Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Keller and did not have a local dentist. Dr Biedermann’s staff got me in quickly because I was having pain in my jaw. Imaging was extensive. Dr Gina was thorough in diagnosing the problem. She referred my to a nearby endodontist for a root canal. I have an appointment in a few days. I’ll return to Dr Gina after that for a cleaning and other maintenance treatments.

I have been a patient for over 7 years and have always received the high level of care I expect. Just had my semiannual checkup. Procedure done thoroughly. New scan feature provides a clear image of teeth/gums. Comments from previous review still appropriate - and perhaps even more so (if that were possible)! … Just had some fairly major work done. Cancer treatments had side effect of generating acid that caused tooth decay under a crown. Dr Biedermann and Erika worked diligently to provide an effective solution. Previous comments still apply. Thank you, again, Dr Biedermann.

Negative experience: Crowns are only warranted for a year. The crown installed at this office lasted maybe 2 years. I have crowns that have lasted 20. Buyer beware.

Fantastic experience: Night Lase- For years, my snoring has grown louder and more disruptive, leaving me exhausted and craving afternoon naps. My wife often nudged me awake to roll over, and neither of us could sleep past 4 a.m. As a long-time patient of Dr. Biedermann, I’ve always admired her enthusiasm for cutting-edge dental technologies. In August 2025, she introduced me to an innovative laser treatment designed to eliminate snoring, enhance sleep quality, and restore restful nights for both my wife and me. After completing the three-treatment protocol, I can confidently say it works! After the first session, I was skeptical but noticed clearer breathing. Remarkably, for the next 30 days, my wife reported no snoring at all. Following the second treatment, I began recalling dreams—a rarity for me in recent years. Now, after the final treatment, my breathing is noticeably easier, and my snoring is significantly reduced. About the Procedure The treatment is straightforward, taking about an hour with minimal discomfort (pain level 3 or less on a 1-10 scale). Though the term "laser" might sound intimidating, the technology is impressive. It activates collagen in the mouth to gently shrink the tongue and tighten surrounding tissue. Fantastic experience: Could not have been better. I went to Dr Biedermann for a second opinion. Unfortunately I need to have all my teeth pulled. I already knew this going to my appointment. Dr Biedermann answered all my questions. Gave me options for a course of treatment. And most of all, she made me feel comfortable like I was already her patient. The cost of my treatment is quite expensive so I will be going out of the country for the procedure. But she will be my go to dentist for any dental cleanings in the future.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had the worst experience of my life with this office and will never go back. I have made sure to warn other people not to come here and will continue doing so. I went in for a cavity that turned into a crown. According to the office, I needed multiple crowns, Which I’ve been told is untrue from Dentists since then. They lied to me about one of the charges completely. During a filling, Dr. Beiderman made a whole speech about how she doesn’t charge for pulp caps if insurance doesn’t cover them because you can’t do a filling without them, low and behold, I had a separate charge that I got to pay out-of-pocket for a pulp cap after my filling. When I specifically called and spoke with billing, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and confirmed that they definitely did charge for that. Most of my appointments there took HOURS, presumably because she was seeing other people. Similar appointments with other dentist have taken less than an hour. When it came time for the crown, they put one on that completely did not fit and had me leave their office, unable to even close my mouth without completely biting my cheek. I could not chew regularly or talk normal and I kept being told that it was just “swelling”. I ended up having to pay another dentist to have to redo everything - which insurance didn’t cover at all because it had not been five years. Don’t go here. Unfortunately, this was not a one off, my mom tried the office around the same time and is currently having another dentist fix everything that Dr. Beidermann messed up. It has been an expensive and painful process for both of us.

Positive experience: Friendly but my crowns are misaligned. Not drastically, but noticeable. Was told my alignment shifted though I noticed the issue first day and was told to let everything settle. 2 months later they look same but now it is my bite that shifted? Nope.

I had a routine cleaning appt but was wayyy overdue and very anxious, knowing that I would need some extensive treatment. They made me feel at ease from the time I walked in. The receptionist was very pleasant during the check in process. I was only in the waiting room for 10 minutes, if that. The dental hygienist took me back, listened to all of my concerns and was very empathetic to my dental anxiety. She was also very gentle during my cleaning. After my cleaning, Gina, herself, took me into a room and discussed all of the treatment options that were available to me. She understood the pressure that is now put on me to decide how to proceed. She gave me hope of restoring my teeth. I 1000% recommend her and her team! Make an appointment.
