Negative experience: Never again. Wisdom teeth extractions ended up with hospitalization a week later due to infection and lock jaw… these weren't my first extractions so i know what to expect and this whole procedure and treatment was horrible.

Fantastic experience: All the employees are great. The Dentist was very helpful and courageous. Very nice and pleasant. The assistant was very Knowledgeable and very focus on what he was doing. Dr. And Assistant were very gentle..

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Launa Hoover, RDH enough! I’ve been seeing her as my dental hygienist for several years now, and every single visit has been an amazing experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, gentle, and truly exceptional at what she does. Her cleanings are always thorough yet remarkably comfortable, and she consistently makes what could be a stressful appointment feel easy and completely painless. Beyond her clinical skills, she has such a warm, welcoming personality. She’s kind, funny, genuine, and has a wonderful way of helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they sit down. I never feel rushed, judged, or anxious during my appointments because she creates such a supportive and positive environment. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes great pride in providing outstanding care. Negative experience: Dr.Arreola, Salma, and Bernadene are so sweet, I am glad to be under their care. BAD UPDATE (2 yrs later): I have absolutely changed my mind on this establishment, and here’s why. While the staff initially accommodated my dental anxiety, I wrote my positive review while heavily medicated and loopy. Now that the dust has settled, I want to warn the public about the physical injuries and predatory sales tactics I experienced here. Their surgeons were so rough they chipped my tooth in half, which I choked on, and permanently damaged my jaw, leaving me with chronic TMJ. Awhile later I returned for a routine cleaning. Afterwards, the manager met me where I was stationed and used aggressive scare tactics, claiming my teeth would fall out if I didn’t agree to several procedures leading up to $20k. As a young adult in my early 20s navigating financial independence, I feel they weaponized my age and dental anxiety to take complete advantage of me for a quick buck. I quit going there so I swapped to Neighborhood Healthcare Dental and all of the procedures I was essentially threatened to do were not necessary whatsoever and my teeth/gums are healthy according to my new dental team!

Negative experience: I paid $16900 out of pocket for periodontal for periodontal lengthening and dental crown treatments at this clinic. I came to the clinic onJuly 6 because my crown fell off, and they rescheduled my visit to 11a.m. onJuly 7. Wen I arrived on time for my appointment, two front dest staff pressured me to sign paperwork for an oral exam. The exam totaled $755，which was covered by insurance, leaving me with a $35 personal charge. I asked if could only sign documents related to my broken crown, but they refused and would not perform the treatment for me. The next day, my insurance company reached out to the clinic, and front desk staff Rosa hid relevant information and ignored their phone call for the third time. Bright Now! Dental piles on unorganized, unnecessary add-on services, views patients only as a source of revenue, and refuses to take responsibility when their dentall bonding work fails and teeth come loose for patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Omar Arreola, is the best dentist ever he makes me feel comfortable and I’m always nervous when I go to the dentist. Julie is awesome she is very good at her job she makes me feel at ease, thank you both for being such great people and dentists,Becky

Fantastic experience: Our Dental Hygienist Laura Hoover is patient and through. She was gentle and explained her process. I was apprehensive from a bad experience a now I'm comfortable and relaxed knowing I'm in good hands.

Fantastic experience: My visit went well. I was very nervous for the appointment. Salma, Bernadine, and Dr.Arreola were all very helpful and comforting me through this process. Very informative, patient, and genuine with availability and planning. Great office.

Fantastic experience: Had two permanent bridges with tooth extraction all by Dr Meta. Very knowledgeable, experienced and courteous dentist and staff. Definitely good experience. Thankyou to Sue the office manager for helping me afford the different treatments.

Negative experience: Be careful of this place they kept charging us after we stopped coming to this clinic for a while and when we went to speak with them they refused to speak with us and threatened us by calling the cops The person in the picture who claimed she’s the manager refused to let us speak with anyone and refused to provide us with a reason why they kept charging the insurance while we didn’t receive any services there

Negative experience: My insurance covers a regular cleaning and check up. Should be zero dollars co-pay. However when I show up the first thing I'm handed to sign is an over $700 "This is not a bill". I don't know what all these extra charges are for but I'm told I have to sign it. No explanation why. When I hesitate another receptionist steps in and sternly tells me I have to sign it. Both receptionists sternly pressure me to sign it. This makes me extremely uncomfortable. They finally let me cross off the $700 and initial my name but say I still have to sign it. Because I hesitated one receptionist got a bad attitude like she took it personal for some reason. The x-ray lady was very pleasant and thanks to her I felt better about some of the bad juju encountered at the front desk. The hygienist was also pleasant up until the moment I asked her to skip the fluoride this time, yikes! That really upset her and she started arguing with me. I didn't argue back, I just wanted to get out of there already. I appreciated that she still cleaned my teeth. Thanked her. Then it was my daughter's turn. My daughter later told me that it was the most painful cleaning she's ever had. The lady was pretty upset that we skipped the fluoride cleaning this time and I wonder if that's the reason why she walked off without saying bye and my daughter was left with a mouthful of blood at the end of the cleaning that she had to swallow. We still had to wait for the doctor I don't know why but it took to the doctor super long to come see my daughter after. I hope it has nothing to do with the other lady getting upset. When the doctor came in she was extremely cold and dry with us which is fine with me. At least she wasn't pressuring or arguing with me. Thank you Doctor. That day my daughter and I went in for appointments. We arrived around 1:30 a little before that and I got out at around 4:50. I dread going back there to be honest because I try to get along with everybody and I don't like confrontation. My husband had a different experience when he went in for his appointment he said when they handed him a "not a bill" for extra charges right away when he said he didn't want to pay extra charges and the ladies were very helpful in crossing off the charges and whatever for him. He didn't get any pushback. Oh and when I came home I researched what is this "not a bill" thing that looks just like a bill and apparently that's what they would use to submit to the insurance and whatever the insurance doesn't cover, well... it will be my responsibility to pay that $700 that would not be covered by the insurance.

Fantastic experience: Launa Hoover is the reason to come to BrightNow! Dental. She’s my dental hygienist and I request her every time. I make my appointment only to see her and if she’s not available on that day then I request another day. She’s efficient, gentle, thorough, and explains everything along the way. A true miracle worker. She can turn scary stained teeth into a beauty pageant smile. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was the best dental experience i’ve ever had, I definitely made the right choice coming here, before anything I gotta say that Dr. Omar Arreola did a phenomenal job on my last minute root canal, procedure was quick and easy. The rest of the team was great as well, I didn’t get names but the lady at the front desk was helpful, so was the manager and the dental assistant. I didn’t have insurance but they were able to work with me and set me on an affordable payment plan. I’ll most definitely be coming back here especially to get my smile fixed up, they showed that they genuinely care about you at this place and make you feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Omar Arreola and I can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment I sat in the chair , he made me feel completely at ease with his calm and gentle approach. He really took his time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I came in with a chip tooth and also needed a filling.And the results exceeded my expectations. He did an incredible job restoring my tooth.It looks completely natural.And I can't even tell where the damage was. The filling was just as seamless and the whole process was smooth and painless. It is clear that he generally cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, patient, and attentive , I highly recommend him.

Positive experience: They have a good Staff of people in their Dentazl Group. Suzy is very professional & gets request in for the Insurance Company in a timely manner. Dentist Areola is top-of-the-Line. He is Professional by all standards and shows empathy for the Patients whom are insecure at goung to a Dentist. Positive experience: Chipped a molar had to be fitted for a crown, I told the head Dr I have always had sensitive teeth, whenever I had to have a crown put in that a pulp cap was put on before the crown for added insulation..she ignored my statement. and here I am with a crown on that is sensitive to room temp water..

Negative experience: Officer manager Susan she’s better off working at a night club with her crazy attitude!! She doesn’t deserve to be working in healthcare she has zero professionalism zero respect we are going take further action but before we do so I wanted to warn others to be very careful do not come here what so ever ! They provide you with one rate and then when you have your appointment they increase and say the previous rate was for a certain doctor what a joke and if you try to speak with Susan she snaps at you rather than being of any help or hearing you at. My son has been going here for 1 year straight and they still have not starting his treatment despite us paying sky rocket rates out of pocket you would at least want them to provide you with good service I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone !!!!! Ok so update I wrote my review to keep others warned and they deleted my review after responding to it what a shame I guess she doesn’t want her boss to see the feedback maybe fix your attitude and take to patients respectfully or quit your job if your not loving what you do

Fantastic experience: My mom was a patient at Bright Now Dental in El Cajon and had the best experience there. Launa Hoover, the hygienist, was very attentive to my mom’s needs and took excellent care of her. Susan Celaya, the office manager, was always kind and extremely helpful. She consistently made prompt decisions and went out of her way to accommodate our preferences.

Fantastic experience: Got me in fast to fix a broken tooth. They are full service. I got a root canal and 2 teeth fixed in one week. Less pain than I have ever had with a dentist before. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing! Called and Susana booked me same day. They extracted my tooth and were so patient with me, I have a huge phobia of needles and Dr. Mehta let me go at my pace. All the staff was so attentive and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: I absolutely would not recommend. Poor management. The dentist, At least the one that I’ve dealt with twice, seems incompetent and has poor communication skills. Have been to this office twice. Both experiences were terrible. I have yet to get my teeth cleaned, yet, somehow I’ve managed to get imaging done twice. There is a constant trend of up-selling. if you cannot be up sold they manage to become unable to complete service. I only switched to this dentist because my company switched insurance and my previous dentist did not accept the new insurance. I’d rather now go pay my previous dentist cash rather than do business with this company.

My dad and I have been coming here for about three years, and I’ve never had any issues. From the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors, everyone here cares and it allows me to feel comfortable in a dental environment. Which for most of my life I never felt when going to the dentist.

Negative experience: This is the worst dental office you could ever experience. I strongly suggest that you stay away from this office. They will trick you without you even noticing and charge you for services you didn’t need. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Bright Now Dental.

Fantastic experience: This weekend I had an unexpected dental problem. This morning (Monday) I called at 8:00 AM and was seen by my dentist by 8:30. As always, Dr. Mehta was able to diagnose and correct the problem. Everyone in that office is on their game—receptionists, office manager, dental assistants and Dr. Mehta. They are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. This even required a prescription sent to my doctor. It was handled quickly and was ready when I reached the pharmacy. Thanks to the entire staff at Bright Now Dental in Rancho San Diego for taking care of my needs today.

Negative experience: This place is in desperate need of real management. Terrible response. Getting billed though the mail when I shouldn't. Always late with their appointments, and they don't answer the phone. I can see why they have two stars on Yelp.

Positive experience: It never fails with an appointment your wait is 45-60 minutes long. I’ve waited months for an approval for a crown, but not until my next appointment did I asked about it. Only to find they would have to submit x-rays again. So it leaves me in pain for much longer. The staff is awesome, the office accommodating, and the service you get is awesome.

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown done for my front chipped tooth and was denied by insurance but Nita kept requesting it and I started letting it go until I got the message that I was approved. Came in and Salma and Angel were assisting Dr. Mehta and they were so gentle and very patient the entire time. I haven’t been to the dentist in a decade because they were so rough on my last visit it scared me but i’m happy that I chipped my tooth now jk but seriously thank you guys! The best experience

Negative experience: I have never been so traumatized in my life? (With the exception of my last visit) Not only was I never informed of how long the snap ins would take, I was not able to wear my healing dentures over the screws they put in! I now will have no teeth for over a month as I haven't even had impressions done yet! It takes another month for them to be made! I now have no teeth for at least that long even though I was told the dentures would fit over them! Tried! Not possible! Very unhappy with everything I have had done by them! Didn't even leave there with teeth after extractions like they promised.I left with them in hand and couldn't get them in for 5 days! Do your homework before choosing a dentist! It is life changing and important!

Negative experience: I cannot think of one positive thing to say about Bright Now in our family's nearly 10 years experience as patients there. They are often short staffed and even been late to opening for early morning appointments. Our last straw was dealing with their Ortho department. When you pay for the entire treatment up front, they fail to tell you that there is only one day a month they see patients for braces. At today's appointment, we sat for a half hour before being told that they didn't have enough assistants. Other folks in the lobby had been waiting for over 2 hours to be seen. Our option was to wait for hours or reschedule a month out... It feels very scammy and I hope more people complain. I implore you not to give your business to Bright Now.

Negative experience: Not sure where to start, my son Adam Yousif started braces with a this company since 2017, Phase 1 that’s what they said , I continue with Phase 2 up until June 2025 where I decided to take them off my son was tired at this point . through all the treatment he had multiple providers and every time they will add more time to his treatment . My understanding was that if you have braces for so long the roots can be damage and sure enough it happened . Had to take him to another regular dentist where they confirmed that tooth number 7 prognosis was bad . at this time Adam decided to take braces off due to tooth number 7. On my following visit I mention to my orthodontist and he confirmed about tooth 7 having short roots. To make the story short after 8 years with braces were not happy with the results so my son went for a second opinion. And they advised him that it was better to place veneers because of the results of the treatment . After paying like 8,000 for his treatment. Had to pay 9,000 more for a brand new smile when that’s what we paid for at the beginning. I felt like I was tricked with phase 1 and phase 2 but I went along with it because I trusted the docs opinion when no one told me there was more money to it. to top it off I got a bill for $641 for whatever reason when the treatments been paid off.

Negative experience: AVOID! Two appointments I arrived about 10 minutes early and checked in. My appointment time came & went. After 40 minutes after my appointment time I'd still not been seen, so I left. Made another appointment and again after it hit the 40 minute mark after appointment time I left and never went back. Changed dentist's. Never go here. Many many other dentists that appreciate your time.

Negative experience: Dr. Omar Areolla and his dental hygienist were great! I didn’t give this company 5 stars because the office manager/billing woman kept telling me that I needed more work, (at a cost of $800+), that my insurance wasn’t going to cover. She said I wouldn’t be cleared for my upcoming surgery if I didn’t agree to the extra work. She told me that the dentist wouldn’t sign my clearance paperwork, but then told me it was up to the dentist and me. I talked it over with the dentist and he did the exam, deep cleaning, antibiotics for 2 of my teeth, then signed my paperwork without all of the “extras”! I downgraded my rating to only 1 star because I got a huge bill, including things I didn’t authorize or receive. They claimed I received antibiotics for 6 teeth and they also took color photographs of my teeth without my authorization. The office manager said if 6 antibiotics were written down in my chart, then I got 6. The 6 were recommended, in a written estimate, but I decided against them, so she pretty much called me a liar. SO unprofessional! I’ve been trying to deal with this for months and finally ended up paying more than I should have, just so they wouldn’t send me to collections! I called my insurance company and they urged me to file a grievance. I’m hopeful, but I don’t have much hope of getting my money back. I will never return there!

Negative experience: They have serious issues with time management. During my first visit, it took them an hour to complete the paperwork before I was admitted or seen by a doctor. Today, I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. When I arrived, they told me they had left a voicemail saying the doctor would arrive at 9:00 AM—which I never received. As a courtesy, they simply said I was welcome to wait until she arrived. This repeated delay is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for patients’ time.

Fantastic experience: This time got regular teeth cleaning. Hygienist did an excellent job. Very professional and exact. I have had very good results from Bright Now and will continue using them. I've been to many other places with several different dentists and so far this place has done the highest quality of services.

They are conscientious about how I feel when I’m in the chair which is always nervous and they strive to make me feel at ease before whatever I’m having done done. Negative experience: The worst dental facility I’ve ever been to. We’re a family of 4, all had such a horrible experience. Everyone here truly seems like they just don’t care. I’ve never experienced so much pain during a basic cleaning. It felt like the hygienist was digging into my gums. I was told I had 4 cavities, which was such a shocker because I haven’t had one since middle school. I scheduled an appointment to fill those cavities, which the office canceled. I was fed up, and decided to move my entire family to a new dentist where they took new X-rays… NO CAVITIES! My total was going to be $590 for nothing. At the new dentist, I did a routine cleaning and had zero bleeding and zero pain. I waited half a year to write this review, to get fair second opinions on my dental health. Bright now made it seem like teeth were the absolute worst, probably to try to get me to spend more money.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a filling with Dr.Arreola and his assistant Salma they were very nice and professional they even did my fillings without the anesthetic and I had 0 pain 10/10 experience i recommend it Best Dentist in San Diego

Negative experience: My family will be leaving this place. Feels like a Valvoline, always trying to sell a product. Was told my son needed four wisdom teeth out and bone grafts for each tooth. Got a second opinion and was told he definitely did not need bone grafts (most people don’t). Bright Now was going to charge me $500 per bone graft and then wanted to charge $500 for nitrous oxide…$2500 of unnecessary charges. My insurance would have covered the wisdom teeth removal. My impression is Bright Now is not an honest business. I would steer clear.

Fantastic experience: Came in for my appointment for my regular cleaning and check up, The manager Susy was amazing and very professional she ensured I was able to understand everything before hand along with in the front office she was very nice and welcoming , the hygenist Lanawas also very professional and friendly she was able to explain things I was very happy with her specially the way she made me feel comfortable. everyone at this office were friendly and professional definitely was happy to go there knowing I am in good hands from start to end, they follow up with you and make sure if you have any questions and are always happy to help. You guys have a great team and I recommend my friends and family to you always! Thank you all I am a very happy patient.

Fantastic experience: My second only visit to this facility, this occasion for teeth cleaning. As before I was welcomed by staff at the front desk and my wait time to see my hygenist was short. Very thorugh cleaning, probably the best I've had in years. Offered additional services for the benefit of keeping my teeth healthy but decided against on this visit. Have an appointment in July for another cleaning so I am pleased with the service provided by Bright Now.

Negative experience: I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with the dentist there. They've always been nice and the people in the back.They've always been nice. But the reason for me giving them zero stars is because of the front of the office. Very rude and the office manager susan c. Completely unprofessional. Inappropriate behavior with my husband. Charging me for things that I didn't have done. And also charging me for things.My insurance paid for so i'm being double charged. Now I get a bill that doesn't even say what is for just says that I owe $85 and when I try to call the office, Susan was busy or in a meeting. But would call me as soon as she was done, she never called. She never does. She never helps take care of this because she knows she's wrongfully charging me, but this woman is so unprofessional. I would not recommend you go there. Especially with your husband. Again, susan c is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life, horrible woman. Well, it looks like I can't even post this unless I give them a star. So they got one star, but really, it's zero

Negative experience: I had to wait an hour and a half for a 10a.m appointment. Do not add additional services to a bill without discussing with the patient first cancer testing and laser cleaning..I had to request those thing's be removed from my bill. Improvement is needed on these areas.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this location since 2018 and with all the many changes that have taken place the one thing that keeps me coming back is Launa Hoover the dental hygienist. She is by far the best of the best. Every time I see her I just get excited, because I know that I can trust her judgment and she genuinely cares for her patients. She’s always so kind and her bed manner is always gentle. As long as Launa is in the building I’ll continue to go here because there’s no one like her.

Negative experience: Went in because I was in pain on one of my molars. My insurance I found out was only for x-rays and the initial dental stuff. I knew that if they fixed something there, I would have to pay, but I wanted to get the price upfront before they even gave me the price, they hadn’t done the service except they sent this one doctor in and said he was a root canal specialist and I asked him is this gonna cost me and they said no but it did. They’re trying to bill me $280 for about a minute or two of service. Office manager Susan see is very rude and tells you you need to know what your insurance will. I won’t pay. I do, that’s why I asked ahead of anything being done if there was a cost. This place is the biggest rip off I’ve ever had in my 60 years of Stay away it’s a rip off fraudulent company As they tell you to contact them by email, they provide you with an email address that is not deliverable. *** Two days later has first day was Thanksgiving the Friday after Thanksgiving I went to Tecate, Mexico, 20 miles closer to my house, and I do happen to have a Passport card. With a endodontist there, and he said I didn’t need any root canals. My two teeth on the bottom just need a crowns unlike the Endodontist Bright now sad. He also said in the tooth that was hurting that they did not take care of, needed to be pulled as it was broken half, a filling would’ve never helped it, nor with a root canal. If you don’t have full coverage insurance for your mouth, I wouldn’t stay out of the United States to get help. The dentist in Mexico was pain-free pull the tooth did everything within an hour and the cost to me without insurance was $80 total. Doctors and dentists in the United States. Don’t care about people they just care about their dollars! PS: The dentist I met with in Mexico was trained in Louisiana of the United States he can practice here in the US if you want it I’m not dealing with somebody who had no training or had no expense to their education, just the same as the ones you’re seeing, it’s just a difference in ethics.

Negative experience: It’s a Garbage place never try to visit, they are killing your time without resolving the issue. They don’t know how to do the x-ray later they put my mom on room without screen monitor. Look like on Barber. We not feeling on safe. Dr. she’s so slow and she didn’t know starting from where. Please stay away time is money and they are disrespecting the time.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was professional and cordial. The dental office had updated equipment, and was clean and organized. The Dentist and Dental Assistants were knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and provided 5 Star Treatment. I can not say enough about this dental Office or its staff.

Negative experience: I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. I took her here for new dentures and ever since have regretted it! They never got her dentures, right they were cramming big huge dentures in her mouth, making her gag & her eyes, water continually trying to cram these teeth in her mouth when they clearly did not fit. You can see from the pictures that I have posted! The lab never got her teeth right the impressions they took the first time were way off, but the second impression should’ve been better, but still the lab did not get these teeth right she was forced to endure a lot of pain and suffering through these visits of cramming the teeth in her mouth that she never wanted to return to the place again! I took her back like five other times just to try to get the teeth right and still they were not right and did not fit! Then they have the nerve to call me today saying we owed over $1800 for a new set of dentures because the insurance only paid $1200! Tell me about Susie, the manager assured me we would not pay any lab fees, etc. and then we didn’t owe any extra money however they’re billing us over $1800 still when we never even got any teeth from them! I feel like they’re total scammers! I would stay clear this place They used up all my mother’s dental for the year now she can’t even do anything about her teeth! Totally unacceptable!! I would give zero stars if allowed!

Positive experience: Gone to the Rancho San Diego location for years, ready for a change, it just keeps getting worse. My dental hygienists have always been great, but that's all. Staff is constantly rotating in and out. The last 2 out of 3 visits were 2 hours for a cleaning and X-rays. My last visit it seemed like no one knew what they were doing and the office manager wouldn't let me finish my sentences. Finally I stopped trying to explain that I didn't understand how the process worked and decided to just leave.

Positive experience: Disappointed i called 2 times to have my daughters records transferred before her appt previous bright now patient at a diff location and they did nothing and said still waiting for record we have been moving for last few months and she couldn't go since may. She has braces and they making her wait another month very Disappointed

Fantastic experience: I am a fairly new patient who brought two dental emergencies to Bright Now from the get go. I have always experienced fear and anxiety in dental visits which I allowed to keep me away from getting necessary treatment for many years. I arrived at Bright Now full of anxiety and procedure-fear, and was in complete sticker shock about treatment cost. Bright Now has given me confidence by providing a very professional and caring environment. Suzy is amazing. She is kind and patient while helping me understand all of the options available to personalize my treatment. I am truly grateful to have found a dental office I can build a relationship with to get me out of emergency mode and onto preventive mode soon.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my first appt with this dentist after moving to San Diego and was so appreciative of their incredible service. The staff were so kind. I had forgotten to request a transfer through my insurance before the appt but the front desk was kind enough to call my insurance and request an immediate transfer for me. The appt did take longer than anticipated and at one point I jokingly made a comment that “I realized skipping breakfast was a mistake” and the lady prepping me for the dentist legit got me yogurt to eat while I waited for the dentist to return! I was so shocked with her kindness and extremely appreciative. Although I said it in a joking manner, I was indeed hungry and devoured that yogurt! Also the lady who went through my treatment options and fees was so patient with all my questions and explained everything throughly. Overall the staff is great and I am happy with choosing them as my new primary dentist.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic office. I was completely spoiled in my life to be able to go to the same dentist office for probably 50 years. Looking for a new dentist office has been a challenge. My first encounter was with a dental office in Rancho San Diego which was not very pleasant. I discovered Bright Now Dental literally right across the street from me. My first visit to the office was met with smiles. During my first visit getting x-rays and checking my teeth, was again meant by very pleasant people. Shout out to Dr. Arreola And his assistant Julie. Also shout out to Launa Hoover, My dental hygienist. Again all wonderful people with smiles. Thank you and will happily see you in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: My first visit as a new patient resulted in 4 hours and 4 new crowns. The experience was painless and calm due to the easy and professional demeanors of Dr. Omar Arreola and Dental Assistant Bernadene.

Negative experience: I always have to wait an hour or longer past my original appointment time just to be called back, and then once I finally get called back I am put in a seat for an additional 40 minutes to an hour before anyone comes in and actually gets started on seeing me. I use to have high opinions of this establishment after the dental nightmares I had experienced elsewhere, but I really don’t recommend coming here anymore unless you can spare half a day at the dentists office. Every now and then it’s understandable falling behind, but every appointment I’ve had for years now (2 cleanings a year) I have spent hours just waiting. And then, there have been times when they do finally get started on me I can tell the entire cleaning was rushed and made even more unpleasant and uncomfortable, probably because they know they have several other people to get to that have also been waiting an hour or more past their appointment time.
