Fantastic experience: Very professional at the same time very personal. My appointment was prompt and handled efficiently. I was kept informed and let know what to expect for my next appointment. I am extremely happy with my dentist and her staff.

Fantastic experience: The hygiene team does a great job working together to help get you in and out quickly. They help make sure you're comfortable and not in pain. Your comfort is one of their top concerns. Dr. Berry is great and very gentle. They don't recommend procedures that you don't need. From the front desk, to the hygiene team, to the dental assistants, and dentists, this team is the best and will take care of all of your dental needs in a kind and caring way. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: As a veteran and individual with schizophrenia among other issues that greatly affect my day to day life something simple like the dentist can raise my stress and anxiety to the point of causing an episode. Dr. Berry is especially receptive to my needs to help manage my symptoms while being treated in a way that allows me to get the dental work I need done completed even if it means one small step at a time. So shout out to Dr. Berry and the rest of the staff for making all this as stress and worry free as it can possibly get for someone like me! 5⭐️ and 100% recommend them!

Negative experience: My spouse was referred here by the OKC-VAMC back in 2022. My 50 year old combat veteran spouse was told that he would need to remove many teeth and have many shaved down and rebuilt back up. Teeth have been removed and shaved down, and now he is supposed to be complete without the rebuild of many front teeth. We were told he's supposed to basically spend the rest of his life eating with half shaved teeth and what was supposed to be a temporary partial that falls apart, or causes discomfort. I can not believe that he is being treated this way, but I can. I will post a picture if necessary. Veterans should be leary about receiving care here. Walk in with a mouth full of teeth and leave with only a memory of your smile. Sadly, he went bravely to his 30 year high school reunion halfway toothless in June of 2024. It has been 4 years and my spouse is still waiting for his smile back.

I should take better care of my teeth, yet they take care of me. lol I even had a crown crack last year and when they looked up my record, they said they did the work and would warranty it for free! The people and the fact they place oldies music in there too before my time.it's all ages appropriate! And everyone there and the lady that cleaned my teeth made me fill right at home! Fantastic experience: I was in denial about my snoring. Thankfully I saw the sign at Norman Family Dentistry that showed a simple solution. Intrigued, I scheduled the free consultation. I was immediately greeted by a smiling, friendly staff. They educated me on sleep apnea and within weeks I received my snore guard. I had no idea the amount of sleep I had been losing, let alone keeping everyone awake with my snoring! I will be forever grateful. I am a high maintenance patient and have an extremely low pain tolerance. The staff consistently provides the best level of service I have ever received in my life! They go out of their way to accommodate my requests and comfort for the patient is always top priority! The front office staff are so lovely and always have the biggest smiles when you walk in. My hygenist (Jennifer) is the absolute BEST EVER and Dr. Berry is phenomenal. I couldn’t ask for better service and treatment.

Upon arriving to my appointment there were young children leaving their appointment in which the entire office chimed in with compliments and enthusiasm when mom shared her son’s Halloween costumes. The kids faces lit up and they were so excited to share! I was greeted by Trish who was friendly and personable while taking my x-rays. She greeted me with a lovely gift bag as a first time customer which included many goodies and surprises. Jennifer was my hygienist who shared her knowledge of information while cleaning my teeth and did an exceptional job!! Both ladies had such a warm and genuine bedside manner. Finally greeted by Dr. Berry who was lovely and kind, making me feel confident in my dental health with her commentary of my teeth. Absolutely fabulous staff, all around. This place is a true gem for it’s not often you experience superior service like this! Thinking about switching providers? Nows the time!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the ONLY dentist I would ever go if you have any phobia of dentists/dental offices. From the moment you walk in, their staff is so polite and ready to make your experience a peaceful one (with snacks, ambient music or whatever). If you need medicinal aide they have that too. Judgement free zone and great staff all around! Just got my cleaning this morning and will be going back to get some work done soon (teeth that had work on them when I was younger). Don't put off those teeth! This is THE place!

They have a survey when you first come in that asks you what all you need to feel comfortable while you are there. Everyone in office is very friendly and welcoming.Found out I needed a tooth pulled but it was really infected so she said it would come out easier and less painful if I took a antibiotic for a week for the infection first. She wrote the prescription and gave it to me. She said she will see me back in a week. Her assistant walked me back up to the front and got me an appointment. Everyone in this office are extremely friendly. They’ll always have snacks and. Something to drink there while you are waiting. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Norman Family Dentistry cares for both their patients and the community, as evidenced by their generous donation to a local silent auction I won. Raising money for CCFI (Center for Children and Families) was important to them and to me. I won a Zoom! Whitening session and a round of Botox injections. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a smiling, nice lady who got me checked in…I was promptly brought back and met with Lisa who immediately gave me a GIFT! A white gift bag with tissue paper and ribbon! It was their New Patient “thank you” gift. Many fun goodies inside . Lisa took care of my Zoom! service. I had no idea what to expect, she was so very kind and informative…she was extremely personable and walked me through the whole process. I walked in with your typical stained teeth and left shocked and amazed at how she was able to whiten them beautifully in less than an hour. Immediately after the Zoom!, I was introduced to Dr. Amanda Venk, this wonderfully kind person shook my hand and congratulated me on my Silent Auction Win . She started from the beginning on explaining Botox injections, how it all works, the timeframes for all the processes…we then discussed where I could use a little “assistance” and how many “units” each area took. I was a little nervous about any pain associated with it and was assured the needles were the tiniest made…which they were. It was all very minimally painful…kinda felt like baby bee stings…nothing major whatsoever. I started with 50 units and had some left over that I was able to “bank”…keep for next time. Before getting Botox, I for some reason thought it was this major thing but in reality, it was so easy, quick and no where near painful. It takes a couple days for the process to work so I should be seeing some results soon. I swear I woke up this morning looking 10x more refreshed already. I say all this to let you know that Norman Family Dentistry is not only your local dentist, they also offer so many other services that can make you feel refreshed and rejuvenated…all minimally invasive and a quick turnaround time. The cool thing is, there’s no time off needed…you can go about your merry day afterwards . Thank you NFD for making me feel special and taken care of. I will be back when my number “11’s” start to show themselves again. Highly recommend, go get you some!

Fantastic experience: My crown had broken off at the base and post had broken. Dr. Amanda Venk was able to get me in next day! I was hoping for a miracle and got it! She explained to me-my options and then skillfully replaced the post and reconditioned the crown. I am very grateful to have such a kind and skilled dentist with a wonderful friendly staff!!! Fantastic experience: The staff worked me into their patient schedule to repair my chipped front tooth. Lisa, Hannah, and a dental student were extremely friendly and professional. My chipped tooth had been a chronic and frustrating problem from me. Dr. Crosby was very compassionate, understanding, and skillfully repaired the tooth. Additionally, she suggested some minor lifestyle modifications and recommended a night guard appliance rather than a crown. As always the hygienists, dental techs, and administrative staff are very professional, kind and courteous to me and my family.

Negative experience: I currently am an Indian and get all my dental needs Taking Care of at Thunderbird Indian clinic, except they do not do crowns. I came in to Norman Family Dentistry to have a crown put on because the old one had fallen off and I have lost it. They charged me $1,700 which I had paid half down cash and within a year it had fallen out four times, the last one stayed in for about 6 months and fell out and I went in yesterday because I called beforehand and they told me it was under warranty within 2 years, even though this time the crown broke off while i was eating which broke the crown and chipped a tooth. I was told yesterday after taking x-rays that it was not under warranty because I did not go in and see them to have my teeth cleaned on a regular basis so I had to pay once again. They didn't even offered to glue in the temporary that I had that wasnt broken, hope I get a phone call from them because I am very unhappy with my experience and I hope everybody reads this I would not recommend them to anyone. I even have dental insurance now but I didn't give to them because I was told Over the phone it was under warranty. Still havnt heard back since this post. Going to call Monday and tell them i have insurance now and would like my crown remade that I paid for out of pocket

Fantastic experience: I came with low grade tooth pain and I was promptly seen by Dr. Venk. She and Lisa were absolutely professional; they diagnosed my issue and explained my options. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and work done on an adjacent tooth. They did the work immediately and managed my pain during and after the procedure. Lisa even followed up the next day to check on me. This was my first visit to this office, but not the last. They are my new dental office from here on out. I give them my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: A coworker recommended this office and I'm glad he did. As a new patient, they got me scheduled about 2 weeks out. The office was friendly, well run and offered lots of little treats and extras I didn't expect. The location is convenient and I love the fact that its not a chain. After 5 years in Norman I have finally found my dentist and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning. Thanks to Mandy (front) Patricia, Jennifer, Lori and of course Dr. Berry!

Negative experience: Front staff was friendly, Tonya the hygienist was nice & friendly. Dr Berry on the other hand was not good at giving advise. Was told to see a specialist & then come back for the to complete. Was suppose to leave with a care plan with options & pricing. When they went to ask Dr Berry if they needed to include another procedure she then had them have me leave without a care plan & pricing. Went and got a second opinion and she was off on everything she was wrong on her diagnosis to need specialist. I will never return. My husband however sees Dr Venk and is very pleased with how she handles everything.

Fantastic experience: My crown came off at 9:15 on a Friday at 9am. I called and had it back on by noon. Great experience, thanks for getting me in so quick!
