Negative experience: Even If you have the right insurance and it is 100% covered they will still some how find a way to charge over $80. All I needed was a simple teeth cleaning that was supposedly covered by my insurance (AS IT SAID ON THEIR WEBSITE) and they still charged me. when I asked why they told me they did a teeth cleaning that involved stuff that was not covered under my insurance. Make it make sense. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF YOU AS POSSIBLE! If I could give negative stars I would.

Negative experience: I went in to have all my teeth pulled. They did imprints of my teeth for temporary dentures and scheduled an appointment to do my extractions. They billed both my insurance companies and my care credit account to where they refused to pull my teeth. The temporary dentures only cost 2100.00 with impressions and my dental insurance covered $3,000.00 I still have my teeth and temporary dentures I can’t use. My temporary dentures ended up costing me $6500.00, that’s what they charged me and refused to do the extractions. They’re crooks and do not care for their patients.
Negative experience: Less than zero! They kept giving me rounds of antibiotics because they couldn't do anything. I got a second opinion from another dentist in the area and he took care of the issue immediately on the same day, amazing! Aspen Dental should be shut down! They have limited or no expertise!

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in Norman has the best staff, they were all so helpful and wonderful!! Christie and Allie at the desk were very efficient and helpful! Tori, the hygienist, she's truly one of a kind!! Dr. Davis and Kenzie, the dental assistant, took wonderful care of me! They both had amazing bed side manner, were very attentive to my comfort during the procedure. Everyone in the office that I interacted with today, was so pleasant. This was probably the best 1st experience at a dental office I've ever had and I will definitely be making them my primary dental office. Thank you so much to Dr. Davis, Kenzie, Tori, Allie and Christie!!!

Negative experience: I went in feeling very uncomfortable there, due to my pain from my tooth. there was an assistant named Laura who was very rude from the beginning. She talks as if you have no knowledge and acts as if you’re dumb. She treats you very poorly. And it’s a disgrace to a dental company to allow such nasty behavior This is very unprofessional and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I have sores in my mouth now because of her.and will be informing my lawyer due to this She was rough, disrespectful and also flirted with my husband the second I had gone to the restroom. It made my husband feel uncomfortable and he didn’t tell me until we left. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only that. For being in the dental field. She sure does have terrible breath. And is ridiculously loud when explaining things to you.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this office for 4 years and my dental hygienist Victoria is the main reason I keep coming back. She’s incredibly thorough, gentle, personable, and always makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. She explains everything clearly, remembers the small details about my dental history, and genuinely cares about my overall health. Every visit feels easy because of her professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend—she’s the cooler than the other side of a pillow! She’s outstanding at what she does.

Negative experience: I can get past waking me up early in the morning to confirm an appointment in the afternoon, even after calling me "chad" and "christopher" before finally getting my name right. But I went in for a broken tooth and they convinced me that I needed a "deep cleaning". After the exam, I was confronted with the cost of the cleaning which was over $4000. Not even a mention of my broken tooth that needs to be fixed in that invoice. Obviously I couldn't pay that, so I left without any work being done. I STILL have a broken tooth and I will NOT be in a good place when the pain starts. The staff was very friendly however... EDIT 1 MONTH LATER: I AM GETTING BILLED FOR PROCEDURED I DIDN'T HAVE. I WOULDN'T HAVE COME IF I KNEW THESE THINGS. THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY ISSUES FROM LAST TIME. LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE.

Fantastic experience: Aspen dental is better than most dental offices I have been to. They don’t leave the whole empty when they pull your teeth so your sinuses don’t collapse so that if you decide to get implants one day it will be easier for you to get them. Other dentist do not do this after pulling a tooth and your sinuses start to collapse the more teeth you get pulled. I love that they thinks about the well being of their patients. I will make them my place to go from now on. Update! I got my tooth pulled and the doctor that fix it was so good and patient and he got my tooth out and didn’t give me up even with it being stubborn and breaking into pieces he didn’t give up and got it out. I can now get to feeling better.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. They tried to charge me 1000$ after insurance for a procedure that was not needed. Not only that when I pushed for more information they were dismissive rude and reluctant to give me the information after calling for months I finally got ahold of the hygienist that apparently is always on vacation and she somehow was able to do it all for 60$ … which seems sketchy to me. Anyways I went to another dentist and got a quote for the same exact procedure and it was fully covered by my insurance. I will never go back to aspen and I highly suggest you find another dentist. If anything seems suspicious to you in the future or if you are reading this before going to them please heed my warning and at least get a quote from another dentist before you decide to go with aspen you will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars going somewhere else.

Negative experience: Went looking for a new dentist for 1 broken tooth and 2 infected molars. Explained the long health history and the very difficult road to get healthy enough to get my teeth fixed. Spoke with dentist who explained that I will eventually need to remove most of my top teeth. I understood however wanted to tackle that later and was looking for instant relief and minimal removal due to a vacation I had coming up. He said he understood and would speak with the girl up front for pricing. Not sure what was discussed but when the procedure was performed they removed all my top teeth except a few molars. I had never had teeth removed so I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought they were taking out the 3 teeth in pieces! Imagine my surprise when I realized they pulled all my top teeth! Vacation was ruined and depression has now become my life. I went to get fitted for my dentures and that really sunk in the feeling that my teeth how I knew them too feel is forever gone. Regardless if it was a lack of communication on their part or lack of understanding on mine this is terrible in everyway and everyday for the rest of my life. Please please make sure you ask questions and triple check what is being done if you use this business.

Negative experience: Horrendous customer service trying to get my elderly father an appointment. They finally scheduled a date sent an email with link to populate for his information. The link didn’t work. I called the location asking for a new way. They said they would work on it if they had a new system, they were working on received a call three days before the appointment about. Hey, we’re gonna send you a link to use for his to upload his information. Never received the link Called back asked about it. They said oh we can easily work that when he arrives told them that a family friend will be bringing my father in no problem. I can easily be worked. They have location they’re there with my elderly father. Oh no, we cannot work any of this without a family member present literally lied to horrible customer service that they blamed on a call center when I had actually called the local location Please stay away. Find another place. If you have an elderly family member.

Fantastic experience: They were professional I got bad news from my insurance company that I wasn’t aware of. They only pay dentures every 5 years. My dentures were unrepairable due to an accident. Aspen Dental helped me get financing, although my credit was not great. I’m more disappointed in myself for not reading the fine print. I’ve paid on this insurance 10 years. I would be without teeth if Aspen had not helped. This review of Aspen Dental is for the one in Norman, OK. All AD clinics are not equal

Negative experience: Complete trash!!! I will never go there again or refer anyone to go there. Had an appointment went then they said well let us work you in. What do you mean work me in if I have an appointment then had the audacity to tell me to pay before service that I might not be getting. I will never ever go back!!!! Also how does a cleaning cost $400 with insurance? Most cleanings are free every 6 months!!! This place is horrible and I will never go back not even for a breath mint!!! Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to fight like crazy to get my “COUPON” applied to my FREE exam because I kept getting a bill!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took me over 6 months to get the coupon approved and I kept being told “okay I will apply it and take care of it” then WHAM next month I get a bill!!!!!!!!!! They were VERY rough with my mouth too! I left a sweaty butt print on the chair from the anxiety I get from going to the dentist that’s what you get for being rough and not ACTUALLY giving a “free” exam!!!! BUTT SWEAT! You’re welcome. AND the lady in the office- her ENTIRE JOB is to make you THINK that your teeth are like the absolute worst teeth they’ve ever seen and you need A TON of stuff done. I was told I have periodontal disease. I have NEVER been told that and I had JUST went to dental depot a week prior for a tooth that cracked (the ONLY tooth I’ve ever lost and I don’t have bad teeth BTW! Last 3 times I went to dental depot I had ZERO cavities!!!) and dental depot said NOTHING about periodontal disease and haven’t heard it since!!!!!! She wanted me to sign up for this credit card so I could get all this dental work done or whatever it was and I was going to need a co signer and I called my mom all panicked she was like “whew she is REALLY good at her job at the same time of being bad at it too!” because I DIDNT NEED half the stuff on the LIST!

Negative experience: I didn’t have dental insurance. I did research to find a good deal, with limited income. Aspen Dental came up 0% interest & paid within 6 months. All I needed was an upper partial. On the website it said average cost was $1297.00. I get through X-rays & they were going to tell me about financing and getting my partial. She comes up with a paper that had $8900.00 for the partial. This wasted my time and was very busy! Unless you have money to throw out the window don’t go to Aspen Dental because it was very misleading!! …!!!

Negative experience: I really don't like this place. I have been told to come in 8:00 or 1:00 to get my dentures fixed. I came in and they said I needed an appointment. I then got them fixed and they only fixed my tooth, not the complete denture.

Negative experience: wow can’t believe what just happened I went I. Because my bottom denture was just getting loose and starting to rub my gum. So I was told that a Hard liner would tighten the denture and stop the rubbing. I can’t tell you how many times I went back for adjustments with an open sore and pain. they had cut my denture up so bad it wouldn’t stay in my mouth nor could I eat with it. A second hard liner was placed and it was worse. They cut out the back of my denture to the point it had no grip available. the doctor said he could put a 3rd one in free but instead he just said they could do nothing else for me and gave me a written referral to a dentist that puts screws in Now I have no choice but to buy a new denture which costs 2-4000$

Negative experience: Aspen dental is awful. The billing is inconsistent from one appointment to another, then bill insurance (insurance pays) and they do not reflect the credits on the statement. It’s borderline fraudulent.

Negative experience: If I was able to give them a negative review I would. I came here because I had a cavity in my mouth and needed an extraction. The extraction was completed the same day as my exam which was nice. The extraction was very difficult for the doctor, even tho it was a front tooth. After 30 mins of putting intense pressure on my jaw and a failed attempt to retrieve my tooth, the doctor went surgical to retrieve my tooth. After the extraction the Dr said they sent a pain medication to my pharmacy. They did not. I received no pain medicine after my tooth extraction. I came back a week later due to infection, I was in worst pain and informed the Dr of this (the one who preformed the extraction was not there) They gave me saline and stated my obviously infected gums around the area weren't infected and the healing was fine. By the end of the same day I had to go to the urgent care because the pain was unbearable. Immediately upon looking at the extraction site I was informed of what me and Aspen dental knew, it was clearly infected. I was prescribed antibiotics and pain medicine from the urgent care and advised that the extraction site looked "odd" and I should go to another provider. Aspen did not help at all I wish I had went anywhere else to get this done. Do not go here for any services. The attached photo is 8 days after the extraction.

Negative experience: My Dad went to this Aspen Dental. He is in need of a full set of dentures and he has no insurance to pay for it. He has only social security to live on and they went over all of that. They then proceeded to try to convince him to get $18K implants, without even telling him the health of his gums. The "cheapest" pair of "bottom of the line" dentures was still $11K. This place is a money grab. Avoid it if you can.

Negative experience: Got my wisdom tooth pulled it went great but after my appointment they didnt call in my pain medicine and this is after i called them to remind them to send it in before they closed so i had to go the full night in pain after the numbness wore off

Negative experience: I was not informed that in order to schedule a follow up appointment I would be required to pay half down for the procedure. I don't carry a credit card on me that would allow me to pay $800! (Yes, that was the cost AFTER insurance) The office manage said I could call in a card. So I called my husband trying to find my care card. After trying to have him find it for over 15 min I was THEN informed that care cards couldn't be called in! I left crying with my broken crowned tooth still hanging in my mouth. I don't know if I have an appointment or not next week because I was told I could try to walk in and have the tooth pulled. (I was told originally they wouldn't do a walk in pull the tooth so now I'm so confused). Their policies REALLY need to be posted/provided especially since I asked when booking the original appointment. Edit to add: they want to pull one tooth, root canal and crown another, fill 2 teeth (one of which is the one they are putting a crown on), and do a cleaning. I have multiple autoimmune diseases that have caused my teeth to ruin no matter how hard I have tried to save them/taken care of them. And no, they won't do work the same day. You have to have a "consultation" first. Edit to add: This is NOT my first visit to Aspen Dental or this location. I have been going here for over 10 years. I think you need a new office manager because I too had issues with Wendy.
We’re sorry your first visit didn’t live up to expectations, Karen. New patient appointments include x-rays and full comprehensive exam with the doctor and hygienist. From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. When schedules allow, offices do make the effort to offer treatment on the same day, but it’s not always possible. Negative experience: If you make an appointment they will have you confirm 3 different ways and still threaten to reschedule you appointment. I have confirmed via text, email, and their automated system but got a call to verbally confirm. Christy left a voicemail specifically saying that if I do not confirm verbally and speak with office staff my appointment will be rescheduled. I have called a total of 15 times with no connection to the office and have been disconnected with a ‘thank you for calling, goodbye’ within 5 second of hearing the hold music. There is no option to leave a voice mail and you have to keep calling or they will cancel your appointment. I called the corporate line and confirmed my appointment and was still told that I needed to contact the office for billing information, even though I explained that was not possible. Corporate personnel tried to call the office and they were not able to connect with them either. They say they know that time is important but will not answer their phone or allow you to talk with office staff to confirm your appointment. Update: Finally was able to reach the office staff and was told that verbal confirmation is an “office policy” even after confirmation via text, email, and automated system. This is very disappointing as I was requested to come in without my braces wire, which requires me to make two orthodontist appointment before and after my cleaning. This is an all day affair for myself, and could have jeopardized not only my own schedule but also my orthodontist office. They expect patients to call or accept their phone call, taking time off their workday to verbally confirm that they are coming even when they have done so other ways. I understand being short staffed, but threatening to cancel/reschedule appointment the day before if you do not call back is not appropriate when there is a lack of communication capabilities from the office staff. As a corporate dentistry practice, policy for confirmation should be accepted in all forms and should not be held against patients when the downfall of communication is on the staff.

Negative experience: I bought hight end dentures only find out they were going to charge me over 400 dollars to reline them. Never fitted right. They were soft reline less than a month of purchase. The dentist recommended that they be reline but not much could be done so I am out over 2,000.00 dollars. I don't recommend buying denture at Aspen Dental. Buy at your on risk.

Negative experience: Probably one of the worst dental experiences of my life. I went in for a chipped tooth and they were going to do a root canal and then decided not to. My first temp crown was glued on so it had to be broken off. Then I had to come in again for more pics. Finally on my 4th visit I got my permanent crown. Did I mention I was there for hours the first 3 times?

Negative experience: This place is awful, do not use this place. Had a tooth ache and they tried to pull it but was unsuccessful. I was in so much pain after l left, double the pain. I laid in that chair nearly 2 hrs waiting to get it pulled. I should have just got up and left then. Then Wendy the billing clerk billed my card for a future hygiene cleaning of $194 which I asked her to take off but she didn’t. Looked at my card a few days later and was billed for the extraction which they didn’t get it pulled and the hygiene cleaning. Had to call the corporate office and finally after three phone exchanges got it taken off my card. Finally I scheduled an oral appointment at another dentist office and tried to get the X-rays sent over to the new dentist but could not do that because Wendy called me the day of I was supposed to get my consultation with the new dentist and told me I had to come in and sign some paperwork for them to send the X-rays over. Please avoid this place of at all possible, not a good place to go to.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the BEST dentist I’ve ever been to! They got me in as soon as I walked in the door, front desk staff were absolutely pleasant and sweet! Got all my info taken care of quickly! Dr. Bozarth was very professional & explained all my dental work thoroughly that needed done! Highly recommend this dentist to anyone needing work or any dental care! Great staff as well! Will be coming back in the future!

Fantastic experience: After 35 years of not having bottom teeth & years of none on top, thanks to Aspen Dental, I got my smile back! Even though I lost alot of bone mass, the dentist & staff bent over backwards to make my smile happen in a short period of time. I love the quality & fit of the dentures. I love the dentist & staff because they all bent over backwards to get my teeth & smile before Christmas. I can be in pictures & go out, unafraid to eat, smile, or laugh again! They look natural & have a perfect fit despite my bone loss because the technician took extra care to get the molds right. The office manager & front desk jumped through hoops for my insurance, billing, appointments, & made the process easy despite the timeline during the holidays & year end. I cannot praise & thank them enough. Now I am going out, smiling, laughing, eating & enjoying life again! Thank you from the bottome of my heart. I highly reccomend Aspen Dental for their expertise, friendliness, quality, ease & in all steps in the process.

Negative experience: Once i made my appointment and confirmed via text they called me everyday to get me to call them and reconfirm. That was the first annoying thing that happened. Then i went in with insurance and first the doctor said that dentures were only for a smile purpose. Only 25% of real teeth chewing power. Then he said that my gums had receded and it would take four weeks for my swelling and gums to heal enough to get an impression done. I was shocked by all the misinformation. Then i went to the person who tells you what your insurance will cover. She plainly said she wouldn't recommend the classic and basic denture. Just what she would tell her mother. Only the expensive ones would work. My insurance covers 3,000 for dentures but the price i would pay was over 2,000 above that and my out of pocket cost. Then they want you to apply for a lending company to cover that. The whole experience was ridiculous and i wouldn't recommend anyone who asks to go there. If i could give no stars i would have. Terrible place.

Fantastic experience: Prompt, Professional, and Courteous service from the staff! From check-in to the end of the appointment was a reasonable yet minimal amount of time waited for an x-ray, gum condition check, and diagnosis on my upper wisdom teeth. Any and all questions I had were answered exceeding expectations of a dental visit in a positive way. Couldn’t recommend this location enough.

Negative experience: Used to like this location, however, they changed. I was billed over $2,000 for work that was covered under my insurance. They billed both my insurance and me. I took multiple months and they still have not fixed it. I would highly suggest not using this company.

Negative experience: Horrible place. Staff rotates out all the times. Spent 20K for implants and a year later my husband has an ok upper denture and a bottom that does not fit correctly and keeps breaking. Office staff does not care. He glued them out of desperation over a holiday weekend after the third time they broke now they want 4000.00 more to replace the bottoms. Yes Its our fault for gluing them but they kept breaking they would not stay repaired anyway. Run AWAY and get a real dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with all of the staff in this office. The check in process was simple, everyone was very professional and friendly. The extraction process was the best I've had. I had NO swelling or bruising. I did opt for Halcion due to the extent of my extractions.

Negative experience: I've had a number of appointments and procedures with this Aspen office, and I have to say my last appointment was the worst anyone could imagine. It was like the dental assistant came straight from selling clothes at the local department store. Lacking in dental knowledge is an understatement. Good luck for anyone that gets the assistant I happened to get.

Negative experience: I went there got my work done I paid. I needed more work but I specifically told them what to fix, paid my bill off. Then I recieve a bill for 1000 plus for a tooth that I told them I wasn't fixing, also the dentist said he couldn't fix it needed surgery. Anyway I call the office the lady said she fixed , now I'm receiving letter from debt collectors for 1000 dollars **** Updating 12/3 still having bill collectors call.****

Negative experience: I was pleased with the quick service provided with my upper denture but very unhappy with the response I received regarding my lower partial . I was informed they no longer use a dental lab to repair partials and gave me a list of dental labs to call which I called and they all said they do not replace teeth in partials they did not make! So if I need a tooth replaced I would have to get a whole new partial!!! I definitely will not have my partial made by Aspen dental since they do not have any way to service them if a repair is needed.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental institution I have ever dealt with. on their web site they claimed to have an onsite dental lab I had a broken denture and made an appointment to check cost and how long it would be to have a new top denture made, when I got there, I made it clear all I wanted to do was talk about dentures, I was made to take a x ray, I beg them not to for all I wanted to do was find out information, then I was sent back to a Dentist, Again I told her that all I wanted was to find out about dentures, finally I talked to an office person, and got the information. now I am being charged $250.00 for information, please stay away form this institution

Negative experience: This place is awful, they will perform unnecessary procedures on you that they will make you believe are vital. Your instance will deny these claims, each time I was there at least 2-3 people were called or came in to be told they owed $1000+ and I never thought it would be me because my dental insurance is stellar. Lo' and behold here I am with a massive bill. The work they performed was horrible, two of my fillings have broken out, and on one if them they messed up my alignment so bad I was in excruciating pain over the weekend. I went to another dentist because of this and they told me that tooth that hurt so bad needed a root canal. This second dentist was irate when he was inspecting the work Aspen Dental performed. It was like they created a problem in me to bill me more to fix.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I have periodontitis and my wife had a chipped tooth. We were both able to get in the same day. My wife had her teeth cleaned and her tooth was repaired by Dr. Patel the same day. My work is more extensive so I had a periodontal cleaning on one side of my mouth (about two hours) by Victoria. I go back next week for the other side and to have a crown put on one of my molars by Dr. Patel. Wendy took extra time to help us navigate the financial side of things and helped us find ways to bring down our out-of-pocket costs substantially. We wouldn't have been able to afford it without her help. My treatment also included an Oral-B electric toothbrush and an Oral-B Water Flosser to take home to avoid having problems in the future. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My first visit for service and all went well. There was a little wait time from x-rays to doctor but not bad. Natalia, hygienist, was excellent and provided thorough cleaning and explained things well. Dr. Patel was great.

Fantastic experience: I can NOT stress ENOUGH how pleased I am with Aspen Dental on Norman, Ok. From the lady who checked me in, to the girl who did the X-rays and impressions, to the Dentist, to the lady who sat down and discussed in great detail my care plan, THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. Concerned, professional, attentive, and caring. This staff is on-point!!! If you are looking for an entire team that works together to help you with your Dental needs, I strongly encourage you to go to this office. Five stars isn't enough!!!!!

Negative experience: When I went in for my first visit I 2023, I paid all the extra fees and costs for the consultation, deep cleanings, and got on a plan to fix my upper smile. I was told I could do this over a span of 3 or 4 years. I paid to have some work done, waited a few months into 2024 and was told I would have to restart the consultation process due to them switching the oral surgeon. After asking if I would be liable to repay everytime they switch surgeons I was told Yes, and there was confirmation of that by the office manager. They assured me their current surgeon would be there for atleast one year. Aspen dental unfortunately is a money scam, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Absolutely never use this place. They put a filling in my tooth, very badly, causing non-stop pain (it did not hurt at all prior to the filling). Turns out the dentist CUT A SLICE of the tooth off, and left it exposed. They then wanted to charge me almost $200 to remove it. I went to Perfect Smiles in Moore today instead, even though THEIR DENTIST is not the one who destroyed the tooth and caused it to need removal, they still extracted it for 1/3 of what Aspen wanted. Aspen is a rip off, and clearly incompetent. Additionally, the other 3 teeth (cosmetic cover fills for weak enamel) were not properly prepped. The dentist today said the covering will simply fall off and never bind to the teeth. I paid them $400 for absolute garbage. Attaching a picture of the VERY obviously CUT tooth. The cut their dentist made.

Negative experience: Terrible!!! Two hours waisted! I went in to get a treatment plan of an implant. When I made the appointment I said I wanted an implant. When I arrived I said I was there to discuss an implant. Two hours later the TEMPORARY dentist told me they did not do implants. They would have to refer me. I already had a referral from my dentist, but it is out of network for me. The X-ray machine and computers were down (should have called me to reschedule). Total waste of time!!!! I will say the employees were nice. I just wish one of the 4-5 people I talked to would have told me they didn’t do implants. It would have saved a lot of time.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. I missed an appointment which is fully my fault, although when you send me an email everyday saying “Reschedule your appointment” and your phone always goes to voicemail, now that’s your fault. I will finish my procedure with another company simply due to the ladies at the front desk. Horrible experience.

Positive experience: This was supposed to be posted a while ago but apparently i forgot to actually hit the post button lol I am really impressed with my experience yesterday. Everyone was really nice and knowledgeable in their specialty. They were all under a lot of pressure to get the days patients seen before it started snowing and they all managed to still have a great attitude, give service with a smile, and not make you feel rushed or unimportant. Negative experience: Long appointments, xrays, molds that were done and redone 3 times..and $2300 later, the “dentist” comes in and tells me she isn’t qualified to do the work we had planned (dentures) and I’d have to go to her oral surgeon because my canines are long. This is as she is reviewing X-rays we took weeks ago! The surgeon she sends me to wants $5000 more! No. This place is a scam. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Multiple appointments and not one single tooth fixed.

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Short wait times for numerous appointments. Had multiple extractions and same day dentures. Its been 6 months couldn't be happier Thank you to all the staff involved in getting my smile back. Fast forward 8 years 3rd bottom denture from aspen. Purchased the comfilytes this time worst denture ever .Had to be remade.Still has never fit . Quality is very poor . They aren't interested in fixing them only in selling me implants .
Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous, and I was not looking forward to being there. When I arrived, they were all extremely friendly and inviting. The dentists made sure that I was comfortable. They clearly explained everything in detail. They repeatedly asked me if I had any questions, and they actually cared. The dentist’s made sure they introduced all of the options to me. I am returning and I will also refer others to them. I want to thank them all again for easing my mind.
