Fantastic experience: My hubby and I went in for our regular check-up and cleaning, and we had such a great experience! The staff was absolutely amazinggg — so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The facility is also super clean and well-maintained. Dr. Ho is incredibly thorough, skilled, and great at what he does. Throughout the entire appointment, I always knew what was happening and why, and the team constantly made sure I was comfortable and doing okay (special Thank youuuu, to Star). I really appreciated that level of care and communication. **10/10 recommend this practice!** Thank you, Dr. Ho and the entire Watauga Family Dentistry team, for taking such great care of us and literally making us leave with a smile! ❣️✨

Fantastic experience: I would just like to put in a good word for this dentist office, they are always the nicest people when I go, make me feel comfortable and they do an excellent job . They act like they're glad to see you and they explain the situation as we go along. I will definitely keep them as my regular dentist office and you should too if you need a good dentist. I'll admit that I was very anxious at first of having my shot to numb my gum for this crown I got but it wasn't bad at all and they put me at ease, it was very good work.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a child. I didn’t have an amazing experience growing up. Unfortunately I broke a tooth recently and had an emergency. I googled and found Watauga Family Dental and the minute I walked in the staff was very warm and welcoming. The whole time I was in there they made me feel cared for and even talked with me because I was nervous and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was great! He was kind and also gentle with all the drilling and stuff that took place. They really made the whole experience great! Thank you!

I struggle with anxiety and changes to routine and everyone here has been so accommodating and understanding and patient. Dr. Qureshi is not only intelligent and highly skilled but she has great compassion for her patients and explains everything throughly.

She is highly skilled and up to date on the most current practices. However she also offers a high level of traditional dentistry where appropriate. She and her staff are kind and compassionate. They listen to you. This office has several financing options if you are under or uninsured. I am so thankful that I made the call. I believe that any age of patient would be comfortable here.

Fantastic experience: Watauga Family Dentistry is the best! Everyone at this practice is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr. Qureshi is incredibly detail oriented and explains everything she notices and does. The dental hygienists and assistants are great as well. I had my cleaning done by Berenice yesterday and she left my teeth sparkling clean. Not only is the work done exceptional, the wait times are the shortest I’ve experienced. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes, if any, to be seen for my scheduled appointment. I recommended this place to my sister and she has had a great experience as well. I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my appointments here because I know I’m going to be well taken care of. I highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: This office is great. Martina was amazing, and I am not a fan of dental cleanings. She explained everything I wanted to know about what was going on with my build up and sensitivity, and gave me some good practical homework for my dental care. Probably the best cleaning I’ve had. She even adjusted the settings on the water pick tool for me when we got to some areas that hurt more. I’ve never been checked in and helped during that process as much as I was today. And some freebies were an added bonus! Update: STILL some of the best dentistry experiences I’ve had, by far! Great cleaning, and great care as I still have some sensitivity with my gums and my Tmj muscles get sore during an apt. Doctor was great, so happy to have an awesome dentist office close to home!

My daughter absolutely LOVES coming to the dentist and has since she was 5yo. One day my appointment ran much longer than expected and her appointment was finished, the office staff kept her occupied to the point she didn’t ever come tell me she was bored or wanted to leave. As a matter of fact she wanted to stay longer!! They are VERY responsive and super kind! Completely recommend!!!

Negative experience: Dr. Presley and her staff are amazing. They are kind and really make it a personal experience and you are family. When my mother past, they sent a condolence card. Our teeth are strong, healthy and my family of 5 have great smiles thanks to them! UPdate in 2024 there has been a change, and they no longer have the same atmosphere. They have opted out of accepting all insurances in network and the cost is now ludicrous. We asked if there were changes and they said no but failed to inform us that within the last 6 months since our previous visit, they were no longer in network, and this was done on purpose, so they can charge more. Collection agency involved now states that it's my responsibility to know my insurance. I do. After 10 plus years WFD opted out and didn't tell anyone even when asked if there any changes. That is a BIG change. So beware and make sure you understand that you will be charged beyond the insurance allowed. In network, they have to write it off, out of network they bill you aggressively.

Fantastic experience: Came in today with excruciating tooth pain, that ended up being my wisdom tooth becoming infected. Within 2 hours, they had my tooth extracted, meds called in, and a care plan created for me all as a first time client upon a walk-in. I am astounded by that alone. Everybody was so friendly and compassionate, the music was fantastic, and the actual service was impressive. I didn’t feel any of the numbing injections, and really felt listened to talking with the staff. I have slight anxiety dealing with dentists, but they helped so much with that today. Thank you for everything this morning, y’all! Update: Anxiety got the best of me, and they have let me come in twice now just for checkups and some peace of mind. I am so grateful for their compassion and kindness throughout this all.

Fantastic experience: Such a great experience! It was my first visit, and the staff were very friendly and thorough. From front desk, to the assistant who did my imaging, to Luella who did my cleaning. Then of course the doc and her faithful sidekick Koto the dog! I dont have dental anxiety, but I can see how Koto would make anyone feel comfortable and relaxed. You could tell the staff were happy and enjoying each other and their jobs, and that makes a better experience for the patients. I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend! (Plus a bonus visit from another patient's dog, Smoky!) Fantastic experience: Amazing staff always friendly when I walk in and also communicates well with scheduling and procedures. The pricing is fair and if you do plan on making multiple appointments. Their own office program helps a lot with prices.

Fantastic experience: I never felt so comfortable going to the dentist, a month ago I started to have issues with my 2 front teeth as I Google to find a dentist to take me in serval denied me kept calling in Keller and a miracle happened just as I was giving up I found Watauga Family Dentistry on Google called them up and explained my pain and they took me in right away they made me feel like part of their family. Maryam Qureshi is amazing and the staff welcome you with smiles. Never felt this way before. Thank you so much for bringing my smile back

Fantastic experience: We just left. My 4 year old needed a tooth extracted. The whole team was AMAZING. From helping with a payment plan to turning a kid movie on in his room so he would relax. When it got time to give him the numbing shot and he started saying ow through the tools, his little hand popped up. I was about to jump over there to hold it but Deja (might be spelling the name wrong) grabbed it immediately and started calming him. The dentist was also just incredible with him. We just moved here and this is the only place I want taking care of my family. Thank you guys SO MUCH.
