Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to an orthodontist, so I didn’t know what to expect. Shelley was amazing through the entire process. I left feeling informed, excited, and confident in my decision to become a patient.

Fantastic experience: We had two kiddos go through orthodontics here. I will recommend them to anyone. The staff is fantastic, they will work with your schedule, and they are so personable with every kid and parent. One kid had an appointment on their birthday and was given a cupcake and wished Happy Birthday. They give you a flower if your appointment is the week of Mother's day. Super great people. We have loved working with them!

She made the consultation process and contract information completely seamless and easy to understand. The care and professionalism from everyone in the office continue to exceed my expectations!

Fantastic experience: I had a previous extraction done years ago, and I was worried it might complicate orthodontic treatment now. They actually reviewed my old dental history properly and explained how past extractions affect spacing and movement. Instead of treating it as a problem, they integrated it into the new plan in a very structured way.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice over there, the place was clean and I’d definitely recommend! Also they give you tickets for each visit and if you get a 100, you get a gift card! I was a couple short, but they topped it off for me and gave me one! Five stars!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ashley at the front desk—her bubbly and welcoming spirit instantly made me feel comfortable. Shelly was incredible in helping me come up with a treatment plan and getting everything started. She took the time to explain my options and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. When Dr. Fallah came in, she thoroughly went over my Invisalign treatment plan and personalized everything specifically for me, which I really appreciated. About four weeks later, my aligners came in and Shelbie took great care of me from start to finish. She was so informative, patient, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. This office is truly a 10/10! The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. I’m so excited to continue my Invisalign journey and can’t wait to see my results! After my daughter had a traumatic experience with a dental surgery we came to Dr. Fallah for braces and couldn’t be happier we did. When I say this orthodontist TRULY CARES I mean it emphatically. My daughter is an adult now and I drive over half hour just to bring my son here and she still asks about my daughter. My son is 9 and on his first round of braces and I know he’s in the best hands. They talk him through everything and make the process fun where he can earn tickets for his progress. Dr. Fallah has made such an impact in the care of my kids and I am forever grateful we found her! I will also be going to her for my own orthodontic treatment. We love her and everyone at her office. Can’t say enough amazing things about how she shows care and compassion for every patient. My kids always felt special here and receive bday cards which always made them feel cared for. We love Dr. Fallah!!!! The best care you can find!

Fantastic experience: I have started my aligner journey here as an adult and the office is so welcoming. The staff is so warm from the front desk ladies to the assistants. The last times I have been there for my appointment the assistants Shelbie and Jessika were always so kind, explained everything well, and made sure I left with all my questions answered. Dr. Fallah has amazing bed side manner and sees exactly the areas that I felt need more improvement. It is evident that she cares about her patients and making sure that they are satisfied with their treatment. Fantastic experience: The staff are so welcoming and so friendly. Dr. Fallah took so much time answering our questions and really made sure we understood all we discussed. Holly was also so warm and answered so many questions clearly that we left feeling very confident. We are very glad to have found this office. Update: We are now bringing our second child for care and they are even more advanced and efficient than before. While I wish they had later hours for kids in school, it is still a place I would HIGHLY recommend!

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this place. They seem to have unethical practices. They quoted us $7800 for braces (but told us braces were a bad option) and $7200 for trays. We went to three other places and were all told by them braces were the only option - due to her very large overbite - and all quoted us almost $1500 less. They also told us it was a free consultation yet billed my lifetime braces insurance $125. Was told I signed the paperwork (my fault for not reading the two mins they gave me to sign it) even though it was only explained that the appointment was free. Highly disappointed that I lost out on $125 for my daughter’s lifetime brace total because of their lack of transparency. They try to get you sign the contract immediately by offering you a “one day discount only” to try and trap you. Highly recommend Delgado or Collins and Johnson, as both were transparent and much more affordable.

Fantastic experience: This place is wonderful! I previously had braces as a kid and needed to fix my teeth as an adult. They were able to fix my bite and teeth with clear aligners and I avoided braces. They’ve answered all my questions and are so helpful! Would recommend to anyone!

We finished treatment with a perfect smile and beautifully even teeth. Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend going to this place if you’re transferring from a different establishment. For context, I moved from a different state and already had braces that had been in for a bout a year without treatment due to complications after moving. NRH orthodontist said they could continue my treatment with the braces, without removing the brackets I already had in, even though they didn't use those kind of brackets. I went into overtime on my braces and they did not charge me, they say it was out of the kindness of theirs hearts in a recent email they sent me but that’s just not true. An employee of theirs told me it was because they couldn’t close the gaps on my front teeth and had nothing to do with what I was doing. After reviewing their notes they sent, I can confirm that’s true so I’d recommend switching brackets if you do want to go ahead and transfer to this establishment. I brought that point up because they told my father that it was because of broken brackets; however, they were on the bottom and we were waiting on the gap to be closed on the top. Broken bottom brackets have nothing to do with space that won’t close on the top. I referred to their notes to confirm that as well. They also said my delay was from missing numerous of appointments but according to my records, I only missed one and had to reschedule a few bc of personal issues — not carelessness. Before they even had me bring in my father, I asked to have everything moved over to me and they said they couldn’t because I started when I was a minor. I was okay with that until they did try to give my father that false information regarding my braces going into overtime (basically telling him it’s all my fault). Since he was unaware of everything that was going on, he signed the paper anyways. They sent me an email dismissing some of these claims that I made before but now I have documents to back them. They put spacers on my teeth to keep my bite from pushing down. The spacers fell out on their own but the residue or glue (I’m not really sure what it is) from them remained on there, was not removed and still remains on my teeth as I’m typing this out. I didn’t tell them about it when I noticed later that day because it was closed and then I just left it alone because it wasn’t that big of an issue to me. The only reason I even left this review is because my dentist said they left small pieces of glue on my teeth. I didn’t want to keep coming up to the orthodontist and having them reevaluate everything since they seemed to need my father for everything and he a very busy man. I’m just praying this’ll help anyone who needs it! It’s a bit stressful and overwhelming to try and figure out how to deal with the aftermath. Above all else, I’m quite disappointed in how it turned out because they were super friendly in the beginning and have a ton of great reviews.

NRH Ortho has a very friendly, knowledgeable, professional clean environment. Visits are always quick and efficient. NRH Ortho is the chick fil a of Orthodontics! I highly recommend to any friend, family member, coworker, all of the above! Invisalign treatment with Dr Fallah was the best decision I could have made.

Fantastic experience: When I called this office to get information about Invisalign they took the time to answer all my questions. I knew right away I would be doing business with them. I didn't bother calling any other Orthodontist. When I arrived the facility was very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable. I had a lot of fears about getting treatment, and they have started my journey off just right! Their pricing is very competitive, but they are the champs when it comes to their staff and technology!
