Negative experience: I had the first appointment at 7am, they were late 30 min if the employees cannot show up ontime they should stop give 7 am appointments so the employees can sleep in peacefully. That 30 min late appointment ruined my other appointments of the day

Negative experience: "I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and care at this clinic. I came in for a diagnostic mammogram 18 days ago (on April 9th), and to this day, I have received zero results, no follow-up, and absolutely no answers. Anyone working in healthcare knows—or should know—that when it comes to potential breast cancer, time is of the essence. An early and fast diagnosis is critical for effective treatment. Leaving a patient in the dark for over two and a half weeks after a diagnostic scan is not just terrible customer service; it is medically negligent and causes excruciating, unnecessary anxiety. You go to an imaging center expecting answers and a sense of urgency about your health, but this place treats potentially life-altering results with complete disregard. I strongly advise against going here if you value your health, your time, and your peace of mind."

Negative experience: I wish there could be zero stars. Not sure if anyone sees this review or not, at least this branch manager should see this and take the necessary action. We were late by 2 minutes; you read it correctly. It was just 02 mins excess and they did not allow. This is beyond ridiculous, as we tried to explain about all the arrangements we made for this appointment and travelled 1hr+ journey. There is something called empathy/humanity, they did not even consider listening and kept saying, it's past 3 PM, won't allow, though it's just 2 minutes. We go there every year as part of annual and never missed a single appointment or never been at least 1 min late in the past, this is the first time but they were not at all in a position to listen. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WHO EVER READING THIS REVIEW, THIS IS GENUINE AND WE HAVE PROOF FOR EVERYTHING. SO DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE RATHER GO TO THE PLACE WHERE kind persons are there.

Fantastic experience: The care I received was great, I’m just getting conflicting info about the timeline of getting my results. I was just informed they were waiting for my previous records. They called to let me know I needed to come in for another screening. I was told I’d have a call back on Friday or Monday. It’s Wednesday and no call back of results. I can’t seem to get my results through their portal either, they tell me they are available in my email, but when I log in I read, “no results”. I’m thinking I won’t be back to this provider next year. I hope I don’t have cancer, the way this facility acts, they don’t care. No attention post appointment.

Positive experience: I have been going here for my annual mammogram for several years and always had a great experience and would recommend it to others. I even kept going here after moving away from the area. However this year I had to leave several messages, and couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. They called me back once after the first message, but I was in a work meeting. After calling back twice, and leaving two more messages on different days without anyone calling me back, I ended up scheduling with a different provider and could do it online. From my first messages on Monday, I finally received a call back today, the next Monday but I’ll keep my new appt with the new provider which is closer to my home address anyway. Five stars for mammogram services. One star for scheduling appointments.

Positive experience: Overall, my experience was mixed. I went there a few years ago and the process was quicker. I don't know what had changes because this is not the experiences I was hoping to get from a professional clinic. Similar to other reviews, It was very challenge scheduling an exam, long wait in getting results, and difficulty with getting a hold of someone through the phone call. Some staff were nice and helpful, but others offered minimal guidance and appeared to expect patients to already know the process, which made things unclear at times. Need improvement!!!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to this clinic by a friend of mine who goes here for her exams so I gave it a go. The process at this clinic was very smooth for me and I was very happy with my experience here. I was scheduled over the phone by Becca and am so grateful to have had someone be as patient with me as she was. The day before my appointment I got a confirmation call with all the information about my exam which was very helpful. The day of my appointment was a little bit nerve wracking but Sabrina was very comforting and understanding. Overall I would say this is a very caring clinic; from getting scheduled to the day of my exam I only have good things to say about this place!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Bellevue Medical Imaging for my mammograms and have consistently had a great experience. The scheduling process is easy and efficient, which makes everything stress-free from the start. Dr. Jacobs, the radiologist, is incredibly considerate and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and informed. Results are received very quickly, which I truly appreciate. Negative experience: I had a scan done over three weeks ago and was told the results would be ready within three days. That never happened. When I called after one week, I was told the doctor had not reviewed the results yet. Since then, I have called multiple times and received the same response every time. The staff keep saying there is nothing they can do except send a note to the doctor. There is no way to contact the doctor directly, no escalation process, and no sense of urgency. Even my provider tried to reach out and sent messages, but that also led to no response and no results. To make things worse, for the last two to three days, their phone calls are not even going through, leaving me with no way to contact them at all. I am still waiting for my results with zero communication or accountability. This level of delay and lack of access is unacceptable for a healthcare provider.

Negative experience: Scheduling an appointment took some effort. Called and was in hold for a long time. Though it was still the quicker route. Their mentioning you can schedule an appointment online is not really the case. It is not as if you can select a date and time, except to fill out a form to someone to call you back Arrived at the appointment. The guy at the front desk ignored me for at least 15 to 20 minutes. I get it that he was typing something. But no greeting or say "I will be right with you..." etc is very unprofessional The tech who did the scan was great and efficient. It was done in about 5 minutes. They told me the results would take 3 days. Great, except it wasn't A week went by, nothing. I called 11 days after the scan and selected the medical record request option on their phone line and left my message. Their auti system someone would call me with 24 hours. Again, nothing. No one call I called today, a week after, and left a message with the office manager. Nothing I finally called the receptionist and got a 'real' person who was very helpful. Gave me a PIN to register into their patient portal to get my result. Though their portal was down for a few hours But I finally got my results tonight So for anyone who needs a scan AND needs their results promptly. You may want to consider other imaging office. Buyer beware

Positive experience: I had a calcium score imaging at Bellevue Medical Center. The scan itself was straightforward and non-eventful, but my experience in interacting with the person for booking my visit as a customer and the imaging technician left a lot to be desired. First, when booking, they lost my doctor's referral faxed to them, and the person asked my doctor to fax it again, but she didn't apologize at all and she ordered me to have my doctor to fax it again. Second, the imaging technician was rude and unfriendly - she didn't say hello and just order me to take my upper body cloth off and laid on the machine and took the image, and then order me to exit through a particular door; she seemed very unhappy the entire time. It was strange way to treat its customers, which I don't understand. Be aware that if you use this service, you may encounter some unfriendly assistant.

Negative experience: Please run away from this facility as fast you can.... As a first-time patient at Bellevue Medical Imaging, I was shocked by the complete and utter lack of patient care and professionalism, especially at a time when I was dealing with complex and stressful results. Run away fast from this establishment. The Failures I Experienced: Systemic Communication Breakdown & Delays: The process for obtaining results and scheduling necessary follow-up was inexcusably slow and anxiety-inducing. I left multiple messages that went unreturned for days, forcing me to chase the office down. While two front desk staff members ultimately provided good customer service once I reached a human, this was the exception, not the rule, and only came after significant, frustrating effort to break through the communication barrier. Ultrasound Technician: The ultrasound technician was uncommunicative and lacked basic bedside manner, making an already stressful and intimate procedure feel cold and rushed. The Doctor's Unprofessionalism (The Final Insult): This was the most shocking part of the entire experience. When I finally had a moment to ask the doctor a direct question about my test results, he was dismissive, telling me he was "busy with other patients" and then literally walked out of the room on me while I was still trying to speak. This level of arrogance and abandonment of patient care is appalling. This clinic demonstrates zero compassion and minimal competence when it matters most. The moment a patient needs actual human communication and support—especially for a complex or concerning diagnosis—this entire facility fails. If you are looking for medical imaging services where you will be treated with respect and basic decency, go anywhere else. Do not trust your health or peace of mind to Bellevue Medical Imaging.

Negative experience: I had the same experience as others have mentioned. I never received a bill, email, call of any kind and then all of a sudden I got a letter from a collection agency. Not to mention I called and requested a CD be sent to my house so I could take it to my dr. appt. Two weeks later it never showed, so i had to drive there the day of my appointment to get one.

Negative experience: They don't allow me to do imaging with my doctor's referral because I did a imaging once before in other facility does this imaging center only take customers that only use your service in their lifetime??? I felt so offensed and frustrated by this. Plus, I have been waited for almost a month and didn’t get any reach out for appointment scheduling after my doctor referral, I had to reach out my self and got to know this funny policy. Would not recommend anyone to go here.

Fantastic experience: I am a physician provider also in a private practice model, so I understand the challenges that come with this regarding staff , scheduling, communication etc. I feel that we are lucky to have a practice like the one Dr. Jacob's has set up that has preventative tests like the cardiac CT test, as well as the Lung CT with low dose radiation for people with past smoke exposure . On the occasions that I have utilized the clinic for personal reasons , the service was great . Dr. Jacob's even personally called me regarding some tests that I had done. I really appreciated that . His actual radiology reports are some of the most detailed that I have read in my career. He is a superb radiologist . Staff come and go, and sometimes during transitions things can be or appear chaotic which is no reflection of the diagnostic skill that the Dr. Jacobs has ( which is above par). I will continue to utilize this facility for my needs and will happily refer patients as well. thank You Dr. Jacobs. PS: May want to have your office manager get on the google listing and change the category from dentist to Physician! Take Care , and keep up the good work!

Negative experience: Went to an MRI to check for a significant potential health issue, and, after over a week still have no results back. My GP and I have both inquired - and we’ve both been told “the doctor is working on the report,” with no commitment to completion and no apologies. Suggest everyone leverage alternative options - through your GP - for imagine services. This company clearly doesn’t place the customer/patient at the center of their operations. Perhaps due to high demand, limited capacity - but the dismissive tone and slow response will likely take care of the demand challenge for them.

Negative experience: BMI should ask patients their body weight when scheduling an MRI. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby today for my MRI (they were running late) to be told that I was 10 pounds over the machine limit. Now I must go back to my prescribing doctor to get a new referral to a different imaging location, get insurance authorization again, and then still wait longer for the MRI until I can get scheduled to do the exam. What an inconvenience to not only myself, but to my prescribing doctor! Plus, I'm in near constant pain, and need the MRI for diagnostic decision making, so this delay impacts me negatively.

Then suddenly, I was contacted by a collections agency. It’s outrageous and terrifying that they would skip all communication and go straight to damaging my credit. Negative experience: This was, unfortunately, a very poor experience—and I say that as someone who rarely leaves reviews. The MRI technician was surprisingly unpleasant from the start. When she first approached me, I didn’t even realize she was an employee. Without much introduction or context, she told me the scan would take about an hour and that there would be no music, because, “people tend to move to the beat.” I was there for an ear-related issue, and the machine was extremely loud—something I understand may be standard, but it was still difficult given my reason for being there. That hour felt very long. Throughout the procedure, the technician came across as rude and lacking basic empathy. Once the scan was complete, she simply pointed to my belongings and then to the hallway for the exit. That was the extent of the interaction. No warmth, no explanation, no reassurance—just a cold, transactional experience. A little courtesy or even acknowledgment of the discomfort would have gone a long way. As a patient dealing with a potentially serious hearing issue, I left feeling dismissed and discouraged.

I had my MRI done at 06/02 and haven’t received my reports even after multiple calls, walk in to clarify that it’s urgent as I am having my surgery in coming week abroad. Negative experience: Expect results from an MRI in 2 weeks or more. If that’s too long for you, look somewhere else. I’ve called four times in the last 10 days trying to get my results and never got a response back from Bellevue Medical Imaging. The only excuse I got when somebody answered the phone was, “I’ll send a message to the radiologist that you’re looking for your results.”

Negative experience: We arrived at 2 PM and were told that the imaging would be done by 2:30. While the X-ray was completed a little late, what was truly frustrating was the wait afterward. After the X-ray, we were unexpectedly asked to stay for the doctor, who didn’t arrive until 4 PM—an hour later. There was no clear explanation as to why we needed to wait, especially since this doctor was not our primary care provider. To make matters worse, the information he shared could have easily been communicated to our primary care without requiring us to wait around for so long. I asked twice why we needed to wait, and the only response I got was that the consulting doctor was busy. While the staff was courteous and the delay wasn’t the doctor’s fault, the complete lack of transparency and poor time management made the experience extremely frustrating. A simple explanation and better scheduling could have prevented this. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t think I would return here.

Fantastic experience: BMI had availability when no one else did. I had a suspicious lesion, they did mammography and ultrasound, the doctor saw me AND biopsies all in the same day!! Dr Jacob's is kind, respectful, thorough, smart, and I appreciate him so much! The staff, the ultrasonographers and mammography were very comforting, kind, knowledgeable, sweet.

Negative experience: *Be ware about the billing!* *Service:* Great. The front-desk is friendly, the exam process is comfort, Dr Brian is professional. *Billing:* Awful. Working with an outsourced billing company is damaging your reputation!!! *Details:* I visited this place for ultra sound image with United Healthcare insurance. The imaging center/their billing service team did not contact my insurance company and charged me $607. When I asked them, I only get a number from them to contact their billing team. I called them and never get response. I leave message with my info and asking them to call back or contact my insurance and no one replied. Today I received a letter from debt collecting company to collect this billing. This is horrible. If you don't want this kind of trouble, please select another imaging center until they make the change.

Negative experience: I went in for a yearly mammogram and I also get an ultrasound. The order was coded incorrectly and I am being billed for the mammogram and ultrasound. I should not be charged for the mammogram as insurance covers one each year. I fully expect to pay out of pocket for the ultrasound. I have been trying for a year to get this resolved. I have been going to BMI for years and have always paid my bill. I just got a letter from a collection agency. I am beyond frustrated and upset. I have called every time they sent me a new bill with the incorrect amount. I have called my insurance to see if I could get it resolved. BMI has to recode the bill and submit it to insurance. Sadly, I may need to find a new place to go.

Negative experience: Had a very terrible experience. Could not reach their office via phone left several voice messages and after 2 weeks got a call saying they could not find my order. Called doctor office and they had to resend...left several voice message no one called back...called in my doctor office tonuse their back channel and then got call and scheduled my first appnt. After that 2 weeks later they said image did not come well and had to come i for a redo. However, i could notbreachout to them againnto reschedule...very rude staff...take your businesa elsewhere. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment this morning for an X-Ray. I got kind of yelled at from the technician for not going to the X-Ray room after I changed into my scrubs. The technician said I waited for you and you didn’t show up, we didn’t know where you were at! I was clearly following directions as you’ll see the photos I attached. I told the receptionist at the front desk what had happened and she laughed and said I know, we get that all the time. Then why are the signs still posted in the dressing rooms? Good hearted staff, just funny that they are not in sync with their own policy. 5 stars for laughter.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jacobs and Andrea West go out of their way to make sure top quality care is provided. Always, thoughtful and pleasant, I highly recommend this radiology group. There office is very conveniently located with lots of parking.

Negative experience: I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the nurses there were so nice! But seriously this place is run horribly! I called probably 8 times over the course of a month trying to get an appointment. It would go to voicemail and they NEVER CALL BACK!!! I emailed. I called billing instead. Nothing. Could not get ahold of anyone. My MRI was ordered here and so I was stuck. In pain. Unable to start getting help for A MONTH. Because they couldn’t answer the phone. When I finally got ahold of them they had appointments the very next day so clearly this isn’t an overbooking issue. When I got there they were polite but it was clear their systems were from the 1990s. They then asked me to pay upfront before even running it through insurance and said they’d refund me what insurance covered. I said no and they reluctantly agreed. I also got there 20 mins before my appointment like they asked and then had to wait an hour (40 mins after my appointment was supposed to be) to be seen by anyone. Overall, very nice nurses who should go work at a better run facility. Because their great work is getting overshadowed by the incompetency of the overall business. (Also they tried to scan the wrong leg…only reason they scanned the correct leg is because I said “um why are you putting that on the wrong leg?” )

Negative experience: No one picks up your phone call when you are calling to make an appointment. After my x-ray was taken, they still haven't sent it to my doctor even after 2 days and there's no way to reach them on the phone. Next time I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: The facility was extraordinarily slow to share reports with the medical provider and patient. It has been close to a month since the exam and the report has not been completed by the radiologist even after repeated follow ups. They were quick to charge for the exam and suggest subsequent tests. Would not recommend for the slow turnaround time and misleading communication.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly front office staff, able to schedule imaging quickly, better pricing than many other facilities. When my spine doctor in CA read the imaging results evaluation he went out of his way to mention that he was impressed with how well it was written (by Dr. Jacobs).

Positive experience: 1) Dr. Jacobs is an expert on his field: very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. If he is the one reviewing your case, you can rest assure you'll receive a precise and comprehensible report. 2) Technicians are hit and miss. Some are very good, professionals, others not so much. Last time a technician was downright rude, but overall they are polite. 3) The billing department is a nightmare. I pray you'll never be caught in its never-ending loop unresponsiveness and apathy. 4) Andrea, the Clinic Administrator, is professional, efficient and really fast! She understood my problem in seconds, and in 3 days everything was solved! Wow! Thank you, Andrea!!

Fantastic experience: Fast and efficient. I had a non-emergency, urgent medical issue that I need to get a CT quickly. The place that the doctor referred me was not picking up the phone (they would later call me back after a week), and other places were closed, not taking appointments within a week. So I walked into Bellevue Medical Imaging as a last ditch, shot in the dark type of thing, only to be received welcomingly and with understanding. They booked me a CT the next day (though the front desk staff tried really hard to get me in that day). The Technicians were nice and competent. But the real award goes to the front desk staffer that was able to listen to me and see how urgent I needed a CT and advocated that get one ASAP. Thank you!

Negative experience: A family member saw this Dr. and reports that he did a lousy job on a biopsy, causing extensive bruising, and did not report back on the results even after making an ominous comment about the nature of alleged lump. He also made inappropriate harrassing comments after mammograms. I would avoid this creature like the plague.

Negative experience: I did not like this place at all. The "Women's Imaging Center" was literally in what felt like a former entryway to the building. A 10' by 10' space with elevator and bathroom doors on one side. The front desk looked like it came from grandma's basement. I felt ignored when I walked in. Then "Jade" took over the front desk and she was pretty friendly. "Elise" (?), the tech who took me back and did the scan, was okay, but only had 3 years experience and was less friendly and more of a "let's just get this done, I am busy" attitude. The equipment used for the scanning looked modern. I left feeling like women were treated less like equals at this place. This mainly had to do with the allotted unprofessional waiting area in the entryway than the scan itself.

Negative experience: For legal reasons, this is all allegedly and my personal opinion as they may or may have not tried to threaten me with Libel on my review explaining the situation so I'll reword it. In my opinion this is 100% scam, the practice should be ashamed of themselves. I'll give my personal experience since thats not a sueable offense, but I'll still say allegedly. I (allegedly )took an MRI months ago, I had a SEVER head injury and I was VERY concerned about it. I've had memory loss problems so bad, that in my opinion there could be no explanation besides the head injury that had accord, especially since it started the day of the injury. I went in to this company to get an MRI. Took forever (3months or so) to finally get in (I was sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours after my apt started) and I left, I asked if they'd contact me for results, they said no, they'd contact my doctor. Odd, but okay I'm not trying to start an argument, after being there for nearly 4 hours I just wanted to get out. A week later I call my doctor, and no response from the MRI clinic, 2 weeks later I call again, nothing from Bellview Medical Imaging (it's not like it's THEIR JOB to do this, right??). This goes on until this day, about 80 days after the appointment and Bellevue Medical Imaging refuses to give me the results. They havent contacted me for extra payment, BUT THIS FEELS LIKE EXTORTION. Im contemplation contacting an attorney but that's juat so much damned money. If you can avoid it, don't use this SKETCHY office, and of your insurance says this is the only place, either refuse or show them this review so perhaps they can lead you to a legit MRI specialist. However do not trust this company. Again for legal reasons this is all my opinion and is allegedly. If I don't update this comment it's because they are still refusing me my medical results. Early April, 2024 was my apt and it's not June 2024

Fantastic experience: As for a medical procedure it was easy. Thought of the patient came first. Went in for 2 MRI procedures. After first procedure was complete there was no reason to do the second. Session was stopped, saving me money on co-pay. I appreciate the patient forward thinking, not just do the procedure and collect money.

Negative experience: Bellevue Medical Imaging (BMI) was a frustrating experience for me from start to finish. My primary doctor ordered my CT Coronary Calcium Scoring exam. I didn't hear back from BMI for several days and had to call them to initiate scheduling my exam. When I arrived at BMI, the front desk staff was not friendly at all and seemed to be doing me a favor just checking me in. I sat in the lobby for over an hour and realized that 3 people who checked in after me were called up before me. I inquired with the front desk and they then realized my check-in file had been misplaced. The staff were not even considerate at that point. When I finally went in for the CT scan, the elderly lady doing the scan was not professional at all, and her instructions on what to do during the scan were very difficult to understand and follow. After the exam, the staff told me they would forward the results to my primary doctor, who would contact me with the results. I waited over a week for the results and finally called my primary doctor's office, who said they had not received the results yet. I called BMI and they informed me the results should have been sent days ago, but the task was apparently overlooked or ignored. So, again, I had to tell the staff to send the results to my Primary Care doctor, which was finally accomplished a couple days later. I never did see, or talk to Dr. Brian Jacobs. My wife also had a CT Coronary Calcium Scoring exam and went through a similar frustrating experience. Rod T.

Fantastic experience: As always, Dr. Jacobs tries as much possible to come in and reassures me that things are OK. He was the person who found my breast cancer. He called me personally I’ve never forgotten. The office manager Andrea is amazing. When I was having billing troubles. I called her and she took care of things for me. Highly recommend the services provided by BMI.

Fantastic experience: Staff was efficient, friendly, and accommodating. Very reasonable out-of-pocket payment. I was recommended for the Coronary Calcium scan but felt I didn't need it. Luckily, I followed through on my doctor's advice and had the scan done. One coronary artery is moderately blocked - no other symptoms present. Next stop... cardiology!

Negative experience: My doctor faxed an order for an X-ray of my right hip. For 2 days, they could not find the order and told me to come in as walk-ins for x-rays were welcome. I went & they turned me away saying they didn't have time without checking with the technician & no regard to me nor my schedule. Then they called & scheduled me the following week. When I arrived, they had the time on the wrong day. They refused to try to work me into the schedule again when the mistake was theirs. The same receptionist was unprofessional, not helpful, & never really made eye contact with me. I am self-employed & left jobs both times. They never once tried to accommodate me despite following their instructions both times.

Negative experience: Please Read / Thanks :( I had an emergency & cancelled my appointment same day. Later that morning, I was able to reschedule the spot that I had. Once I was ALL CHECKED IN, there was an office fluff up over an employees lunch & then I ended up with NO appointment. Mad, we did reschedule for a bone scan soon. ( We go here supporting an out of network biz & it's best to have the same machine give out the data. ) I don't like negative reviews that I give to much! Office person could care less! Negative experience: My girlfriend and I both got referrals from our doctors which we sent to them but they didn't call either of us to make an appointment. We had to call them. We went there 2 times and each time there were a lot of people waiting and we had to wait a long time after our appointment before we were finally seen. The actual appointment was just 5 minutes for each of us. We received the test results within a few days and they were very clear for us to review. If they could improve the scheduling and patient time management then I'd give them a higher rating.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facility. Wonderful staff. Expert exam and evaluation. Dr Jacobs is an outstanding physician! My one suggestion is to streamline the pre-check-in process for the required paperwork. If a patient could do a pre-online check-in online and fill out the required 4+ pages of information before the exam appointment, the office visit would certainly be more effective and expeditious.

Negative experience: My first experience with them was good. For follow up work, it's been impossible to contact them. They don't return calls in anything approaching a timely manner which is troubling when you have urgent issues. I'm planning on using Proliance Imaging going forward where I've had better luck getting in to see a technician and physician.

Fantastic experience: A good experience overall. Very professional, not a whole lot of waiting. The MRI machine is narrow, so if you are claustrophobic and need valium, make sure you've got someone to chauffer you. They won't let you use Uber.

Positive experience: The receptionist and technicians were good. Efficient and friendly. However, the process of trying to get an appointment is TERRIBLE. No one ever answers the phone when I call to make an appointment. I am left on hold for an extended period of time and then redirected to voice mail. Someone eventually returns the call, usually several days later, and always at a most inconvenient time. For my most recent appointment, I actually had to drive to your office from Woodinville to make the appointment in person after playing telephone tag with the office for a week or so. Please either answer the phone or adopt an online self-serve appointment system.

Negative experience: Unprofessional and poorly train staff. They gave me wrong directions for preparation of my Abdominal Ultrasound, and I had a very poor outcome with their technician. You can't trust their ability to do a professional job.
