Positive experience: My experieces with my daughter and grandkids was good. No long waiting amd they are very kid friendly

Negative experience: The dentist is the worst. He will have his staff come to you saying you have to pay more out of pocket even when your insurance covers what you need done. They turned me away the first time saying I had to pay for spacers when he did not have me pay for one the first time I went to him. This second time he and his staff tried to upcharge me by 600 dollars when my insurance covered the procedure needed. After removing my 2 wisdom teeth he did not send the prescription of Antibiotics or pain medication to my pharmacy. Speak up if you know your insurance coverage. DO NOT let him take advantage of you. I called and requested my medication and was given attitude for wanting what is mine. Terrible service from this so called dentist. I will be informing the better business after he relocated to his new facility.

Negative experience: Avoid this location at all costs. Patients health comes second to money. My husband called earlier today to see if he could get his x-rays (from May) because he is currently in excruciating pain from his wisdom teeth. They refused to give it to him until he paid $150.00. Keep in mind, he is still going to have to get another set of x-rays at his emergency appointment today. This was the exact reason why he did not continue treatment here, they are very sketchy about their prices. Very disappointing. Safe to say we won’t ever consider Brident again. Edit: Please don’t answer with the obvious, as I stated, these were X-Rays from MAY, May, he had obviously already payed, he simply wanted them transferred to his new dentist. But thank you for showing the ignorance that I had pointed out.

Negative experience: Took my infant in, they got me in pretty quick. Doctor saw him for maybe 60 seconds, but was -I felt like- pretty aggressive with him. I was asked by my insurance to make an appointment for a regular check up- so I did. They said I didn’t need to in the office. I will be looking for a new dentist, this office looked…. Dirty. At least they got me in pretty quick though!

Positive experience: I came twice to my appointment, the first time I wasn't told I needed a dr release form to see seen until I pulled up day of my appointment and since I was 40 mins away it was frustrating which was also on a Saturday. I decided to return the following week with my daughter as she was getting an orthodontist quote , we arrived at 1145am and by 2pm still weren't seen so we left to grab lunch, the Gúera ( light skinned girl at front desk was very kind and respectful but the wait was insane! i returned at almost 4pm because I had already been ( half seen ) i had started visit and xray done so decided to finish treatment. Basically took ALL DAY to be seen and treated Got home almost at 6pm

Positive experience: Lack of detail explanation. 8am appointment turned into 8:15am appointment

Negative experience: Everything seemed great at first, however once I decided to get a second opinion because some of the pricing didn't seem correct all chaos broke loose and it showed me what type of company they are. Even though they claimed to have sent over all my x-ray pictures to this other company it took not only myself but the other company to assist with getting those transferred over. When I get to my appointment with this second opinion they inform me this company BRIDENT had only sent over 4 pictures none of which were the teeth that I had issues with. Back and forthing with them and the insurance company was damn near impossible. In the long run be careful who you get your examinations from because now I am screwed for the next 4 years on x-rays I thought were properly taken and they refuse to work with the insurance company to be able to revoke said crappy pictures. Irritated now I get to pay out of pocket for pictures that are actually worth a damn.

Fantastic experience: Personally, I have had horrible experiences at the dentist to where I don’t go anymore, so I was super nervous looking for a dentist for my infant daughter. This Brident location has been nothing short of amazing. She had her first appointment at 8-9 months old and the staff was super gentle and friendly with her. She just had her second checkup and again, I was very impressed with them. Who knows, maybe I’ll schedule myself an appointment!

Negative experience: No pierdan su tiempo aquí, no voy a escribir esto en español pero traduzcan esto de abajo. No traigan a sus hijos aquí con este dentista. I took my daughter to this clinic for a long time, trusting their expertise. However, when I finally switched her to a different dentist, they found multiple cavities and other dental issues that had been completely overlooked. If I had been made aware of these problems earlier, we could have taken care of them and avoided years of neglect disguised as “care.” I always thought it was strange how her check-ups, which barely lasted 10 minutes, somehow gave them enough confidence to say everything was fine. And by “them” I mean the dentist, the staff is wonderful. On top of the poor care, the dentist wasn’t kid-friendly at all. I’m not someone with unrealistically high standards—I just expect professionals to do the basics, and I’m satisfied. The last time we went, my daughter started crying, and instead of being patient or supportive, the dentist left the room and said he wouldn’t come back until she calmed down. He returned 40 minutes later. On multiple visits, he told her she was “too big to cry” and kept asking me how old she was, acting like her reaction was unreasonable. He was rough, dismissive, and lacked basic empathy toward a child.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time. All they want to do is hustle you for money, want you to do things that you don't need. Like root canals, 3 to be exact. All I wanted was to have a problem tooth pulled. Female dentist pretty much did not want to take no for an answer on root canals. She got hostile at times. Was gonna walk out until male dentist did what I ask, pulled the tooth. Staff was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend. Stay away!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency on Friday morning and by 2:00 my emergency was no more. brighten’s dentists and staff fixed it and it was able to “function” over the weekend. They are all super professional and accommodating. I am very grateful - I must also mention that the cost was not even half of what I imagined. Very affordable. But, don’t tell them this!

Fantastic experience: This office was amazing! Everyone was friendly and caring. The doctor was so calm and took extra time to explain everything on my X-Ray. It felt warm and welcoming!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience, the dentist was informative but that’s pretty much it, when it was time for my cleaning he rushed into the room right away and put me though an excruciating experience, my gums were cut in multiple areas to the point where if I open my mouth you could see the cuts and he trimmed too much off my front teeth which are now extremely sensitive, every time I breath in through my mouth or take a sip of water I feel a very sharp pain, thanks for absolutely nothing, I’m going to have to visit another dentist now and have them check and hopefully fix the mess you made.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero I would have , The staff from this clinic were really unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing , I had a terrible experience They were rude and had a poor bedside manner , one way of communication even their supervisor Kathleen were arguing and yelling and they did stand corrected because I was right when the dentist mentioned that whenever the case is ready I can have it without bringing my granny , it’s a very long story and horrible and I’m really so frustrated I already report everything and file a complaint to the insurance and I will report to the Texas state board of dental since 3 months how they were terrible with the follow up and treatment even they never were honest and reliable of giving the right time whenever the case is ready or never had any updates about the tracking of shipping process for case denture arrival , they were not able to handle when the dentist left for an emergency thay told me in very rude way and disrespectful that I have to wait till the dentist responds to them next week, next month that’s what they told me I have to keep requesting and insisting for them to get in touch with the dentist and luckily he responded and I was right and they get furious because they stand corrected , I have all the phone call recorded , every time I was talking to them showed how they extremely so bad and unprofessional, i did have a record when she insults me and kept telling me that im very rude and curse in Spanish and how they ignore me while I’m talking and when I was leaving the clinic she was yelling at me I have all of that recorded and I did mention to them that I’m recording but they don’t want to listen to me , I don’t recommend to go to this clinic at all , you will be pissed of and very disappointed , I know how much I was so cool , nice , polite very professional and listening but they never were .

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would’ve . I came in 3 weeks ago for general dental appointment was told i qualified for the free exam and x-rays for ortho. I waited twice for my two appointments, I’ve felt like the doctor for general wasn’t doing his job due to the fact he didn’t even looked at the x-rays just examined my teeth without any tools big red flag as for ortho the doctor was giving his opinion instead of the actual outcome I felt like he kept telling what I wanted to hear so I could get started. I was quoted I was very confused I felt like I didn’t have a choice but to say yes, they just went ahead and placed the braces without me reading contract first, the lady from the front came over while I was in the chair getting the braces half way done to make me sign the document on the tablet. It all felt like a set up. When I came home ate two brackets came off almost ate them and when I called the office pressed #6 for after emergency it said their inbox was full I called so many times because the wire keep on poking my cheek and it hurt so bad not to mention the other side the bracket made my cheek a puncture every time I talked the bracket would get stuck to my cheek, and yet was told I needed to schedule an appointment because they are always busy. p.s(after a two weeks of suffering the part of the wire that was poking me came loose and I chocked on it while I was eating) I’ve call to cancel contact and was told the dr already used $1,000 for only 2 weeks and I could cancel contract but needed to pay the $1,000 for the braces which I only got the top teeth and installment that wasn’t even done properly also for the x-rays that was told that was free. This is just a scam to get y’all’s hard earning money. I asked for documentation that listed what all was being charged until today I’ve have not received anything.

My husband had some work done and his teeth look great no complaints and I am needing some work done on my teeth and they made me feel comfortable and safe I trust them 100% and can't wait to get my teeth fixed. 10/10 highly recommend

Negative experience: Wow took off work for 9 am appt. No staff arrived to open up til 9:05. Then to be told there receptionist doesn’t come in until 10:00 couldn’t be seen til 10:00. She said wasn’t authorized to set up new patient to verify insurance. I called this appt days ago gave all my insurance information. That should have already been verified. Walked out said if this how this practice is ran couldn’t very well feel good about service provided. Get it together. Lost hours of work my commute is 45 min what a wasted morning and loss of pay.

Fantastic experience: Can wait for three more weeks when I can afford the down payment. This dentist was more concerned about what I actually needed. Not the $43,000 procedure the dentist I went to last week wanted. Now I'm gonna have the teeth I want for just $2300. I'm so happy to find a dentist that cares about the patients and not the money.

Negative experience: Received charges from insurance company for sons. They charged for services that never happened. Went to submit complaint to BBB and found Brident is not accredited. So why would insurance companies send us there? $700 (per child) after insurance to look at teeth, take xrays, and have dentist look at teeth??? Not a place we picked. 0/5. Filing complaints with their grievance department, BBB, and AG. Not sure what else can actually be done, since TX sides with business over people every time.

Negative experience: Horrible experience here. First of all when you walk in it smells horrible!!! We had our consultation with insurance that covers part the procedure. We were told our insurance didn’t cover it & quoted OVER $7000!!!!! When she told me my insurance didn’t cover any of the procedure I questioned her because I know it does. I feel as if they were trying to get over and possibly pocket some money. Needless to say I went to a different company much cleaner and didn’t smell and with my insurance verified my Out of Pocket was less than half of what they wanted… stay away!

Negative experience: Gave one star because we were directed to corporate to set up the appointment, advised we had medicare and medicaid. We were set up with this location and on the day of, they turned us away because they didn’t take medicaid at that location and rather than helping schedule a new appointment at the new location, sent an email with the address.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff and visit was quick! We did eval and braces and were very impressed with the great service!

Negative experience: My appointment was at 8 o’clock and its was Closed. Very unprofessional staff, very ratcheted employees. We do not recommend this clinic at all.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 11:00 and they didn’t call me back until 12:50 . They took X-rays and placed me in a room I came in for a deep cleaning which never took place because the dentist was in and out of the room and never got started. So at 2:00 I got up and left they are very unprofessional.

Negative experience: I was scheduled for an appointment which I showed up and were closed. Then they rescheduled for another date to find out by staff I wasn’t scheduled for a visit. Terrible staff coordination. Double and triple check before you go.

Negative experience: Me pusieron brackets, durante un año lo único que me hacían era cambiarme las ligas, no cambiaban nisiquiera el alambre hasta que les dije Cada que iba había un doctor diferente y todos me decían que se tenia que hacer algo diferente en mi proceso, nunca me terminaron de quedar bien los dientes, deje de ir y nisiquiera me hablaron para saber porque (ya habia terminado de pagar, yo creo por eso) Mejor fui a México a que me los quitaran y arreglaran.

Negative experience: I'd give a half star but I can't. I can't seem to get anyone to call me back. It's been a year since my bridge was made but when I call to find out any information I'm told a manager will call me back. A yeay later no manager call. I've spoken to office personal who don't know how charges, I've spoken to customer service department and they don't know and tell me they will have the office manager call me from this location. Umm still NO CALL BACK!!! What does a person need to do come in and loose a day of work to get anyone to give me answers.

Negative experience: Went to make an appointment for an orthopedic dentist. Apparently they send you to a call center in California to make the appointment when we arrived they scheduled us for a regular checkup not with an orthopedic dentist. Complete waste of my very limited time I wouldn't go to another location of brident even if they had an orthopedic dentist.

Negative experience: They will try to get you to pay for treatment you don't need to get as much money as possible. When you find a new dentist and request medical records they will ignore you until you physically enter their office and then they will tell you they no longer have access to your records. Most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with. Support a local practice. Not this corporate chain garbage.

Negative experience: Fellow veterans, stay away. I have used this dentist office for 2 years with okay/bare minimum results. The check-ups were fine but cleaning were trash. They now asked me to pay for un-required procedure that is not necessary. I will take my business to anyone else.
