Fantastic experience: An office for real people, who want an honest, conservative dentist and the best hygiene technology. Willie made me feel so comfortable, air polishing made my teeth feel cleaner than they have ever felt and they used a laser as a prevention for gum disease. Dr. Lombardi felt like an old friend and did not jump to tell me I must have an old restoration replaced but rather eventually I would have to but we’d hold off as long as we could since crowns can be expensive. Happy to be a patient now

I would give them an extra star if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Update 1/21/26 - Happy to get in quickly and find out root canal is in goid order. Disappointed to be dismissed at more natural remedies backed with a visit to my personal physician to be seen in only a few weeks. Only interested in referring me to a specialist for many "could" issues. And my final questions unable to be asked - dentist unavailable.

Fantastic experience: I’m always treated well when I show up for my appointments. Tina at the reception desk is my go to person for any issues I have with billing or anything else. She definitely should get a raise! I’ve periodically have had some billing issues when it’s sent to my insurance but overtime it’s been corrected. The office and employees overall are great!

Negative experience: There's no option of leaving zero stars , and this place deserve it! Their customer service is terrible and they offer no communication or empathy to their patients. And the front office is staff rude for no reason. Instead of working with or even explaining things they would rather lose patients.

Fantastic experience: This is such a great office! I was a new first time client in extreme pain. After calling my regular dental office and multiple others around me they all turned me down and gave me an appt for a week out or longer. We called here and they squeezed me into their busy day so I wouldn’t have to be in pain for Easter weekend! The front desk staff was so kind, funny, and amazing. The rest of the dental staff made me feel right at home and like we know each other forever! Dr. Lombardi is amazing! Extremely friendly, helpful, and took care of my tooth that very day! I’m so incredibly thankful for this office and the amazing staff!

Positive experience: The office was bright and cheery. The staff was very friendly, however, I was surprised that neither the hygienist or doctor introduced themselves. Especially since this was my first visit.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I waited almost 30 minutes before even being seen by the dental assistant. When the doctor finally examined me, I was informed that my extraction and bone graft would cost around $200. I agreed to the procedure and was numbed in preparation. Then, about 15 minutes later, a billing employee walked in, explaining that there was a “glitch” in the system and that the actual cost would now be $760, assuming my insurance didn’t cover it. Why wouldn’t they? My benefits had just reset, and I had already spent $2,000 at this office in the last quarter of 2024. At this point, I was left numbed up and completely frustrated. Changing the price so drastically after numbing me felt predatory and unprofessional. It’s as if they prefer to bill patients in full upfront (with no payment plans offered) and leave them to hope their insurance covers it later. To make matters worse, there was barely an apology. My dental assistant and Dr. Joy were kind. The dental assistant genuinely seemed surprised that the front desk hadn’t caught this “glitch” before giving me the initial estimate. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor experience. I won’t be returning. I’m tired of not knowing the actual cost of procedures until I’m sitting in the chair. Patients deserve transparency and respect, and sadly, this office failed to provide either.

Negative experience: I would never go there I was at that place for a hour and thirty minutes or more to get a tooth abstraction with a very low dose on numbing medicine cause my blood pressure I was in pain for more than 3 day and than in the exam the doctor hit the tooth with the handle of the tool (what do you expect my blood pressure to be) so he continued to try to pull the tooth anyway. I finally told him give me novacain I will press my luck after trying to pull the tooth a lot of times I had to tell him stop to give me a break didn't check my pressure at that moment or heart rate after novacain was given then he had to dig i mean dig a piece of the tooth he said was broken or he broke all the other staff great the dentist tall guy he sucks stay away I had other teeth pulled before at a different dentist office that visit was torture pulling a sore tooth will no novacain unheard of ridulous first and last time going there

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lombardi Dentistry since I was a kid and everyone there is truly amazing. There have been times where I had to reschedule my appointment last minute and they were very accommodating. I have also had to see many different dental hygienists because of my work schedule and all have been amazing to work with.

Fantastic experience: Although I came in as an unscheduled appointment when my crown came out, dr Lombardi suggested a permanent solution and was able to begin the treatment immediately.
