Fantastic experience: Dr. Barron is a very gifted and skilled dentist. I have a complicated dental history and many issues we are working thru getting in order. I am also managing a chronic illness, so finding someone who grasps the element of how dental health is imperative to full body wellness was a non-negotiable. I have peace of mind that the dental work I am receiving will only help my body to heal, as opposed to hinder it, which is often the outcome of someone does not understand such complexities. I appreciate that there is a conservative approach with a focus on longevity, which actually ends up being much more cost effective for the patient. His entire staff is amazing, from the front desk, to assistants, to hygienists. I cannot recommend Brilliant Smiles enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barron is truly one of the most gifted dentists I've ever encountered. Not to get too graphic, but I suffered an event where I lost multiple teeth and had severe facial trauma, and he was able to prevent me having to get a dental implant. He completely saved what he could of the shards of my front teeth that were left and he gave me one of the most beautiful smiles. Dr. Barron also does my Botox for my TMJ and he is one of the very few dentist in the entire Seattle area who does that and he is fabulous with his placement and use of Botox. If you're looking for the best dentist in Seattle for any and all of your dental needs, choose him. You'll not find a more compassionate, competent, wonderful dentist. Trust me I've had over $150K work done in my mouth over 30 years and he is by far the top shelf, the best of the best. I cannot recommend him enough.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you're someone who suffers from endometriosis and the correlating dental issues that come from endometriosis and inflammation, definitely see Dr. Barron. He will take excellent care of you.

Fantastic experience: I had dental implant work done, and after speaking with several dentists from the Seattle area all the way to Kentucky, I can say unequivocally that Dr. Barron is among the best you're going to find. Not only did he do an excellent job with the surgery, but he was the only one I spoke with who approached my case with full transparency and open honesty in terms of what type of implants are best, the cost/benefit tradeoffs, and setting expectations once I decided. One of the main things that set him apart was that, after explaining why some of the cheaper options available weren't in my best interests, he suggested I schedule a consultation with a competitor. He did so saying it would help me verify what we discussed, predicting that the other place wouldn't even offer the type of implants he was recommending, and would instead opt for a route that would have cost me a significant portion of my jawbone that I could otherwise keep via his procedure. Spoiler alert, he was dead on - they did exactly what he said they would. If I had gone to these other places without sitting down with him that day, I would be walking around right now with chiseled-down bone and an awkward ridge in my gumline. Not to mention that in 20 years, they'd probably be drilling into my sinuses when they're reset (which won't be required now that I was able to keep the portion of bone they take). What he did for me rendered my smile indistinguishable from anyone else's not only in appearance, but in touch/feel (meaning anyone unlucky enough to kiss me won't be able to tell the difference). They genuinely are good as new. If you're in the same position I was when I first started considering implants, I'm sure you're going to read a lot of reviews just like this one - so let me save you some time. If you truly want the best solution for you and your smile's longevity, then take it from someone who was in your shoes less than a year ago...unless you cross paths with the Tooth Fairy herself, you aren't going to find a better option than Dr. Barron/Brilliant Smiles.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Barron and Brilliant Smiles is a dentist/experience like no other. They offer to take bacterial samples from your mouth and showcase under a microscope what is actually going on in your mouth so you can get a clear idea on the bacterial issues, and species of bacteria living in mouth. No other dentist has offered this and it allows you to address and heal your mouth concerns in an actually accurate and effective way that you can SEE the progress of! I would so recommend this dental office because on top of the unique offering everyone who works there is unbelievable kind and knowledgeable. You will not regret your visit! Fantastic experience: The best dental office out there. This is about HONEST dentistry. Needed to redo a few old fillings on the front teeth, and Dr. Barron did an outstanding job. (Before coming to Brilliant Smiles, i went to several other dental offices, and in one of them was refused the fillings make over and advised to get the veneers). Dr. Barron is an amazing dentist and person, who cares and doesnt try to impose something on you or offer you something you do not need for your teeth) . Office vibe is amazing as well, everyone is super nice.

They take a holistic approach to your health, after all dental care really impacts the rest of your health. They were clean, didn’t try to add unnecessary work and were even fun! Fantastic experience: I was headed for a all on 4 Prosthetic. When I discoverd doctor Baron and his staff and the state-of-the-art all on 6 technique. He saved me and he can save you too. Negative experience: I used to be their regular patient, However I have decided to move on given experience of last 2 times. They bill without patient consent or informing about the cost. They charged me extra with out informing me about the cost of x-ray. I tried to reach out to them after seeing the bill and Doctor's office promised to revert with explanation. However I had to call them again after couple of months as they never turned around, this time I had to call them 3 times to get an explanation, In the fist call with office manager she was threatening for payment, without listening to me! So Best of luck folks.

He let me know I did not need the hyper expensive approach suggested by another dentist but suggested a more practical efficient approach to handling my teeth. Highly recommend!

The fact that they also have a TV right above you when they are working on you also makes for the perfect distraction. Fantastic experience: As a long time patient (10+ years), I've consistently been very pleased with the service from Brilliant Smiles. In fact, despite not living or working anywhere near their office, I've continued to be a patient for the last five years because of the service. In particular, Dr. Barron is proactive about identifying any repairs/replacements to prior work of his, and he'll take ownership of fixing and not charging for the work. To me, that says a lot about his integrity and commitment to patient satisfaction. I suspect I'll remain a patient of his, as long as I have teeth / as long as he's still practicing.

Filled out some quick paperwork, was taken back ON TIME, had x-rays which I desperately needed, had my cleaning, then Dr. Barron checked everything. All in all a 10 Star experience! I routinely visit as recommended, have completed my care plan, and had several follow up visits requiring only preventative care. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Barron and his staff. Always pleasant and professional, and I am confident that Dr. Barron provides all the options for treatment and endeavors to be the least aggressive and invasive in recommendations as possible. I am not sure anyone enjoys going to the dentist, but it is comforting having a provider and staff that practice excellence in care. 3/13/17 I have had another visit with this wonderful practice, this time requiring a crown replacement for a very old crown that was leaking. I categorize myself as “Nervous Nellie” when it comes to dental work, local anesthesia, and “the drill” because of a bad experience as a child. However I am much less nervous since coming to Dr Barron and the team at Brilliant Smiles. Dr Barron had my old crown off, and the prep work done for the new crown lickity split, and it was “painless”. They know precisely where and how much local they need to give to last through the procedure, and only in the area they are working. I had a job interview one hour after my visit and the local had worn off and I was able to talk normally. I am so appreciative of the quality of care provided by all the technically skilled and empathetic staff of this practice. Thank you all!!! Which was really cool because by following their protocol I improved in about a month from moderate bacteria to almost none...and they showed me that progress on the microscope! Fantastic experience: A different approach to dental care than all my previous experiences. I came very frustrated with dentistry in general knowing I need more crowns and knowing their will be future cavities. The staff take the time to reassure their patients and educate them on the microbiome of the mouth and how it affects dental health. Their approach focuses on preventative care by making changes in home care. I’m looking forward to my next bacterial slide.

The dentist I went to before was still stuck in the dental teachings of 1960, though they meant well my teeth were in such bad shape my breath smelled awful. I had my entire mouth redone and my smile looks amazing. No more pain, gross bacteria, decay, or horrible breath. They taught me how to take care of my teeth at home. Fantastic experience: Dr Barron is so awesome. Spot on with the info about what he is doing. He's a perfectionist! Caring and courteous and handsome! Yes Ladies, we have "eye candy" here! Each patient's cubicle has a beautiful picture that is guaranteed to relax your mind and take you away on a mini vaca. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and polite. You wont be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned by Kurt as a new patient and had a great experience. He checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. The overall cleaning was smooth and left my teeth feeling squeaky clean. The staff was friendly and made sure to follow safety protocols to keep the environment clean and their patients safe. Fantastic experience: Dr. Barron came highly recommended because I had many dental issues and I could see why after only one visit. He truly cared about me and after seeing him for about three years now, I've recognized he cares about all his patients on a deeper level than the many dentists I've had over the years. He takes the time to research options, keeps up on current procedures and doesn't oversell or push anything. He let me mull over my options and then guided me through each treatment plan, always following up and checking in after a procedure to be sure I was doing well or had any issues or questions. I will continue to see him and hope others discover him too. His knowledge is not just in cosmetic work but biological as well. I believe his combination of being a chemical engineer combined with later becoming a dentist makes him a wonderful find! Plus, he's an all around really good guy and very likeable. Bonus compliment - my oldest child is 22, can be a complete pain in the neck and annoying yet comes home from Dr. Barron's office laughing and saying how much he likes him and what a great guy he is. Dr. Barron even makes him happy and less annoying!
