Fantastic experience: Dr. Moss and his team are fantastic. The entire experience felt both professional and genuinely welcoming. Polly, is a registered nurse and took the time to walk me through important information and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. She’s incredibly knowledgeable. Crystal was amazing as well. She handled my X-rays and assisted during my assessment with Dr. Moss. Nancy, my hygienist, was phenomenal. She performed a deep cleaning with a very gentle touch and used a topical numbing agent on my sensitive areas, which made a big difference in my comfort. Nanc was also excellent on the administrative side. She stayed on top of all the financial details, followed up with me about my insurance, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. She clearly knows her stuff. Dr. Moss was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and provided outstanding care. This was nothing like a typical dentist visit! It was a genuinely great experience. I highly recommend them. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: IF YOU HATE DENTISTS, READ THIS!! Not even two minutes after my appointment, I’m sitting in my car outside Dr. Moss’s office writing this review because of how satisfied I am. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists since I was a child, and I know it’s not great, but before seeing Dr. Moss, I hadn’t been to the dentist in over four years because of my past experiences. This appointment has completely changed my perspective. If I could give more than 5 stars, I truly would. Dr. Moss and his team assured me through the whole process, giving little updates here and there, their hospitality is simply unmatched, I couldn't feel a single thing during the procedure. I truly believe Dr. Moss and his assistants are the best at what they do. I’m very, very glad I came to their office and got my three fillings done. Thank you, Dr. Moss and team!

Fantastic experience: I am on my third dental office in less than four years living in North Texas. First was a new office, and they went out of business. The second I had a bad experience with. It was so traumatizing I haven't written that Google review yet, but I will in the near future. After that bad experience, I was attracted to this office by the peaceful environment with trees, flowers and shrubs surrounding the office. I was very happy to find that the dentist and staff are very caring, understanding of differing personal viewpoints, and allowing the patients to be including in the care plan. He has an RN on staff, and she gives me the pre-med antibiotics I require before deep cleanings due to medical concerns, and I was prescribed Diflucan to get rid of the yeast infection I almost always get from the antibiotics. The RN asked me about all the supplements I take (not just big pharma). I have to get extreme deep cleanings to keep my gum disease from progressing, and the hygienist Nancy is so good at it, the pain is very minimal; actually an enjoyable experience! They worked with me to help get the claim information in to Delta Dental so I could get my refund in time to pay my credit card bill. I am so happy and relieved to have found a great dental office I can trust and relax in!!!!

Fantastic experience: It was so good to be "back home again ". In Dr. Moss' office. The staff has been amazing since I first started with them in 2007. Moving away in 2019 meant a 70 mile trip each way, but I've found that is worth the time and effort. I felt seen, heard, and like being back with family.

Fantastic experience: Just had 3 unit bridge and adjacent replacement filling yesterday, no discomfort during and more amazingly—no discomfort afterward!! Once the numbness wore off, it felt like I hadn’t had any work done in my mouth and that’s after a 3 1/2 hour appointment!! Dr Moss and his staff made my visit unrushed and comfortable, even though they found that extra filling while prepping my bridge. So, no extra visit or shot!! Thank you Dr Moss and Renee, you are truly exceptional!!

From massage chairs, choice of videos, custom music, and bird feeders to attract local birds to the windows, everything was designed to help you relax. The staff explains your options, proceedures, billing, medication, and aftercare, and responds thoroughly to your questions. There is an in-house discount plan available if you don't have insurance. They care for your special needs and requests, and track factors like current medications and supplements. Everything is very clean, and there are lovely details like engraved door panels to enjoy. Stop in for a visit, you'll thank yourself.

Fantastic experience: I just have to say that Nancy is the absolute best hygienist ever. She truly cares about your teeth and is a wealth of knowledge about how to care for teeth. She tells you like it is and if you follow her instructions you will have great check ups! Dr. Moss has been my dentist for many years. He is very caring and gentle. Fantastic experience: This Grandpa made it to Dallas only to bite into a gluten free pizza that pulled off my gold crown. Dr. Moss was able to take my emergency request for an appointment on Monday. Polly greeted me and introduced His super friendly, but professional staff. After a shorter than expected wait, Dr. Moss was able to x-ray and spot some areas of concern to show my dentist when I returned. Dr. Moss was able to temporarily and securely replace the old crown and send me on my way to enjoy the holiday with my family. I want to thank Dr. Moss and his entire staff. Should I need dental care in the future, I would highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: A sizable share of Dr Moss’s patients are physicians. This tells you all you need to know. He is not a one size fits all patient (and insurance) factory. He provides the ultimate in individual care and he (along with his staff) are very highly skilled. Here is yet another Dr Moss true story- I was in Orlando on day one of a planned family Disney vacation. An old crown in the back broke (while riding the “Slinky Dog”), so I got on the first flight back to Dallas for an emergency visit to Moss dentistry. He repaired/bonded the broken section allowing me to return to my vacation. My new crown is scheduled when I return from Orlando. Masterful! You cannot get this level of care from the patient factories.

Brad Moss and his team are thorough, conscientious, personable and efficient. You don’t feel rushed, you feel valued. They develop an individual plan for you based on current and future needs. You leave knowing exactly what needs to be done and what should be done via a short and long term plan. He may not be the least expensive or even in network for your insurance plan, but he is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have not seen Dr. Moss in 20 years but due to concerns I have with my current Dentist, I felt the need for a 2nd opinion. Dr. Moss's staff was friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond to get me quickly screened and checked in. Dr. Moss answered all my questions and addressed my concerns perfectly and we now have a treatment plan in place. I will say, he is not an approved provider for any insurance Dental Plan, but he does offer his patients the opportunity to sign up for reduced costs on cleanings, and discounts on major dental procedures, which is helpful. You know what they say, "you get what you pay for", and, in my opinion, Dr. Moss is worth the price.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Brad Moss. I’ve been a patient there for 2 years now. All the lady’s in the office are so very nice especially Mrs. Moss. I had to get a good deal of work done and I choose to be sedated. 4 hours worth of dental work done ! I barley remember it. There was a nurse w me the whole time. The nurse called me the next day to make sure I was ok, taking meds and following the post- op directions.
