Fantastic experience: Lola and Dr. Laws were so great and patient with my daughter who was a little nervous about the appointment, especially about the X-ray. Lola was so amazing and accommodating and she really knows how to work with kids and got the X-ray which is always a struggler for us done in no time!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing them for many years, and all four of my kids are patients there. Dr. Chang and Dr. Kim are always very informative and patient. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure both parents and kids feel comfortable during the visits. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Lola and Haidee are especially wonderful — always kind, helpful, and great with the kids. Another thing we really appreciate is that many procedures can be done right in the office, which makes everything much more convenient for families. The office is well organized, appointments run smoothly, and we’ve always had a great experience. Highly recommend this clinic!

The staff are attentive. Everything runs on time. The funny part is my children love going to this practice and they ask when their next visit will be.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff are incredible! Friendly, kind, caring and helpful. All three of my children have been coming their whole lives, and they love visiting the dentist because of it. We have seen Dr. Thomas and Dr. Kim and have loved both of them. The staff take a lot of time to educate parents as well as kids in a way that instills confidence.

Fantastic experience: We love the warm, responsive, personal care that we get from the practice! Our little kids get to see gentle hygienist Lola and approachable Dr. Kim for consistency each time. One time my child had a tooth trauma and bleeding just before office closing time, and Dr. Kim fit us in immediately, staying later. He also said that even if we were to call after-hours, we would be able to reach someone if we ever have the need. What peace of mind! From the thoughtful office kid-friendly office design and small toys after a visit, to easy free parking, this practice is the best.

Fantastic experience: Lola was incredibly thoughtful and caring during my teeth cleaning. Not was she incredibly tentative, but even took time to give me tips on how to floss behind the wire on my lower teeth. This advice as well as her giving me some choices on how do to so were incredibly appreciated. During my X-RAYS, she also noticed some toothpaste on my cheek and took her time to get a tissue to wipe it off. Overall, Lola was an incredible help and fun to talk too.

Dr. Law was equally fantastic—professional, personable, and supportive, taking time to answer questions without ever making us feel rushed or shamed. Together, they made what can sometimes be a stressful appointment feel easy and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for dental care that is skilled, compassionate, and focused on helping patients feel confident and cared for. Only complaint is the seats in waiting room are extremely uncomfortable!

Fantastic experience: We were referred and oh my. Such a great experience! From the dental assistant/hygienist to the actual dentist, and the two ladies at the front desk, it was such a welcoming environment. I asked to be a permanent client as I don’t even want to go back to the original dentist. We got to see the hygienist first, Ashley and Tanjie, and then procedure by Dr. Laws & Jonathan assisting.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff- from front desk to assistants to Dr Law (who we saw today) were AMAZING! 3 boys- ages 4, 7, & 10 were so well taken care of! We were all in and out in 45 minutes including pictures! They really know how to relate to each kid and make them feel so comfortable. Also very thorough explaining things to mom and child! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We have been with this practice since my daughter turned one. She is 11 now. Through their change of ownership the standard of care has stayed the same- at its top notch level. As my daughter has grown, she has needed some more advanced dental work, such as fillings. She is apprehensive when it comes to the dentist, and is neurodivergent, so she feels very deeply, and that includes feeling pain, and anticipating fear. Blakely led the team that worked with our daughter and helped to provide such amazing, caring, and comforting care to my daughter. She always went slow, taking her time to explain the process in detail, and let my daughter know that she could set the pace, and nothing that made her uncomfortable or scared would happen without her consent. They made many adjustments and set the visits so that my child felt safe, listened to, and very well cared for. Each time, we requested the same team, and were able to have that happen for us. They even provided my daughter’s stuffy with the protective cover, and asked her questions about it, and about my daughter’s life, to make her feel welcome, comfortable and seen. If you can’t tell my now, I highly recommend this practice as their entire team, from the friendly, smiling front staff, to everyone you see in the back, are all truly amazing!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim and Dr. Chung are very professional pediatric dentists. They truly care about the welfare of their little patients, and promoting healthy teeth is their priority at this very honesty based office. We've had several encounters with dental assistant Jonathan, he's very patient and friendly to little kids. Teaching them how to properly clean, what's their troubled area, demonstrate hand by hand and that was very effective for my son. They also work very closely with my older sons' orthodontics office and coordinate care very well. I would highly recommend this pediatric dental office if you have little ones. They will be very well taken care of here by Dr. Kim and Dr. Chung, as well as the rest of their very friendly staffs. I personally keep on referring my kids classmates to this office also given their convenient downtown Bellevue location with PLENTY of parking.

Fantastic experience: Lola was simply wonderful! She made my daughter feel comfortable and happy - even with needing x-rays - and spent the extra time to ensure she knew what was happening at each step of the appointment! We love coming to this office and especially loved getting Lola! The day ended with my daughter saying how she likes going to the dentist now. Thanks to the whole team for all you do at this office!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to everyone by one for over a decade. We have had a fantastic experience every time. Dr. Kim is wonderful and listens to our concerns no matter how many we have or how many times we repeat them, he always addresses them with patience and a smile. Recently my son was there for his 6 monthly teeth cleaning and Jaime was amazing with him. Absolute super star the way she interacted with him. He was so happy to talk with her and she was just wonderful not only in the way she interacted and but also the way she addressed any questions he had.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience at Everyone By One. We came in because my son felt like a new tooth was coming in under his spacer, and they were able to get us in immediately. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted like family and felt so comfortable. My son was excited to be there, both of my kids loved the toys, and our hygienist Jamie was amazing. She was so friendly and did a wonderful job helping my son feel at ease and explaining everything in a way he could understand. Even X rays and a little poking around were made comfortable. From the incredible front desk team (MOST efficient and kind and I could go on…) to the dental techs (Jamie is so clutch!) to the doctors (we will legit follow Dr Chung to the edge of the denta-verse)…this place is where you should bring your kids. Hands down best we have ever visited. We timely went to Ballard ped dentist an it was horrible….so yes as a Magnolia mom I will drive to Bellevue for this appointment

Fantastic experience: With our first child we tried 3 different dentists until we found EBO. We have now been driving from Seattle to Bellevue or lynnwood for 15 years because there is no better pediatric dental office. In 15 years and 3 active kids we have experienced many dental situations and I have vivid memories calling EBO on the weekend during family travel where they supported dental emergencies through photos and conversations. We are so grateful for the care and expertise around our children’s lifelong dental health. Our kids enjoy going to the dentist and receiving treatment or feedback because it is delivered age appropriately. Thank you EBO!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to the Bellevue One by One Clinic for two years, and this place truly feels like home. The whole team dentists, assistants, and front desk staff are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They always answer our questions with care, and we never feel lost or ignored. My child loves coming here. The clinic has such a warm, positive energy, and the small toy or coin she gets at the end still makes her smile. The dentists work so gently that she often doesn’t even realize the treatment is already done. We came in with difficult dental issues, and everything was fixed within just a few visits. This is genuinely our favorite clinic, and we’re so grateful for their wonderful care.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our children to Everyone By One for many years and every time the experience was smooth and wonderful. Throughout the years, we had two dental emergencies and each time our children were in good hands. Both doctors are very professional, passionate about the work they do, and truly care about children. Yesterday, during my child’s dental emergency, Dr Kim and his assistants went above and beyond to help and even stayed after hours to save my child’s permanent tooth. We are very thankful for their team and highly recommend them to all the parents.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim and his staff are absolutely amazing and so wonderful. My son had a chip on his lateral incisor and I wanted to prolong him going under anesthesia for as long as I could since he is only 15 months old. Dr Kim was able to put a composite on his tooth that should last until it comes out or a bit older until we can do sedation if it came loose. He addressed our concerns and did beautiful work! Was very kind to my son and even sang the alphabet to try to calm him down to know everything was okay. Highly recommend and loved everyone there! We came all the way from eastern WA to make it happen and he did not disappoint. They also take state insurance which was a wonderful surprise! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kim is WONDERFUL! He had been seeing our little one since she was one. He remembers her and knows info well. Plus my daughter who has always shied away from men since birth , really likes him. He does a great job making her comfortable and coaching us a parents on how to take care of her teeth. Top notch dentist office! Update: June 2025 We cant say enough about Dr Kim and his staff! Everyoneby1 recommended us to Advanced Ortho for our daughters braces. Great recommendation. Dr Kim and team consistently go above any beyond for our little one. Dr Kim noticed a cavity at her last visit and had his office to coordinate 3 appts for our little one for today to handle the cavity. Today she went to Advanced Ortho in Bellevue to remove her braces. We then took her to Dr Kim at Everyoneby1 so he could treat the cavity. He also extracted a loose tooth that we really wanted to come out. They are patient and gentle with her. After that was done we took her to Advanced Ortho in Kent and they installed new braces again. And she made it to school by 12:30 pm!! We are blessed to work with this amazing team

Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Very nice staffs, nurses and doctors! We got warm welcomed by front desk, provides kids session with lots of toys while waiting (our baby is 16mo). Nurse/assistance is very nice and knowledgeable. Doctor is cool and very friendly. All settings makes our baby feels easy and calm, not like other doctors visits he would start crying and screaming the moment stepping into the room. Wait time is a bit longer than we expected, but all within preplanned schedule.

Fantastic experience: we are members of the lynnwood location. My son needed a consult at the Bellevue location. We met Dr.Thomas he gave us a consult for tongue tie. My son is 3,he was able to do the surgery with local anesthesia and in about 20min. We are thankful for the staff as well the care always provided. If my son can do it so can you child!!

Our children love both Dr. Chung and Dr. Kim who are natural with kids, and today we had the privilege to meet Dr. Thomas who turned a nervous frenectomy appointment to a pleasant experience. He was so good explaining the process before and after to both me and my daughter and the whole procedure turned out seamless! Our girl was beaming after the appointment thanks to Dr. Thomas and the staff. If you are looking for a dentist for your kids, I can’t recommend this place enough!

He provided insight, books, and overall so much information that will ultimately be preventative of anything orally that could come up! Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim and Dr. Chung are fantastic with kids (and parents). The staff helped me to have both my children seen at the same time today for emergent issues, which was a huge help, and Dr. Kim dealt with both quickly and kindly. They have improved the tone of communications to parents, which used to be a bit rigid under the previous doctor. Appointments run on time.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Thomas has done an amazing job at providing guidance. Our daughter has been exclusively breastfed and it was nice to have someone who can support us through that. She was having signs of tooth decay with noticeable holes on her teeth. In just 3 months, we’ve stopped the decay and we’re also seeing signs of improvement with her teeth. I appreciate that Dr.Thomas has not only supported, but has also encouraged us to continue breast feeding (even at night) with some adjustments. The staff is also very nice and friendly. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant and efficient staff as always. Been coming here about 10 years. Always great with my kids whether they were younger kids or teens. They never seem to dread going to the dentist like I did as a kid. Two kids have now “graduated” to the adult dentist and the third graduated today. Will miss this gem of an office!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. All staff is very professional. Dr. Thomas, Ms. Angie and Blakley did an excellent job to fix my son’s teeth problem. They explained everything clearly prior, so my son was not very nervous when he was treated. Thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Amazing Dr's and staff! My son has been a patient since 18months old. Before we came here he was terrified of going. The environment is amazing for kids, the staff always are friendly and makes your child feel comfortable. He never minded coming here. They definitely cater to kids. My son just had his very last appointment and now graduating to adult dentist. We will definitely miss this place
