Fantastic experience: I was very scared to try another dentist because I had been seeing the same dentist since I was a child up until he retired. After doing a little research I came across Dental Depot and decided to give them a shot and have been a patient here every since. The office is always clean and the staff are nice too. Dr Hoang is awesome! I had some numbing issues one time but after the 2nd shot he declined more meds and rescheduled my appointment. When I returned the next day they had a new plan of action and he was able to numb me with 1 shot and completed the filling. Dr Hoang is also active in the community and I like that. It feels good hearing and reading about your dentist donating toothbrushes to tornado victims and etc...that's dope! If your're looking for a new dentist office this is it.

Fantastic experience: This DD location has a very gracious and cordial staff. They’ve taken care of my girls, as well as myself, without any complaints and with the patience of saints. The most important aspect in my mind is there is no judgment. Haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years? Go see the DD on Tecumseh. They’ll just be happy you came to visit so they can take care of you and your family. Who cares if you didn’t do everything right? What counts is you chose to do something about it.

Negative experience: Well they had 5 stars but I had to change my rating. I had my tooth pulled today. They were supposed to send over antibiotics and a pain medication they never sent neither one over. I called them 2 times after I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds that were not there. So I called to ask them to call it in they said they would. I call back up to the pharmacy a few hours later and nothing. So I call Dental Depot back. They promise me that they will call it in when they are done. Seeing their patients because they were busy. Here it is 6:30 have 30 minutes till the pharmacy closes hopefully the dr called in my meds. Nope!!!!! So now Im on my way to the ER because I need an antibiotic and a pain medication. My jaw is so swollen!!!

Negative experience: Very poor service. Came in to get a cavity filled and they left me to wait for an hour after giving me Novacaine so it wore off, so by the time they did my filling I felt everything.

Negative experience: I would leave a NO star review if they offered that!! Dentiats that don’t take insurance for implants are 100% driven by greed. You should take Insurance for implants, show your a compassionate dentist instead of driven by greed.

Fantastic experience: as someone who has terrible dental anxiety i couldn’t recommend this office enough. i needed 2 teeth pulled & the last dentist scared me and i walked out with no relief & in tears because of how i was treated, this experience was 100% better & jessica (dental assistant) explained everything to me very throughly, she was very calm & made this experience a breeze. dr Hoang also very calm, explained everything to me amazingly & did a full exam & explained to me what other work id need done after these extractions & had my teeth out within 10 minutes. i left this appointment with more relief than i went in. they also got me in within a 2 hour span of needing an appointment, very fast, friendly, calm, and bedside manners amazing! definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I’m disappointed in Dental Depot for how they handled the situation. My son had an appointment today for a crown. We arrived at 9:02am and his appointment was at 10am. They took him back at 9:30am and made a mold. Then numbed him at 9:45am. We sat there until 11:00am until the dentist came in and asked him if he was numb enough. My son, 17 years old, said that it was stupid for waiting this long when he had an appointment at 10am. The dentist threw his hands up and said we’re down here and walked out. We left the room and went to check out. I told the lady we wanted to cancel today. She sent me to another lady and then another woman came up and said not to reschedule my son and asked us to leave. All due to the truth that we had sat back there for a long time and it was ridiculous. I understand you have patients and things come up. Honestly, maybe not book so many people in a little bit of time and then get butt hurt when someone calls you out on your bedside manners.

Fantastic experience: 12/10/2025 I went to The Dental Depot to get my teeth cleaned. The entire experience was extraordinary - from the call for the appointment to getting into the facility and the consultation and work was just first class. The ambience inside the facility is just eclectic. There are three “miniature trains” that run under the ceiling which is so very cool! The interior decor of the office is very pleasant and eclectic! Nita took the xrays and did the preliminary cleaning. Nita was highly cordial and friendly and very proficient at what she does. This was followed by the dental hygienist, Whitney, who was amazingly helpful in explaining the procedure and had an extraordinary skill set - not once did I feel uncomfortable during the process. After the cleaning was done, I was introduced to Dr. Huang who was delightful and answered all my questions and concluded that I needed two fillings for my cavities. Finally, I met with Price and assistant in the back office who worked on the estimate for my procedures. Price knew her stuff inside out and saved me moneys! I also met the highly friendly staff working in the front and back office under the tutelage of the Office manager, Steph. Extremely friendly and happy and upbeat individuals. It was very apparent that this is a close knit and very proud team!! The Dental Depot on West Tecumseh is a premiere facility with very accomplished and dynamic individuals with great service skills!! I highly recommend this facility for your dental needs. Negative experience: I had an appointment that this practice forced me to reschedule 3 days prior to appointment. I was told the earliest they could get me in was 4 months later. The person on the phone was not understanding that this was not acceptable. This practice does not value your dental health or routine cleaning schedule. They overbook their appointments and don’t respect their existing customer base. I would highly encourage everyone to look elsewhere and bring your business to people who truly care about you and your dental health.

Negative experience: This location is horrible. Very unprofessional employees only a few there know what they are doing and can answer questions. Thwy didn’t even do my daughters X-rays right and sad “I’m not fighting with it today it will be fine” which is unacceptable when we paid for them through insurance. They can’t keep your kids appointments within the 6 month time frame for insurance to come back etc. the office manager is just as bad as the regular employees she can’t follow through on a conversation and talks over you the whole time. One lady told me she could get 3 of my kids in in 6 months and never told me the day and time to see if I could do it or not, then the office manager comes in and says they can’t get them in until after the 6 months all a sudden then when I told her no the other lady said she could she proceeded to be rude to me saying do I want help etc I said yeah can u tell me the date go get her so she can show u since u can’t find it and she proceeded to try and get my other child in for 8 months instead of 6 months. They didn’t give 3/4 of my kids their dental bags after the appointment and when I demanded I get what I paid for through my insurance she took me up front and tried to make me and my children sit out front I commented TO MYSELF this is crazy this place sucks and she came around the corner saying don’t talk to my staff I said I’m not I’m talking to my self I am free to talk to myself she said okay but don’t talk to my staff. She was very rude and unprofessional and idk how she even has a office manager job lol the office manager at the Moore location is 10000000 times nicer and way more professional then this one please never use this location for children they are very untrained for kids.

Fantastic experience: Of all tbe Dental Depots we have visited over the years, THIS is the one. Everyone was so kind and Made Doc feel so comfortable. We only made the appointment because it was an emergency, but we left deciding it was the place he would go from now on. Zero complaints, highest praise!

Negative experience: They make a one or two appointment procedure into 2 or 4 and it feels like they care moore about getting payment than they do for patients i have been in the middle of a procedure and requested gas and had to fish my wallet out in the chair to make a payment. Its insulting I will happily pay before or after.

Negative experience: Had my teeth cleaned. The hygienist decided to scrap off the piece of enamel I’ve always had that binded my two lower teeth together that I’ve had my entire life since I was a child. X rays have always confirmed this piece of enamel was there and it kept my teeth tight and other dental offices have asked if I wanted it removed and the two lower teeth separated but I’ve always said no. This hygienist did not tell me what she was doing and scraped and pulled until I finally stopped her and said I don’t feel comfortable with whatever you are doing and she said “oh you want me to just leave the cap on the top?” I said “what?” She said “ok we are done and took me to the front.” When I got home I took a mirror and saw that she removed the enamel and chipped the top of one of my bottom teeth slightly and my teeth feel loose and weakened and I can blow air through them completely. I called and complained and they lied to both me and my husband saying first I didn’t have enamel there and then that she just removed the plaque. This is a complete lie. I am reaching out to a family lawyer. This woman should be fired. She should know she is working on human lives and what she did to me caused a great impact. My teeth will never be the same as they were my entire life and I’m 40 years old. Do not go here! If something goes wrong or they purposefully do something without your permission they will deny it.

Fantastic experience: The people were nice and friendly. I had driven from Duncan Ok hoping to get my grandsons teeth pulled and they did nothing but refer me to Another dentist that is even further from my home. And I have no idea how log it will take to get the referral done so that my grandson does not suffer with pain. He is 15 and a special needs child and he does not tolerate pain very well at all.

Temporarily fixed the issue and then worked to develop a permanent solution that sorted the problem for good. The whole staff was kind and courteous throughout the whole process and made an emergency visit to dentist a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hoang and Jessica worked together to put a crown on one of my molars today. I’m a terrible patient with horrible anxiety but they both approached me with empathy and kindness. Dr. Hoang ensured I was good and anesthetized , and Jessica checked in with me throughout the procedure to make sure I was doing okay. Definitely recommend this office!

Positive experience: The hygienist’s and doctor are great!!! The scheduling is a bit lacking. When I rescheduled mine and my daughter’s appointments they didn’t reschedule hers just mine. So when we got there it was a hassle but they were able to get her in. Just frustrating as the dr had called in sick on the original appointment day and they tried to reschedule me 6 months later about the time that we would need our next cleaning. I literally had to fight to get the appointment today. Just disappointing as everything had always ran smoothly up until now. I am not sure if they are getting to big to handle everything or just becoming way more difficult to work with.

Negative experience: Dental assistant was very nice. After quite a few shots my child was still not fully numb and the dentist pulled her tooth out super quick anyway leaving my 10 year old in literal agony for over half an hour. I had to run across the street to get her tylenol immediately because ive never seen her in so much pain. This was after I explained that shes had trouble being numbed in the past. I will never take my family back and now my child is terrified of the dentist.

Negative experience: Not impressed with the new dentist they have. Instead of just fixing my filing, I got a list of things I didn't need or want done. Just take care of your patients need instead of trying to make a buck! Your a dentist not a salesman!! Oh and my son's name isn't Nathan! Had to tell them his name numerous times and they still got it wrong! Clean your ears out so you can hear your customers

Positive experience: I really enjoyed the staff but the only thing was It made me uncomfortable that Lgbtq pride stuff was decorated all over at this place especially since it is a kids dentist, I didn't think it was appropriate with young children, otherwise it was a really wonderful visit!

Fantastic experience: Life changes recently moved me pretty far from my old dentist, so I decided to try Dental Depot Tecumseh. As a creature of habit, switching dentists made me a bit nervous and overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, inviting, and welcoming! Yaz took the best care of me—she explained everything she was doing, answered all my questions, and kept a warm, welcoming smile the entire time. Dr. Hoang came in, took time to get to know me, genuinely listened to my concerns, and eased all of them during the exam. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Negative experience: Had my 6-month appointment in June 2024 and was told that they were booking out over 6-month and an appointment was made for April 2025. Not ideal but I would make it work. Up until this point, I have had great experiences with this office. The morning of my appointment in April (2 hours before), I get a call telling me that the dental hygienist was out that day due to "personal reasons" and that I needed to be rescheduled. I was driving to work and asked if I could call them back to get scheduled again. I call back 10 minutes later to reschedule my already over 6-month appointment and was told the next available would be October 2025 and they could not squeeze me in anytime earlier - for an appointment they called me to reschedule. This was extremely frustrating. It would be one thing if I canceled the appointment but Dental Depot had to cancel because they aren't properly staffed. And to have to wait another 6-months? Clearly they don't need my insurance money. I would not recommend them to anyone. Utterly unacceptable and very disappointing. Sometimes all a girl wants is to have her teeth cleaned on a proper schedule and thus far I am happy with my new dental office.

Fantastic experience: I am happy to recommend the Dental Depot. I came to them after a rough experience at another dental office. Everyone was very kind and helpful, in the front offices and the dental chair. Dr. Hoang actually recommended fewer procedures that were less expensive than the other place and they were able to get me taken care of within the week. Shaelee and the other hygenists were very thoughtful about my comfort and needs and the work was almost painless.

Fantastic experience: We all know the numbing is almost terrifying, as well is the grinding, drilling etc……………well they were smooth, and professional. Minimal discomfort, in fact the most discomfort was the cramp i got in my back (not their fault) they knocked out 3 fillings, and a crown (temporary) extremely happy they were accommodating. Negative experience: I do NOT recommend this place at all. I had work done back In the beginning of April and have been miserable since. I would explain to them what’s going on and they would stare at me and not say a word. I had a bottom denture put in and it’s made completely wrong and they will not do anything about it. I’m not able to eat at all because the first bite I take they pop out even though I have them glued in. I’m so depressed and they don’t even care. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you want to be able to smile with confidence!! They don’t listen. The reline that they done has already came out and it didn’t do any good anyway. I wasted my money and my time just to be miserable.

Dr. Zhang was absolutely amazing — she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and truly cared for. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which made such a difference for me. Dental visits have often made me anxious in the past, but Dr. Zhang made me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for her care and will definitely be recommending her to others.

Positive experience: Experience is always great but they won’t set up 6 month appt. They set it up for year out then We have to call back to get earlier appt. They say cause they only have 1 hygienist.

Fantastic experience: Been taking my kids to dental depot for 12 yrs and now my son for a few years. Always get in and get out quickly everyone is very nice and kids love the train it’s perfect for kids.

Negative experience: Took nearly 6 months to get an orthodontics visit scheduled, and then when my wife showed up with my child (missing school for this) they realized they incorrectly scheduled my daughter on the wrong day because they “only see Medicaid/Medicare patients” on specific or all week days. Fast forward a few months later and we bring my daughter in for the consultation, just so we can find out they don’t except our insurance (remember they moved the appointment because of insurance!!!). So, nearly a year later and two trips to the office, we are now looking elsewhere for business as to not pay 3X as much for braces ($5500!).

Negative experience: Service.was great. However, if your a cash paying customer you better have exact change. I was told to pay before procedure then during the procedure get told they have no change and would be keeping it till they could make change in a couple of days or cut me a check in a couple of weeks!!!

Fantastic experience: I have had dental health issues for the last few years and Dr.Hoang was very understanding of my situation and made me feel a lot better. They did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. I really appreciate this group of kind and hard workers and would recommended them to anybody.
