Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at ToothHQ in Grapevine. I found them on Google after having pain from my wisdom tooth, and everyone was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions from the very first phone call. They got me in quickly for a free consultation, took X-rays, and explained everything clearly. Since I was in pain, they were able to remove my wisdom teeth the same day, which I really appreciated. Dr. Vadivel and dental assistants (I wish I could remember their names) were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The entire process was smooth and much easier than I expected. I highly recommend ToothHQ to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Fantastic experience: I work as a Dental assistant and I know things can be really stressful finding the right Dr…But We had such a positive experience with my daughter’s surgery, and I’m truly grateful with Dr. vadivel and the entire team. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and kindness, which helped ease both my daughter’s and my own nerves. The doctor took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Negative experience: UPDATE: Someone from the office just called me. She was argumentative and denied our interactions and told me to take down my reviews. At this point I do not have faith that this company is ethical or wants to resolve this issue. I will escalate this to an attorney and my insurance. I dont like confrontation so this caught me extremely offgaurd. I came in march 10th 2026, I had called the day before making sure I was going to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. My appointment was at 1. Got there at 1230. Hadn't ate from the night before because they said 8 hours no food or drink. I didnt get under anesthesia until 330pm, then the dentist wondered why he blew my IV because I was dehydrated and told me about how I needed to stay hydrated. Someone lied to be about being in network. (My EOB insurance papers came through yesterday) If I would have known I could have gone somewhere else and not been out an extra 500 dollars. Ive called thier office and no answers other than we will call you back. I called again today and they FORWARDED my call. I went ahead and made a report to the dental board because of this and other reviews I found leads me to belive this happens alot and is insurance fraud. The staff was unprofessional, the dentist was rude and the assistant was not helpful. I became hypothermic after the procedure and they did nothing to help me after and wheeled me out fast. I highly dont recommend this place and I will not be coming back for my 2 week check up. They wouldnt do the procedure until I paid and because im a single mother I didnt qualify for any payment plans. I was in pain because my wisdom tooth had exposed nerves.

Fantastic experience: I had my first consultation a couple of weeks ago and just had a couple of procedures done yesterday. The whole process was amazing.Abbey was amazing too helping me to get financed for my procedures and she was very caring and informative. I don’t have insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket, which was nerve racking. The procedures I needed was not as expensive as I had in my head and I felt the staff were really helping me to make sure I got the care I needed. I am just really impressed with the the whole office and Dr. Kay and Aniya did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and were both compassionate. I will definitely want Dr. Kay for any other procedures I needed. I still can’t believe she got my tooth out in one whole piece. Thank you to everyone you all are great.

Fantastic experience: Came in for a tissue biopsy and the Dr did an amazing job. Came back twice just to make sure it was healing well. The staff is amazing and they are all super sweet. Would definitely be back when I need dental work.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Madhavani is awesome! She was able to correct damage that occurred almost 40 years ago and more than two decades of neglect to give me a new smile! It was a long process of rebuilding to replace two teeth but it was worth the time it took and looks amazing. She walked me calmly and patiently thru the entire process, making sure I understood each step and what to expect. Negative experience: So disappointed in how my daughter and I were treated. I did not feel listened to as a parent and my daughter was pretty upset. Dentist literally stabbed my daughter in the gums without warning or preperation. As a side note they want to charge roughlly 850 to 900 an hour for their services with rather unreasonable reaction to not having that amount in the budget. Bathroom was not clean. Wait times are long and people are less than friendly. I hope they make imporvements and take steps to better serve their patients but we will not be back. We went with a better option and already have things set up with the a better dentist more equiped to deal with our family and better treatment of my daughter.

Fantastic experience: The Staff and Dr. A are AMAZING. In my case I planed to be sedated but due to inconvenience I ended up using a gas mask (that made me relax) and local sedation. I was nearly about to panic but Dr. A and Emily took great care of me. They checked If I was okay the whole time. They even played the music louder for me to relax. They are great. I had an amazing experience.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. It takes an emergency to even get me consider going in. That being said, I needed to have 2 teeth removed and a deep intense cleaning done. They offered several solutions to help with my anxiety, anesthesia, anxiety meds for day of, etc. They exceeded my expectations, I felt well cared for and when I woke, it was all done, they gave me the 5 star treatment, explained to my husband my aftercare and Dr. A called me the next day to check on me!! Fantastic experience: An amazing place! I needed to get 2 of my wisdom teeth removed because I was in severe pain. I went into the grapevine office and Jose was so kind and walked me through the entire thing and answered any questions I had. I was extremely nervous, crying mostly, and Dr. A made sure to make me feel comfortable and offered solutions to help me with my anxiety before the operation. The operation went smooth and I felt like I was in and out, they both let me know if I had any pain or discomfort to tell them and they would help me. The next day I even got a call from Dr. A making sure I felt okay! I will be returning here for my other wisdom teeth to be removed. Negative experience: I made an appointment with them yesterday regarding my extreme wisdom tooth pain for 8 am today. So I get here for that appointment, and the door is locked and the office is closed. No one called me to cancel or anything. I would never recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was an emergency due to severe pain in my jaw. I got an appointment for the same day I called and was in and out in under an hour. The staff was very professional and made my visit as easy as possible. They were even willing to work me in for the procedure I needed but time was an issue on my part. They explained what my issue was, why I was having pain and provided a treatment plan in detail on each account. I feel very comfortable about my upcoming appointment...which is unusual since I hate going to the dentist!

Negative experience: Felt like I was at a car dealership, not a doctors office. They try to upsell you on different services and are over priced. Doctor is good, just wish the office experience felt more genuine.
