Negative experience: Very disappointed in their care. I know they were busy but their treatment suffered because of it. The dentist didn’t tell me she was going to inject the lidocaine and didn’t ensure I was numb before drilling, I in fact was not numb. She didn’t mean any malice and she was very kind, but even when you are busy patient consent is ALWAYS required and keeping the patient knowledgeable of the procedure is ALWAYS important. Also, the simple step of ensuring your patient is numb before you drill is just poor patient care. I was hoping to love it here as the staff was really all very nice and it was a nice facility, the care was just very poor and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Smiles of Eastlake is the best! And they seem to be in the habit of saving my skin! I called frantic yesterday with a wide chip missing behind my front tooth. I was leaving in 2 days for a family wedding across the country, and my family would have disowned me watching me cut pizza with a fork & knife to save my tooth from snapping off. Lol Smiles of Eastlake got me in within a few hours the same day! Dr. Milosavljevic is absolutely fantastic! He was very kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He discussed possible causes of the chip, treatment to fix it now, and several options for the future. He settled my nerves and also saved my honor with my family lol I joke, but really, Smiles of Eastlake has a top notch staff of doctors and front staff. Everyone is so kind and professional. I’m very happy to have found Smiles of Eastlake, and if you aren’t already going to them, you should check them out.

Fantastic experience: I first came here for a cleaning referral back in 2023 and ended up starting Invisalign, definitely one of the best decisions I’ve made. The office is stunning (they even have a massage chair!), and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The staff is consistently friendly, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Each visit feels better than the last. I’m moving out of the area soon, and I’m genuinely sad to be leaving such a great dental team. My Invisalign results turned out beautifully, and I’m so happy with the overall experience.

Positive experience: I had a great experience with my hygienist, Niki, at Smile of Chula Vista. She was very nice, patiently answered all my questions, and was incredibly gentle while cleaning my teeth. I usually have issues with my gums, but she did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. However, I did have an issue when trying to reschedule my next appointment. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and busy on the phone, and I stood there for about five minutes without being acknowledged. A bit more attention to customer service and hospitality would really improve the overall experience.

Positive experience: This was my very first visit. I was referred by the VA because it across the street where I live. From the first impression they seem to be organized and professional. They have thoroughly explained and shown me every that I needed to know. So far the only thing was I had a 1300 hrs appt and I was at least 9 to 10 minutes early. But it was a few minutes after 1300 when my name was called. Overall is was not a bad experience.
