Fantastic experience: Dr Kang & staff are taking very good care of my dental health needs and that means so much to me. Recently I had a cleaning and crown replacement. I appreciate the time they take to explain to me not just what they are doing but why. They give me dental health tips that I use daily. I am a long time patient of theirs and I highly recommend Factoria Family Dentistry. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning during which Irene, my dental hygienist and Dr. Kang, DDS discovered decay under the crown of a tooth! They showed me a picture of it on their large screen monitor so I could see & better understand the problem and what needs to be done about it. I am so glad they found it early enough for me to schedule the removal of the crown, clean out the decay and put in a new crown! Today I went in for the crown removal, clean away the decay & placement of a temporary crown until a newly formed crown can be put in at a later date. Dr. Kang and Gloria, one of his dental staff, worked skillfully to in a coordinated manner to accomplish this! I felt no pain or discomfort during this procedure at all!! And, before leaving, Gloria gave me a detailed list of instructions on how to keep my temporary crown in place until my new crown is seated - very helpful! Two weeks later I went back and Dr Kang and one of his dental assistants removed the temporary crown and put in place my newly formed crown. It was a quick & painless procedure - a perfect fit! If you want it done right, see Dr. Kang & associates!! So I returned in yet another two weeks to have a failed filling on the tip a bicuspid replaced. Dr. Kang & one of his skilled assistants, Gloria, quickly got the job done without pain! Yesterday I managed to break a crown on a bicuspid while eating breakfast! I called Dr. Kang's office and the next day I was able to see Dr. Kang who assessed the damage! Now I am booked for two dates next month to completely remove the old crown and then install a new crown. I am happy that all of this is happening in a timely manner! Today I had the broken crown removed and a temporary crown put in place until a permanent crown can be fashioned and put in place. The entire process was totally pain free thanks to the skills of Dr. Kang and one of his dental assistants! About two weeks later Dr. Kang and one of his dental assistants removed the temporary crown (which I had to problems with) and installed the new permanent crown. The procedure was pain free and the new crown is a perfect fit! I'm a happy camper! :) I highly recommend Dr. Kang and his dental assistants. Today, 5/8/2025, I went in for my semi-annual teeth cleaning. Kathy, one of Dr. Kang's team of skilled dental assistants did an excellent job! Also, Dr. Kang stopped by to ask about two most recent crowns he installed. I told him I am happy with both of them. I appreciated his checking up with me even though I didn't ask him to.

Fantastic experience: I accidentally cracked the temporary crown and FFD got me an appointment right away. The temp crown was replaced with efficiency and care. Excellent care again. Negative experience: Been a patient here for years. Since my main dentist retired the service has suffered. Absolutely NO communication with the office staff via text or email or online forms. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a more responsive dental practice.

I recently switched here and just had my first cleaning appointment, which turned out to be the best dental cleaning I've had in years. The staff here are incredibly professional, caring, and patient-focused. From the dentists to the assistants, everyone is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive. I also got a new night guard here, and the dental assistant was amazingly patient, adjusting it meticulously multiple times until I was completely satisfied. They assured me I could come back anytime for further adjustments. Finally, I have a comfortable night guard, something my previous dental clinic couldn't achieve—the difference is remarkable. Surpassing all expectations, the team made this my best dental experience in a long time.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I met at Dr Michael Kang's office was super friendly and helpful. I have a strong gag reflex and my hygienst Anne was exceedingly patient, competent and thorough. Dr Kang also spent a lot of time going over my X-ray, examining my teeth and strategize fixing a broken filling in light of my strong gag reflex. I am recommending the rest of my family to this practice.
