Fantastic experience: It’s super important to choose a dental care team who takes real pride in their work AND who you wouldn’t mind seeing even after the worst day ever. Dr. Diana, Bella, and Leanne are exactly that. I’m so glad I found an office I’ll be sticking with. Shoutout to the front desk staff too! Everyone here is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff here at Village Dental group! They are always helpful, friendly and ready to answer any of the questions I have. My hygienist is so cool and always takes care of me. Orthodontist is also phenomenal here and do a great of taking care of my teeth.

I was always made to feel comfortable and all my questions were answered with understanding and care no matter how small. Front desk workers were also very kind and helpful. Service was quick and I felt very safe getting my dental work done.

Negative experience: Don't go to this place. The dentist is a damn liar saying I had like 9 cavities but right after this I went to my real dentist because I'm cool with the dentist there and she showed me everything and said I had no cavities. They lie so they can make money. You want to go to a real dentist that doesn't scam you, go to Bonita Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Every time I bring my gdaughter for her appts, staff has been friendly and helpful. My gdaughter never complains on how she's treated or on the work being completed. They are also fast and efficient.

Negative experience: "Dr Singh" is a scam. I went in for pain with a wisdom tooth. I had a "silver filling" from adolescence. She stated it HAD to come out. She could do it same day, with a crown. I had zero clue I was about to regret not getting a second opinion. We have great dental insurance. I ended up paying over 3k out of pocket for all her work. For ONE crown that didn't even sit right. I had to go to Dr Kim at a different office to fix Singhs botched mess. I truly hope she gets sued out of business.

Fantastic experience: I keep thinking about this dental office, this is one of the BEST offices I’ve ever been to. They have qualified and kind providers available for any procedure. They sat down with me and heard me on ALL of my concerns. I think in the span of 2 years I went like 15 times not exaggerating. I was catching up on dental procedures I had needed for years and finishing up my braces. I was not a simple or easy going patient. Lots of dental anxiety and health anxiety in general, but the hygienist there and the dentist are wonderful. Front desk staff are lil sassy but they know what they’re doing and were always going that extra step for my FSA receipts and billing. I just love this specific office. And often wish I could just go back. It’s not a large or fancy office but the dental care is top notch!

Negative experience: Please beware — this office, like many others owned by corporate dentistry, are notorious for overcharging patients and having generally scammy practices. I came here last year for a consult about a fractured tooth and they gave me a treatment plan that same day for several onlays and a periodontal exam with antibiotics — all of which they say added up to about $3805. After I got the work done, I called my insurance because I saw the dental codes weren’t matching up. They confirmed that I only owed about $700… meaning I was overcharged by THREE THOUSAND dollars. Thankfully my insurance is helping me get my refund. But I highly recommend against going here and other corporate dental offices that use Smile Generation, because they WILL overcharge you and add on a bunch of services you don’t need. It’s deeply unfortunate because Dr. Diana and the staff were courteous, but I felt scammed.

Fantastic experience: If it had not been for Brian Negrete, I would not have the current treatment plan. Brian is so client oriented that you can ask questions to feel at ease. He also responds immediately even if you got your plan in place. Finally, all the team, from the receptionists and schedulers to the temporary dental expert, is SUPER NICE! I highly recommend Village Dental- Eastlake!

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed After 10 Years – Only Bright Spot Was My Hygienist I’ve been going to Village Dental for over 10 years, and unfortunately, my experience has gone from disappointing to downright frustrating. Over the years, I’ve been overcharged not once, but twice by $100—both times requiring me to call and dispute the billing errors. It’s exhausting having to double-check every statement just to make sure it’s correct. What finally pushed me to leave was my last visit. The dentist told me I needed over $2,000 worth of dental work immediately. That didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion at a new, highly recommended dental office. To my shock, the new dentist told me I only needed about $300 worth of work—a huge difference that made me question how much unnecessary treatment Village Dental had been suggesting over the years. The only truly positive part of my experience was my hygienist, Angela. She was absolutely wonderful—kind, thorough, and always made me feel comfortable at every visit. I genuinely looked forward to my cleanings with her and appreciated how much she cared about her patients. Unfortunately, even an amazing hygienist can’t make up for years of questionable billing and inflated treatment plans. After a decade of loyalty, I won’t be returning to Village Dental, and I can’t recommend them to others

Negative experience: This office (Dr. Singh) tried to scam me with totally unnecessary dental work. I was told I needed multiple root canals, crowns, and even an extraction, thousands of dollars worth of work. Something felt off, so I got two independent second opinions. Both confirmed the majority of these treatments were completely unnecessary. She wanted to work on teeth that 2 separate dentists said had no issues as well. I have three treatment plans in writing (from 2 other dentists also), plus X-rays, proving that this office was recommending extreme and invasive procedures on teeth that were healthy or only needed small restorations. This isn’t just a difference in treatment style, it’s blatant overtreatment and upselling, which undermines patient’s health to drive up profits . I will be filing a complaint with the California Dental Board. I didn’t do enough research and read all the other terrible reviews, also check more Dr. Singh reviews at Canyon Vista Dental Group, on google and yelp. This type of overtreatment is dishonest and predatory, designed to upsell expensive, irreversible procedures to patients who don’t know better. Do yourself a favor: get a second opinion before trusting this office or better stay away.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for today, verified my insurance when scheduled last week. I move my schedule around for my son and I, was up early to be ready, and get a call just before leaving home saying they cannot verify my insurance and the visit would be $59 as a new uninsured patient. I assured her that my insurance was active and I am fully covered. She said it doesn't seem you are. I said I've used my insurance elsewhere without issue recently. I requested them to delete all of my information and cancel the appointment. Just seems quite scammy. Strongly advise to not waste your time with this location. I just got off the phone and verified my insurance coverage is good and pre-approved for the work that I need.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Village Dental Group and Orthodontics. From start to finish, my experience was top-notch. Dr. Montilla was incredible. She was so professional, skilled, and attentive to all my needs. I had two onlays done, and honestly, I didn’t feel a thing the entire time. The procedure was smooth, quick, and absolutely painless. A big shout-out to Dental Assistant Elsa, who was a total gem. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. I felt completely at ease, and her warm demeanor made the experience even better. Hygenist Angela was also phenomenal. She was thorough, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The level of care I received was exceptional—everyone at the practice is super friendly and truly honest about the treatment you’re getting. It’s rare to find a dental office where you can trust every person on the team, but this place has earned that trust from me.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience at this office and I literally hate going to the dentist. I needed a deep clean and Angela was my hygienist. I had never had a deep clean before and she was very gentle and explained what she was doing the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Montilla then came and did my filling for my cavity. Originally I was going to have an onlay done, but she said since it was so small I didn’t need it and did a small filling instead. That made me feel like she really cared and didn’t just try to do the more expensive procedure. The dental assistant, Elsa was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. She knew exactly what was needed to assist Dr. Montilla and everything was so quick and efficient. Everyone had confidence and as a patient, that made me feel comfortable and safe, which is very important to me. If you’re looking for a dentist, try this office out and I definitely recommend Dr. Montilla. She was very gentle and kind.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for a few years, initially for some major work, and have continued coming for cleaning and maintenance. The staff here are fantastic. Angie does my cleanings, and she's not only very good at her job, she's funny and kind. Dr. Singh is the same way, and is very good about working with patients to get them the care they need. The front desk staff likewise are very empathetic to the cost of dental care, and do everything they can to help patients get proper care without it being an undue financial hardship. No one really likes going to the dentist, but when you do have to go, I cannot recommend Village Dental Group highly enough. Best dentist I've ever been to, and it's not even close.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with my regular check-up. All the staff here were very accommodating and affable. They took great care in my dental work. The staff was filled with most major specialties and up to date high tech equipment. I was very happy with the transparency when they were explaining reasons for certain procedures. They managed to conduct a thorough exam and cleaning along with other major dental work all in the same day which I thought was pretty impressive plus it was all done in a timely and professional manner. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for over 10 years, and highly recommend the treatment I’ve got from Dr. Singh, recently from Dorothy did the x-rays, the front office staff are always helpful, I appreciate that they try to preserve the teeth and educate you on how you can Take care of your teeth yourself, too, and a couple of times when my ceramic crowns have fallen out, even though not under warranty they were replaced for free I mean, putting back the original one for free
