lifetime dental.

Negative experience: I drove 3 hours after calling and telling them I had an abscess and only had 10 days of antibiotics and needed an appointment before the antibiotics wore off and the abscess came back just to have x-rays done and needed 4 teeth pulled but they don't do that there? I was referred to affordable dentures to have my teeth pulled. So now I have to make another 3 hour trip and loose another day of work.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, the doc is awesome, and the assistants do a phenomenal job cleaning your teeth because they take their time and are very detailed oriented.

Fantastic experience: Lifetime dental was recommended to me from a friend. I was skeptical at first just because I've always had such bad experiences at the dentist. Lifetime dental not I only had such a calm wonderful atmosphere, but every single person including the receptionist (Brandy) was absolutely wonderful. I'm actually looking forward to going back instead of dreading it. I have to drive an hour and a half, but it is way worth it for the experience and the great work they do.

I was in and out of the hospital for several months and I came back, and they took care of me when things got better for me

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is super nice and welcoming. They help with everything when it comes to billing and insurance so there are no surprise bills at the end of your appointment. The hygienist is very quick and thorough. The doctor is just as good. She makes sure you are comfortable the whole time. They are not judgmental at all about your teeth and just care about giving you the best treatment plan for the overall health of your teeth. I never thought I could love going to the dentist but the staff makes the experience amazing and your teeth will feel so thankful for going to see them. I cannot thank this office enough for how they have treated me.

Negative experience: Went in for an annual cleaning, good service but they caused severe pain in my gums.

Negative experience: Today was my first time going to this dentist. The lady who cleaned my teeth did a great job. The dentist was very nice, and she told me what I needed to have done. They showed me how much my insurance would pay and how much I'd have to pay. It's safe to say this is my new dental care place. After going here for a while, over time, the care became worse. The hygienist who cleans my teeth did not do a good job and ended up causing me pain. They spam me with dental offers for braces and try to get me to spend as much money as possible. It seems they do not care about their patients that much and are far more invested in making as much money as possible. I understand they are a business that needs to make money, but they should put more care into their practice. I will be returning to my previous dentist since my insurance is better now.

Fantastic experience: I had to have the dreaded root canal done today with a temporary crown while the permanent one is being made. I was most certainly visibly nervous and anxious about the procedure. Everyone involved went above and beyond to reassure me that this procedure was nothing to actually fear. The dentist and her techs explained exactly what was going on at every step of the way and provided a very calm environment. The procedure itself was absolutely pain free to my surprise, given the reputation of a root canal. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough

Negative experience: I’ve already posted a review of my experience with them once. The staff is rude and unhelpful. My dentures are 10 times to big for my mouth, I’m waking around with canker sores all over my gums that hurt so bad I can’t wear them. And when I do put myself through the torture of putting them in I look like horse. No Donkey. I’ve been told I look like the donkey in Shrek. It’s been horrible ! What do y’all think ?

Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience with Lisa at the front desk! She is an absolute delight. She greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel so comfortable right from the start. She was super organized and efficient, making sure all my paperwork was in order and she answered all my questions with patience and clarity. She even went the extra mile to explain the dental billing and put my mind at ease. Overall, she is a real asset to lifetime. I definitely hope Lisa gets the props she deserves

Negative experience: i came in last week with my mom because she needed a new crown and the overall experience was amazing but i did have a couple of complaints. When we first arrived to check in we stood at the front for 5 mins before anyone greeted us. The younger lady with brown hair working up front was very rude and snappy with my mom and seemed like she did not want to be there. Doctor Galiler and her assistant did an amazing job and her were very informative and made my mom feel safe and at home. overall experience was good but we were a little worried about how the rest of the appointment would go after interacting with her.

Negative experience: My husband went for two teeth that were causing severe pain and needed to come out. They did a cleaning, then told him they couldn’t pull them, and he needed a surgical extraction. No antibiotics, painkillers, nothing. Called two days later saying the oral surgeon didn’t take his insurance and they had no suggestions. He ended up at urgent care to get antibiotics until he could get in elsewhere. Next dentist saw him and pulled the teeth the same day in office with no issue. Do not recommend, especially in a dental emergency.

Negative experience: I love the hygienists. Always sweet, talkative, and kind. However, the business as a whole is severely lacking. My family and I have found them to be undependable and unprofessional on multiple occasions. On the day of my appointment, I was asked to move my appointment to earlier in the day. I could not on such short notice but confirmed my original appointment time. I took off work early only to arrive to find their offices were closed. The answering services said everyone should have been called earlier in the day... I double checked, I was not. When I left a message for someone to contact me regarding the situation, no one did until I eventually mentioned the situation at my make up appointment. They gave no real explanation and barely apologized. My husband has now been rescheduled twice for a permanent crown to be put on (they put on a temp). The first time he took off work and went to the appointment to be turned away saying they did not have the crown and now today (the day before his second appointment) they have rescheduled again for the same reason. A two week temporary crown is now meant to be on for a month and a half. Go somewhere else if you want your dentist to value your time. I will not be going back and neither will my husband after he finally (hopefully?) gets the permanent crown that he has already paid for in full.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Teresa, the hygienist! She is very sweet and funny. She gives good advice and we always have a good visit. Dr Galier is always prompt and great bed side.
