Fantastic experience: My whole family has used Dr Anu for the past 3 years and we love her. She always does a great job! The whole office has been friendly as well. They all remember me and my family too. They're all very personable and beyond that, everyone is very competent! No billing issues or rude staff or scheduling problems. We have had cleanings, fillings, a crown replacement, and a toddler needing to learn not to be afraid of going to the dentist and it has been great every time. The therapy dogs are a nice bonus too!

Fantastic experience: Five stars is not nearly enough for this incredible dental practice. The staff are solicitous, intuitive, show initiative and warmth. That was just the front line of ambassadorship walking through the door. Dr. Anu is simply beyond wonderful. Thorough, and incredibly human touch when wielding a pick and other implements. The hygienist I had was fantastic. You do not feel like you're at a McDonald's assembly line, and you're not a chart, you are a human being in need of a service and or help. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the lovely receptionists and quickly finalized any remaining paperwork, as well as the examination was done quite precise answering all concerns without feeling hurried! Unlike other dentists that take over an hour just to see you and only to take a quick glance before moving onto the next patient, Dr. Anu takes her time to build a rapport and make you feel like your oral health is the most important thing in that moment! I very much look forward to my next visit where I already feel like home

Fantastic experience: The entire staff here is very accommodating from the time you come through the front door. There is very little wait time. Once you are taken back to be seen, whatever your needs are they are met with a true desire to listen to your issue then resolve it in a very professional matter. The staff works with your schedule to meet all your needs. I highly recommend this Dentist office.

Negative experience: Paid over 2000.00 for dentures that only lasted for about 2 years. The teeth started cracking and the clear coat is coming off which is completely unacceptable for something at this price point. The quality is very poor and durability is non existent. I would strongly caution others before using this provider.

Fantastic experience: The staff was great! It was the first appointment for my baby and I also had an appointment. She was super fussy but the staff took such great care of her while I got my cleaning done. They truly helped a mom in need :) Cleaning was great and thorough. Glad to have found a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had anxiety with dentists since I was a child and this is the only location that truly understands that. Dr. Anu and her staff take care of me and make sure I am comfortable at all times. They are very gentle and always ask if I am doing okay. I love the atmosphere and her dogs are adorable. I truly recommend this location!

Negative experience: They told me there were so many things wrong with my teeth, which was surprising because less than a year earlier my family dentist had said everything looked great. At that visit, they didn’t even do a cleaning—just looked at my teeth—and still charged me a lot. I decided to go back to my family dentist, the one my siblings and I have trusted for years, and they only needed to fill two teeth. They told me the rest of my teeth were perfectly fine.

Dr Anu has given me a beautiful smile going above and beyond to get the best most comfortable fit for my immediate upper denture as my insurance would not cover a relign for 6 months. Fantastic experience: This is seriously the best dentist I've ever been to - plus there's a PUPPY!!! The two girls at the front desk were so kind even while being BUSYYYY. I was in the back and in a chair 5 minutes after getting there (before my appointment time). All of the nurses and assitants were so kind and made you feel as comfortable as possible. The doctor was quick and matter of fact - and doesn't try to find issues that aren't there. This dentist doesn't try to upsell you - they just fix your teeth. That's all you really want from a dentist. I've been searching for a dentist in the area for 2 years - I am so glad to have found this place. The waiting room is VERY small and there were quite a few people when I got there - but overall it's quite cozy and they are so quick at getting you in, that it doesn't really matter. Love this place and so glad to have a new family dentist - they also took SUCH good care of my husband who is not great with doctors of any kind and made him feel like a new man.

Fantastic experience: Precinct Line Dentistry is all about compassion and quality services. I am 61 and have had lots of fillings, crowns, etc in my lifetime. Before I found Dr. Hong (years ago) I always dreaded going to the dentist. I was really sad when Dr. Hong moved away but I trusted that he found a great DDS to take his place and he did. Dr. Anu is so kind and makes every appt a pleasure. Her attention to detail and skilled technique are great. She knows her stuff. The atmosphere is great and I love feeling cared for by everyone that I see from Dr. Anu , Nancy and the front desk ladies. I know that whatever I am there for will be taken care of quickly and with a lot of love. I am blessed to be to be thier patient.

If she doesn’t feel you need a certain thing done she won’t do it just to charge your insurance. As long as Dr. Anu is at this dentist office I will never go to another dentist. Now on to the front desk staff. Those ladies up there are just as good at receptionist work as Dr Anu is as a dentist. Those ladies are very caring and friendly.
