Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The staff was unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. The overall service did not meet my expectations, especially considering the time and money involved. I left feeling frustrated rather than cared for. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience, and I hope they improve their customer service and patient care.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were looking for a dentist closer to home. Plus we were frustrated with our current dentist with appointment being changed and inconsistent Dentist treatment plans. So I did some research and found Pleasant Dental it appeared to be a great option for us. Everyone was kind and respectful to our needs. I had been holding off on any major dentistry treatments. Even though it was there closing time there were kind enough to take my daughter right before closing making sure she was fine and gave proper care. Schedule us back for more detailed care. Turns out she worked at my previous dental office, we had fun talking and catching up. She did a great job polishing and flissi g my teeth. Then I met Dr. B, She was very friendly and has a great smile herself. We were able to connect over gardening and she sent me off with a happy dental report. The office is nice, clean and spacious. Water is provided in the front lobby waiting area. I had a great experience with all the ladies and am looking forward to bringing my family here too.

She and her staff took the time to explain the plan of action for my care and they took the time to contact my insurance carrier to make sure of what would be covered. Doing all those things was very important to me. Thos allowed me the opportunity to make sure I was prepared for the cost. They took the time which is very important. It is very difficult to find such good service from any Doctor these days. If you are looking for a Great Dentist you will not be disspointed when you come to her Dental office. I highly recommend this doctor and staff.

Fantastic experience: I came to Pleasant dental after I had a nightmare with my tooth that was hurting like "hell". Couldn't sleep all night long and it being a Saturday, I called Pleasant dental and they immediately booked me in for the earliest appointment they had. From the minute I walked in at the reception, the lady who received me and helped the dentist with my teeth was incredible and talked me through it and was very gentle. She works few times on the weekends and I appreciate how incredible she was. Dr Bodapati is incredible. I would give her over 10 stars. She is very friendly, gentle and talks you through the whole process well. She handles patients very well and she us also very professional. She promised me I would come out of there pain free and for sure I didn't need any pain meds after I left her office. She ended up doing a root canal coz my tooth was really bad and I returned again for cavity filling and received great care once again from her. If you got issues with your teeth like I did, Dr Bodapati is your solution. Thanks so much doc for all you did and I will sure be back.

Fantastic experience: I first started going to this dentist office on a whim, as I believe they were pretty brand new at the time. I've heard horror stories about other people taking chances with new dental offices before and had some anxiety about it, but after meeting the dentist and the staff here, I can most definitely say they are the best dentist and dental staff I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. I've been going to them for a few years now, not only for me but my two sons as well and I've never had one unpleasant experience. Their name matches the experience! My best friend had previously had really awful experiences at other dentist offices but once I referred her to Pleasant, she has been going there since with raving reviews. I've even gotten my fiancé to start going to Pleasant (had his first appt today) and he said everything is thoroughly explained and says Dr. B is very nice and friendly, I'm sure he will put a review on here soon too! Not only is it super close to our home, but they try to make it the most painless, nicest, and least expensive experience possible. In this day and age, that's not something you can find very often. Thank you Pleasant Dental, I will be referring anyone and everyone I know to go see y'all!!

Fantastic experience: I came in on a Saturday due to a dental emergency from Friday night and left feeling 100 times better. I had past dentist experience that really affected how i felt about going in for oral work, but i have since been changed. I had to have a root canal and Dr. B and the assistant were so kind and explained everything to me. The root canal wasn’t not as bad as i imagined and very fast. My pain was gone and my tooth felt and looked amazing. I look forward to continuing my oral care here.

Negative experience: I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I came with my mom for an appointment and from the moment I walked in, the environment didn’t feel as clean or well-kept as I would expect from a dental office. I noticed things on the floors that made me question the level of attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and overall care. What made things more frustrating was the lack of clear communication. It was difficult to get straightforward answers about treatment and pricing, and I left feeling confused rather than informed. The costs presented didn’t seem to match what I’ve experienced elsewhere, and there wasn’t much effort to explain why. The dental work itself also did not feel like it was done with quality or care, which only added to my concerns. Combined with the long wait times and overall disorganization, it made the entire visit feel rushed and not well managed. By the end, I didn’t feel confident in the care I received or in what I was being charged for. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think it’s important for others to be aware. If you do decide to come here, I would strongly suggest asking questions, double-checking everything, and making sure you fully understand your treatment before agreeing to anything.

Negative experience: This office is one of the worst office I have ever been too. They had me waiting more than an hour to seat us and wanted to over charge me for simple treatment. They have the highest fees compare to other offices I been too. Do not come here if you are looking for a Good dentist that doesn’t over charge for simple treatment!

Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with a horrible toothache, one I thought would eventually go away. Well, it didn't. On Monday evening, I made an appointment for Tuesday and was seen that morning. I was greeted by a kind gentleman, and he gave me the tablet needed to check in. Once I finished that process, I met Dr.Bodapati, and she was very sweet and let me know she would be with me soon. When I was taken back to the dental area, I explained what was going on, and we started my images. Dr. Bodapati explained what was shown on the images, and there appeared to be nothing wrong with the tooth. At that point, we set up a plan of action. Friday was scheduled to remove the tooth, and this is when the wild adventure started. The young lady at the counter was very friendly, which was a great first impression upon walking in. Amy (I believe that was her name) greeted me. She was my hygienist and would be assisting with the tooth removal. From the moment I walked into the dental space, I felt very comfortable and at ease. The tooth removal process was a rollercoaster, to say the least. The tooth was very stubborn and didn't want to budge. During my moments of discomfort, Amy and Dr. Bodapati, were patient and allowed me the moments I needed to regroup. Once the tooth was removed, there was JOY! Also, come to find out, the tooth was actually fractured down to the root, and that's where the pain was coming from. Unfortunately, fractures (cracked tooth syndrome) can't be seen using an X-ray. I'm grateful Dr. Bodapati knew what to look for and was able to successfully remove the tooth. After days of sleeping only a few hours nightly, I was finally able to sleep through the night. Of course, I'm healing, and a bit of pain is there, but the pain is nothing like it was due to that tooth. What impressed me the most was my initial visit, which was on the Tuesday after the weekend Winter storm. The hygienists were not able to drive to Euless due to the weather, and Dr. Bodapati still came in to take care of her patients. She was very compassionate when it came to her employees' safety, while still having compassion for the patients who needed to be seen. If you're looking for a dentist, Pleasant Dental is your place!

My work is usually challenging but has been no problem here. I recommend this office completely!

Negative experience: I had a bad experience with a dental clinic. I went there to get a crown installed on my tooth, and I had no pain at all. The crown was placed, but it didn’t cover the entire tooth, which caused me severe pain, and I could no longer chew. When I returned to the clinic, they didn’t tell me the truth and asked me to wait two weeks. So, I went to another clinic, and they informed me that the crown was not good and needed to be replaced. At that point, I went back to the original clinic once more; she said she would make a new one. After that, she told me that I needed root canal treatment, which she couldn’t perform, and asked me to go to yet another clinic to have it done, then return to her again for a new crown. All of this came with a lot of pain and multiple rounds of anesthesia. So, I demanded a refund, and I plan to go to another clinic to fix what she ruined.
