Fantastic experience: I had the best experience! I came in today for a second opinion, they checked me out. Everything was very smooth..thank you Dr. Martin!

Negative experience: If you are a new patient. I would seek a second opinion before doing a lot of restoration work here. I had seen my previous dentist just 6 months before and everything was fine. I went into dr martins office and he tells me I need 4 crowns and I have 6 cavities. I was shocked. I had him do one crown and he complained when I asked for extra anesthesia. I consequently went to another dentist who told me I was fine and I didn’t need that work. His office staff was very nice. But before you have work done here I would seek a second opinion

Fantastic experience: I was able to get in to have an issue taken care of quickly. They were friendly and professional through out the process. I did feel pressured during the checkout process to hurry back, unlike many other healthcare facilities. I highly recommend Dr. Martin and his team for all your dental needs!

Negative experience: It started as good experience but front staff are not up with billing and having to go back and forth with insurance is unbelievable with the front staff and very rude on the phone they don't have no communication with each other at all . And don't even get call backs very disappointed with the dentist and office then the dentist tells me to do a procedure then they change the out pocket cost knowing I have secondary ins . So again very bad experience at this office .

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough great things about Dr Martin and the entire staff!! He was referred to us by a friend of the family and since the day I walked in there several years ago, I have always felt so welcomed. They truly care about their patients. I used to hate going to the dentist because of the horrible and painful experiences I had with previous ones. But Dr Martin and the entire staff wiped those bad memories away. From the moment I walk in, greeted by the lovely ladies at the front desk who are as sweet as can be, to the staff in the back working on my teeth, I'm smiling or laughing the entire time. And although it's a bit of a drive from where I live, he and his staff are well worth it. Thank you, Dr Martin and your entire staff!

From the minute we walked in the front door we were greeted with what appeared to be smiles behind those masks and a Texas hello. My wife and I had back to back appointments with Lisa and Kathleen explained our accounts with us. It was great to see Lisa again and catch up for the past 6 years. Then seeing Dr. Martin was golden as he caught me up about everything going on. It was fantastic being back as he gave me a clean bill of health. We highly recommend Smiles by Dr Martin as they do a very professional job from the front end to the teeth cleaning and exam. In addition to Dr. Martin's high-quality work, I appreciate the warm care the staff provides and how the office tailors its services to the patient's convenience. Dr. Martin’s office provides the kind of personal care most dentists used to offer 40 years ago and the benefits of current technologies and practices. I am not going anywhere else for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: My new Smiles by Martin has caused all my friends and family and quite a few strangers to comment on what great teeth I have. Dr. Martin put crowns on all my teeth and my 80 year old still practicing orthodontist uncle said they looked terrific and it was one of the best whole mouth jobs he had ever seen. Fantastic experience: Love this place and the people. How they care and make you feel comfortable before every procedure. How they explain everything to you at the front with insurance. Love it even MORE after I didn’t have a babysitter for my kids (5yr old and 4month old) they offered me to bring them and they would help while I did my cleaning. Normally you can never take ur kiddos with you at these type of appts. Gosh i genuinely love every single one and of course the doctor for letting this happen too. I definitely recommend this place. They will take care you and try to save your teeth after not going to a dentist for YEARS.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Martin for the last year and a half, moving here from the east coast and getting all new doctors can be overwhelming. I have received nothing but kindness, laughs, and professionalism since seeing them; highly recommended.

Positive experience: When there because I lost my retainer and a space holder came out. The staff was not friendly at all the dentist glue my wire which came out couple weeks after he glue it and the person who did my retainer didn't do it right that they had to redo it for a second time and still is not right i can tell my teeth are still moving because the retainer was not made correctly and they were not gentle enough. I completely regret my visit there I fell that they only care about the money and they were unfriendly.

Fantastic experience: I'm getting 8 porcelain crowns for my uppers. Both tops and bottoms were straightened with invisalign. I just had my temporaries placed on tops, as bottoms were corrected. My work was intensive as I had 20 trays (40 weeks). Dr. Martin was diligrnent and I followed his instructions which eliminated the last 2 trays. Dr. Martin and staff are very professional, i.e., competant, honost, and fair. Additiinally, he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his talents as testified also by my 26 year old daughter who had porcelain veneers by Dr. Martin and is very successful in website sales to plastic surgeons and cosmetic dentistry. I now have my temporary crowns and friends are impressed.
