Positive experience: Giving 4 stars because of the wait time. We showed up for our 8am appointment at 8:03, we did not get called back till 9:10 and then did not see the dentist till 9:30. Now besides that, AMAZING experience. Wonderful staff, wonderful dentist, they made the entire experience for my daughters beyond what we could have ever expected with our previous pediatric dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my daughter here for years. The office is kid friendly with their size chairs, and sunglasses so the light doesn't hurt their eyes. When my daughter was younger she was scared of the vibration of the cleaning tool and they were so understanding with her and only did what she allowed and were never forceful to just get it done. They let her get comfortable with coming and did a little more each time. She was 5 then and 11 now, we love it here.

Fantastic experience: This dentist never disappoints — I came here for a second opinion. I seriously think they could have saved my son’s life by pushing his surgery back until his airway wasn’t so narrow. Luka chipped his front tooth around Easter and the first dentist wanted to go right in and extract the tooth putting him under sedation but I am a mother of second opinions, so I did my research finding this doctor under our insurance. Now we wait until his airway is mature enough to put him under IV sedation for root canal or extraction. No infection is present so no rush. Thank God for sending this dentist my way- she is very thorough and very caring, she explains everything very detailed and slowly, clean place, and the staff is child friendly! We traveled over an hour to get to them but for my babies to get best care like this, I’ll travel to the moon and back!! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My 4 kids are here and we couldn’t be any happier. The staff and dentists are friendly. Parents are allowed to be in the rooms. My kids look forward to their visit because the office truly caters to their needs.

Fantastic experience: We have a 14, 11 and 6 year old and have been clients for the past 8 years. They offer a warm and friendly environment. The staff is patient and explains everything throughly to both the parents and patients. Dental work in general can sometimes cause anxiety in children, and Pediatric Smiles does a great job of meeting children where they’re at and making sure they’re comfortable and feel safe. Our kids don’t dread going to the dentist! One of our children recently had a cavity filled & they were quick, efficient and thorough in getting it taken care of. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Krone has been great. My son has gone there for several years. She referred us to an orthodontist regarding some concerns, and her is doing a wonderful job collaborating with the orthodontist. Our son needed to get 2 baby teeth extractions done asap, and she accommodated us to ensure his orthodontic treatment schedule wouldn't be interrupted.

Fantastic experience: We had a very positive experience. It was our grandson’s fourth visit to the dentist! Everything went well and we were out quickly! Great job, Dr. krone!!!! He also got sealants which went well and quickly. No pain, no problems, and he got a goodie bag when we left and was ready to book another appointment in the fall.

Fantastic experience: My son is 2 and has the best experiences here. I’ve never met a dentist so good with small kids before. Dr. Krone makes my son feel so comfortable during his appointment by singing, pretending, being silly, all while really checking his teeth and gums and removing any plaque. She even provides a cushion for her lap since small children have to lay back onto her legs to get their teeth checked. 10/10 recommend this practice and Dr. Krone!

Fantastic experience: We have been here since my kids born, we love the staff and the doctors as well. Very attentive, they never let you down. They also don't lie like some other dentist, if your child is not doing well they will tell you. Overall a good clinic to go to.

Even when the Dr is out of the country still managed to send my daughter antibiotics due to a softball injury to her jaw/mouth. we have been coming here Since 2009 with my first born who will now be 18 and have never had a problem front desk staff is so friendly. Quick to reply and help. Amazing staff and office! Ella had a great experience as usual

I have been taking my 4 children there for more than 20 years. I live more than an hour from their office and I still take them because it is really worth having such a good and dedicated dentist when it comes to treatments for your children. I have had very good results and good experiences with them. I recommend them 10/10

Fantastic experience: The whole staff was excellent with our 3 kids (ages 16, 11, and 7) when they came in for their appointments. They were very nice, kind, and comforting to all 3 of them. They put them at ease and made the appointment enjoyable. We have been going to Pediatric Smiles for 16 years and have never had a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I have a special needs son and a daughter who has PTSD from a traumatic medical experience. Pediatric Smiles staff and Dr. Krone do an amazing job with working with my children and their issues. Dr. Krone has the patience and temperament of a saint! I have been taking my 6 kids to her for the past 16 years and wouldn't trust my kids dental care to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful to this place for caring for my 2 boys today. My one year did great, my 6 year old is on the autism spectrum and has a sensory disorder and I was so nervous for this appt because on his first few visits to a dentist he’d panic and not let them see his teeth. The last time we had seen a dentist was when he was 2 years old and they told me to not come back until “he was ready”. If I waited until my child was “ready” the boy would have no teeth by the time he turned 20 lol but being 6 it was time and long overdue. These people at Pediatric Smiles are so caring and gentle w kids w special needs! I was way impressed. They gave my 6 year old a separate room, explained everything really gently and were so sweet, genuine and patient! They have a Nintendo Switch in the waiting room (what?!) which will make it easier to get my kid excited to go back! And TVs for the kids to watch on the ceiling when they’re getting worked on. Insane. Lol very different from my day. To close, the first dentist I took my child to years ago didn’t seem to understand what sensory disorder was and this caused a lot of fear and anxiety for me as a parent worrying my child will just always have bad dental health and health in general because of that! but this place just made my day. Staff is awesome. Thank you so much! This is an old review^^ Update 10/16/24 As always, this place is fantastic. I wouldn’t want to take my kids anywhere else. Dr Krone is so kind and good at what she does. Great w kids and thorough at her job. My now 6 and 12 year old like this place a lot.

Fantastic experience: I take my kids here because I know I can trust Dr. Krone to be completely honest about whether my kids have cavities or not. She will not tell you they need dental work that doesn't need to be done. LOVE her.

With different Dental Techs, Office Staff, and Dentist the transitions have been smooth and comfortable for them. No issues ever with Pediatric Smiles. In fact my youngest looks forward to her appointments and is excited. So much she says she wants to be a Dentist when she grows up!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Krone was very patient and kind in attending to our child. Visited for a general checkup for 10 yr old. They were thorough in going through the insurance paperwork. One specialist took the x-rays and another one did a general cleaning and checkup of gums/teeth. During the whole process, my kid was treated with care. They clarified all our doubts and suggested the next course of action convincingly.

Fantastic experience: From the time I made our first appointment on the phone 3 years ago until this very day, Dr. Krone and the wonderful staff show absolute professional and personable care. My grandson really likes going here, he is almost 9yrs old, Autistic and enjoys coming here, which says a lot. Dr Krone, the assistants & staff are all kind, understanding & professional. Great place to bring the kiddoz. Highly recommend

Which I am very grateful for bc she is not cooperative at all! The dentist was went above and beyond explaining her conditions, causes, and plan of treatment as well! “10/10”recommend! Fantastic experience: Great experience! I came in with my nine-year-old daughter as a new patient who needed a spacer removed because her regular dentist was not pediatric and unable to do it and her previous Pediatric Dentist was impossible to get into. I was able to get an appointment in two days and we were in and out within an hour. Dr. Krone was super accommodating to a time constraint we were on, yet at the same time very thorough and gentle. She was able to remove the spacer without numbing and my daughter said it didn’t hurt a bit. My daughter had such a great experience, we are officially moving to their practice and have scheduled her next exam with pediatric smiles. Thank you, Pediatric Smiles! We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic experience: Our first visit to this office was great. Everyone from the front desk, to the x-ray tech, to the hygienist were great. Dr Krone was also awesome, she took her time in examining my daughter to come up with an effective treatment plan and really spoke with my daughter about her teeth rather than about her. Changing dentists can always be worrisome but I think this change will be a good one.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by Pediatric Smiles! My teenager has been going there for years and now my toddler has started. They are great with communicating and interacting with both ages. They bring things to a level the kids understand while not treating them like they are stupid. They make sure that the kids are comfortable before plowing forward with cleaning or treatment. Just this morning my three year old had to do X-rays for the first time with all of the awkward poses and uncomfortable thing you bite on. They worked with him so that he was comfortable with what they were doing and was able to comply with their instructions. I’m so grateful to have all of the staff there taking care of my kid’s teeth!
