Negative experience: I have been with them for the 15 years but this last appointment was my worst experience which I never expected. It was extremely stressful and felt like they did not care for regular clients. They just wanted to make money which certainly disappointed me. I have referred many friends to them and always vouched for their work and sincerity. But this last appointment was extremely stressful.

Fantastic experience: Aden Dental was amazing and the best dentist experience I have ever had! They were kind, considerate, and thorough. They also let me watch SpongeBob which I loved and helped me get through my first root canal. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Probably made it sound like an earthquake in there from how much I was shaking due to my anxiety and overall fear of the dentist. Instead of being annoyed with me they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Got 2 root canals and all four wisdom taken out and I would do it again. Like seriously! The most kind and selfless healthcare staff i’ve ever come into counter with.

Fantastic experience: Updated 6-17-25. Still the best ever! Best and most professional dentist that I’ve had work on my teeth. I’ve had everything from cleanings, fillings, crowns, extraction and implant from Dr. Nguyen, and I can honestly say he is the best. Master of all trades! And great personality. Gary is outstanding with accommodating schedules, emergencies and working on billing and the staff are very warm and friendly. Please give them a try.

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous getting my wisdom teeth removed but Aden dental was super helpful making me comfortable. The operation went by so quick and there was no pain what so ever. It’s 11pm and I still feel no pain. My operation was done in the morning.

Negative experience: I went to Aden Dental at the start of February to have my wisdom teeth and two other molars extracted under oral sedation. When checking in for my appointment, there were a few issues with how things were charted. Aden Dental initially had me scheduled for only my wisdom teeth, but corrected the issue after I pointed out that my referral was for six extractions. I was also initially going to be prescribed penicillin for my post-op antibiotics, despite the fact that I'm allergic and had informed them of my medication allergy in the forums I filled out online. Everything was corrected before my appointment began, but the errors were still a bit concerning. Once my appointment began, the dentist took X-rays, then administered oral sedation. After 20 minutes, they told my fiance that she had to leave the room while they did the extractions despite our wishes for her to be there, and administered a second dose of oral sedation. I fell asleep shortly after, but unfortunately woke up towards the end of the procedure. I had no recollection of where I was or what was happening due to the sedation, so I asked questions like "what's going on?" and "what are you doing?" only to receive no response. After asking the third or fourth time, I was told that I needed to stop talking so that they could continue working. When I asked yet again what was going on, they got my fiance and quickly sent us on our way. They did not mention to either of us that they had only extracted 5 of the 6 teeth they were supposed to. I was unaware that one of the teeth scheduled to be removed hadn't been extracted until I looked inside my mouth in the mirror upon returning home to Bellingham two hours later. When my fiance called Aden Dental to inform/inquire about my procedure, they reassured her that they extracted all six teeth. She told them they needed to double check, because we can clearly see that the tooth is still in my mouth. They called back roughly 30 minutes later, finally acknowledging that they had only extracted 5/6 of the scheduled teeth with no explanation as to why we weren't informed that the procedure wasn't completed sooner. This was a truly awful experience that I wouldn't wish for anyone

Fantastic experience: My daughter (15) needed a root canal- and we had the best experience! Calm and caring staff who explained everything, lots of laughter and light-hearted banter, my daughter said this was the best dental clinic she has ever been to. We are going to come here for every procedure that comes up! Thank you so much for the personal and friendly experience!!!

Fantastic experience: I was happily referred to Aden Dental and without a doubt it was the best clinic with the best dentist and best staff I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The clinic had a full house of patients but it was managed with flow and professionalism. However that didn't deter Dr. Thi Nguyen to spent his time addressing all of my questions in depth and to top it off he was the kindest most compassionate and genuine man. His staff walked me through every step and were equally as caring and a bit funny! I almost didn't want to leave after my appointment when usually I can't get out fast enough. Fantastic experience: Our experience is so far with Aden dental’s work on my two daughters has been great. We arrived a little bit early and they were able to get them started a little earlier than their appointment, which after traveling from Bellingham was Great. The office staff showed unwavering confidence in the dental team, which says a lot to me. The dentist also prescribed some proactive treatment for my children and to me that speaks a lot because heading off unwarranted pain and infection after dental surgery is very important and they went that extra step to get those prescriptions requested and by the time I got to the pharmacy, they were ready for me to pick them up. Fantastic experience: Wow - I am positively astounded by the level of care, skill, efficiency, bedside manner, and the way they go out of their way to provide for each patient individually. Like, I've been in way more pain after regular dentist appointments at other dentists, than following the root canal I had at Aden Dental yesterday. I am blown away in all the right ways. Negative experience: Several things come into play with this 1 star 1.)The dentist kept telling a lady that was sedated and crying that it didn’t hurt and eventually smacked her forehead at least 3 times and told her to stop crying 2.) the dental assistant (male) unplugged a sedated unconscious woman from her vitals machine to take a blood pressure of my daughter and had to be reminded to clean the cuff before using it on my child. 3.) dental assistant (male) decided to lecture my severely autistic minimal verbal child that she had to get the X-rays with the bite wings done (we were told they could manually do it and didn’t need the wings) 4.) they gave my daughter two sedation pills and then discharged us when she couldn’t even sit up because she wouldn’t sleep. 5.) the dental assistant (male) assisted with getting my daughter standing and then left me in the hallway with her while he went to find a wheelchair. He then wheeled her outside and I went to grab the car, he started talking to the person that was with the woman in the beginning of the review and wasn’t paying attention to my daughter who was trying to get up and falling out of the wheelchair. I yelled and ran to help her back in the wheelchair. This office was very unprofessional. We cancelled our future appointments for my son and my daughters other appointment

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good to say! I have a really bad dentist phobia (super bad) and I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed plus a molar that was decayed. The front desk was awesome, I was super nervous and scared and they really made it easier on me I don’t remember them even putting the iv in. I did wake up in the middle of my surgery which was super scary but the way they handled the situation was amazing. Even being over 3 hours away from home, This is the only dentist I would ever voluntarily recommend and go back to. I’ve never had a good experience with any dentists until now. Thank you SO much to all of you! I know I’m not an easy patient.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience here. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist and his assistant was genuinely kind and attentive. They paused often during the root canal to make sure I was comfortable, and honestly… how is a root canal basically pain-free?! I left feeling well cared for and seriously impressed. I can’t recommend this team enough.

Fantastic experience: Got my wisdom teeth removed here and they were fantastic! I accidentally showed up an hour early, but they got me in right away, which turned out to be a good thing because it took me two hours to go down. My parents informed me afterwards that they both have the same issue with anesthesia. Sorry, guys!! I ended up being kind of aware during the procedure but obviously that wasn't their fault lmao. It all went smoothly and I was sent home with adequate medication and post-operative care instructions. I also got to keep my teeth, which was amazing! I don't even think I asked for them until I woke up, which is impressive because I've heard people ask multiple times and still not receive them. The guy at the front desk was especially sweet and helpful - he even helped my boyfriend walk me back to the car!! Kind and competent staff, fantastic quality of care. I drove two hours south to go here because the only surgeon in town that took my insurance had terrible reviews - I am so glad I made the trip because I can't reccomend these guys enough! Edit to add: they gave me the softest fluffiest blanket ever to keep me warm during the procedure :)

Fantastic experience: My son had to have all his bottom teeth pulled today and will have to have his top teeth pulled in a couple of weeks. Aden Dental was timely in getting him in and all in all the process took just shy of three hours, which is what they said it would take. They shared good information and we were told to call if we had any questions at all. So far so good.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to the dentist before and my first ever dental experience was when I was 18 at Aden Dental and Dr. Nguyen and his team have genuinely changed my life and given me a whole new confidence when it comes to my teeth and my dental health. Fantastic experience: I'm over 50 yrs old and this is the first dentist office I've had zero pain with a cleaning and any kind of work. From cleanings to root canals, fillings and crowns. I have high anxiety from every other dentist and now I can fully relax. For the first time my blood pressure doesn't spike. I live over an hour away and aden dental is well worth the commute. Best dentist ever!

Fantastic experience: Had an overall good experience with a root canal procedure that was well over due. Dr. Nguyen, Gary, and the entire care team were very welcoming and professional from the start. I had a mishap with medications (I did to myself by not completing the antibiotic prescribed), and staff were willing to get me in right away to have it checked out. Dr. Nguyen heard my concerns with previous medications and prescribed something better for my needs. He also educated me on potential underlying issues and gave me resources in case of worsening symptoms or an emergency situation. I'm grateful my insurance was accepted and the procedure was a success. Now my smile is heading in the right direction. Thank you Aden Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, easy check in and check out, the staff is caring on the phone and in the office, they call back and answer all questions in a easy manner. They take Credit cards, they use the Safeway, about 1/2 mile from their office for any medicine, make sure you give them plenty of time to get the medication together, very nice area to be in.

Fantastic experience: Time management and scheduling is excellent. Mr Garry has vast experience and knows how to manage the budget for his patients keeping insurance allowances in mind. Doctor is efficient and energetic, focused and result oriented. I am happy to be in this clinic for the treatment.

Positive experience: I would have given them 5 stars but I think that towards the end of my procedure as a patient first time having done work on my teeth I would like to have been given fully clears instruction on after post care of my teeth seems like the Dr. Was rushing my care & or he was careless. Please remember we as patients have "Rights ," to know pre & post care . The pre care was clear by the dental assistant but the doc should have said to me atleast after care instruction always do that no matter what as a practitioner inform patients overall I was highly satisfied with my end results and treatment doc did amazing job , will be coming back & recommending his office

The entire staff from the front desk, to the tech, and assistants, to the Dr were all kind, and compassionate. The procedure was quick, they had warm soft fluffy blankets to keep you warm. Negative experience: 0 stars. They told me to get a wisdom tooth pulled they had to sedate me because of "pain". That is baloney. I've already had wisdom teeth pulled, and it was no different that any other molar. I think they are using scare tactics to make more money. Younshould not need to knock a patient out to pull a tooth. Period. This isn't my first rodeo, I am not as easily fooled. I'll bring my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: The Greatest Dental experience; I have ever had It was a wonderful experience very professional. Such an empathetic staff, it was wonderful! I was referred to it by a friend and my goodness that friend also referred me to the great primary care doctor I have today.

Positive experience: This was our first time at Aden dental, the receptionist was very nice, we got back and we watched a video on how a root canal is done, the nurses kept coming in and out of the room to tell us “we will be back in 5/10 minutes, about 30 minutes later the female nurse put a bite block in my sisters mouth and they said they would be back in 5 minutes about 30 minutes to a hour later they were still not there, the nurses and the doctor were working on people that had just came in. My sisters jaw was starting to hurt she started tearing up from her mouth being open for so long and the pain that came from it being wide open.. I finally got tired of it and asked for them to take out the bite block until they can get to her… her jaw very much could have locked with it being open as long as it was. It seems to be there was only one doctor working that day we went… her appointment was originally at 2:30 we left the dentist roughly 5:00Pm They gave us a gift card to Starbucks for our long travel we took that was very nice of them but they were working on what seemed to be long term patients and had us new patients wait to have any work done so they could get them done first is my thinking, they did do great work and my little sister is no longer in pain from her tooth but having a 11 year old child wait for that long with a bite block in her mouth when she was already extremely nervous about the procedure she had to get. My sister cried when we got in the car from the pain the bite block gave her, her jaw is still extremely sore from the root canal and on the side where the bite block was. I can understand the long wait with only one doctor there but they could have at least told us we have a long wait and waited for the bite block until they were about to start…

Fantastic experience: It's a great place to take care of your teeth and the entire mouth hygiene. Maria was great in scheduling and very helpful. Gary the front desk manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order before my visit and to arrange for my next appointment and care. Then Dr Nguyen and his hygienist were more than awesome in their care. Dr Nguyen was very pleasant and professional. He took time to explain everything clearly. Also their prices are better than many other places. I highly recommend Aden dental. They are the best!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen did a fantastic job for my root canal treatment. He is one of best dentists with extensive experiences in the city. I had some other work done, but one of my teeth was very sensitive and he found out that I needed to have root canal treatment. Since I needed to travel after my appointment day,, he would not be hesitant to sacrifice his lunch time to get the treatment done. After the treatment, my problematic tooth does not have problem anymore and is in great condition. I would highly recommend him to patients. By the way,, the whole crew stuff members in the office are super friendly too. I have best experience in that dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Aden Dental in Bellevue by Seamar in Monroe. The referral was for 2 root canals. All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Also, the dentist went above and beyond the scheduled work. In addition to the root canals, I walked out with composite fillings on my 2 front teeth and will forever be grateful to the dentist. If he had not done the additional work, I would have had to wait 3 months for the fillings. Great experience!

Fantastic experience: My son had 4 impacted wisdom teeth out, everyone was kind and made him at ease, it went well, he doesn't remember a thing and he healed pretty quickly! Even tho it's quite a drive from our home , I'm considering switching there for mysel!

Positive experience: I had been referred by my normal dentist because I needed multiple teeth removed (#15, 18 and 31) and a root canal on #8. I also wanted to be sedated. My insurance doesn't cover sedation so I paid out of pocket, which is fine. I had concerns about partial pieces of tooth left and they got me in the next business day to do an x-Ray. He put my worries at rest. Assuring me that the whole tooth was removed.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very professional and welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. They made my son comfortable , he had four impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed. The procedure went smoothly! Recovery time was unproblematic. I would highly recommend them to friends and to whomever may need Oral surgery.

Negative experience: All this dentist cares about is money. They force sedation on you for tooth extraction when it’s medically not needed and charge you for it when your insurance doesn’t cover it. To make a tooth extraction appointment here you need a deposit , if this isn’t “money hungry” I don’t know what is! Would give 0 stars if I could! Update 02/28/24 After reading the reply from the office manager all I can say is “if dental insurance doesn’t find it a medical necessity it means it’s not” and shouldn’t be forced upon! That’s the part that makes your office look money hungry! I’ve had a few teeth extractions and oral surgeries and never had sedation. Stop making it look like you are doing people a favor SEDATION SHOULD BE A CHOICE NOT THE ONLY OPTION!!!

Negative experience: This doctor, Thi Nguyen is under investigation for death of a patient under his care. He has two locations. You may look this up on google and DOH. He is unprofessional, cancelled appt on day of without proper notice, no treatment plan of procedure, and no timeline of the whole implant process. I do not recommend this doctor for his lack of attention and patient care.

Fantastic experience: These guys were amazing, they worked on my niece root canal yesterday, and it went later , later when didn’t get out of there until 8ish pm, we had got there at 3:30p for her to ready on her meds so she could more relax, during this time the staff check on clinets family and updated on their family very regularly which is great up when your nervous for your child to be going to get root canal. It was important for me to say this if you looking for specialist othrodentist this the place, my kids have state insurance and it hard to find a place like this to work with their insurance. Thank you Aiden dental for being such amazing help on everything .

Fantastic experience: They’re very sweet, I have a lot of dental anxiety but this has to be the best experience I’ve had at a dentist, and I used to have to go to Seattle children’s. Definitely gonna come back for my wisdom teeth! And any other work I need done in the future. They’re very kind and gentle, i got two root canals done and it felt like it only took 10 minutes (it was 45) they offer sedation which really helped me. 10/10 would recommend. Especially if you have anxiety about this stuff!
