I call 10 different dentist offices, and the only place that takes us seriously is today dental. I’m so grateful for the entire staff & their urgency to get us in quickly and have him taken care of. The location is beautiful, clean and welcoming. 10/10 recommend them if you need dental care❤️

Fantastic experience: Today Dental in Haslet is a very professional and clean dental establishment. Each staff member makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Hannah cleaned my teeth. She is a very outgoing, personable and a friendly hygienist. From teeth cleaning, Exrays, tooth extraction, implants and crown procedure, Dr. Stevens and his assistants are careful, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If you need to get any dental work done, you can feel confident that Today’s Dental staff will take care of you. Thanks to all that assisted in my dental work and future appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have always been embarrassed by my teeth. Every single one has some sort of filling. It's been ages since I've seen a dentist and I was dreading it. They put me completely at ease. Walked me through each step, exact costs up front, and timelines. When I had questions, they didn't make me feel small or rushed. They took the time and patience to walk me through it all. I had one thing scheduled, and showed up the day in tears because another tooth was bothering me more. They pivoted and took care of the one that was bothering me now. They have checked in on me, texted to ensure I was still available for my appointment and gave a personal touch. I cannot thank them enough. I no longer feel embarrassed or shame.

Fantastic experience: I made a same day appointment after I noticed my 7yr old had an abscess in her mouth, I didn’t realize I chose the wrong appointment however once I arrived they were able to correct the issue and see my daughter. I must say the doctor was absolutely amazing! He not only took the time to see her last minute but would not let us go until she took care of her although it was closing time. He knew the infection was bad and she needed her tooth to be extracted. He did not hesitated for her to wait until later. My daughter of course was so scared of the procedure and he was kind and patient. He was absolutely amazing! So grateful for an office that can see kids on a weekend when everyone is closed. As a working parent this is a plus for sure! But the most impressive thing for me was how caring and diligent he was to solve my little girls problem. It wasn’t easy but he comforted her and was so patient. You earned a returning customer because of your kindness. Thank you for everything and all you do!

I haven’t really had any positive experiences until today… First of all, brittany is fabulous at the front desk. She She helped me from this morning, calling to make my appointment, getting me in the same day and helping me with my insurance and she was the last face I’ve seen before leaving.. She’s fantastic, super nice, And she explains everything in detail.. Absolutely love. Mario, Frankie and Dr. Peterson all helped me with my appointment they all made so feel Comfortable, we laughed and I never felt judged because it had been a while… I will definitely be telling everyone I know about this place. Absolutely love.

Upfront about costs. Very kind and helpful office manager (cannot recall her name). When I said I need time to consider the best path forward for me, there was no pressure. Fantastic experience: My dentist retired awhile back so I had to find a new dentist. I Scheduled an appointment with Today Dental after a bad first experience at another dentist. For context, at the first dentist I went in for a cleaning but was left alone for intermittent periods of time, got x-rays, digital dental models, and photos, a $7k estimate for a lot of dental work they said I needed, then was told I would have to schedule another appointment for the cleaning. I went in today for my cleaning at Today Dental. The front desk staff was very friendly and Hannah my dental tech was kind and efficient. They listened to what I wanted and met my expectations for my first appointment, I got my teeth cleaned! They gave me an estimate for the 1 filling I need, and an estimate to change out some old crowns, should I desire to do so. However they did not said I had to have it done anytime soon. I feel the staff at Today Dental was more up front and honest about what I actually needed, they provided fair pricing and they listened to what was important to me. Dr. Peterson was also very nice and straight forward. I am returning next week for my filling. I have found my new dentist! Thank you Today Dental of FloMo.

Positive experience: I believe this was my second visit to this office. Overall, they are very quick and efficient, but I do think there is room for improvement when it comes to patient interaction. When I arrived, I was greeted by the front desk staff and had a great interaction with her. Once I was taken back for my cleaning, the assisting staff did a good job explaining exactly what would happen. However, when the head dentist came in, he only mentioned that he would be starting my cleaning and did not discuss the condition of my teeth or any areas where I could improve my dental care. The assisting staff then finished my cleaning. What I found most odd about my visit was that my X-rays were taken at the end, and the head dentist never reviewed them with me. This made me feel like just another number rather than a patient whose care truly mattered. While I appreciate their efficiency, when I come in for a biannual cleaning, I expect to be informed about the condition of my teeth, and I do not feel that happened during this visit. I haven’t experienced this issue here before, so I am willing to give them another chance and return in six months.

However, everyone here was so welcoming, sweet, and quick! I was really impressed with how fast paced and thorough the cleaning was, it made my anxiety about it almost nothing. Thank y’all so much!

Negative experience: Bait and switch! They told me when I signed up with their insurance I could get a cleaning no cost as it’s included. Then they said they have to do a deep cleaning which was not needed and tried to charge me extra $1200 saying they could not do a normal cleaning. Had me pay for the insurance then denied the cleaning claiming deep cleaning is needed and they wouldn’t cover it. My teeth are well maintained and their justification was invalid. Do not sign up with their insurance as they will claim it doesn’t cover it when it does.

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a new dentist which is not my favorite thing to do, anyhow, this place was amazing. From the front to the back , the entire team was friendly knowledgeable and very good. Dr. Peterson is awesome an the dental hygienist is very thorough as well. To wrap it up from someone who hates going to the dentist, these guys made it extremely easy. I found my spot!
