7 months ago Fantastic experience: Everybody needs a Savior Even the ones who think they don't We've got stuff we hide deep down inside There's so much that we don't show Yeah, it's just a wounded world we live in It's really not the way it's supposed to be But when you come across somebody who actually cares and helps you out and goes out of their way to get you the information that you need in order to make things easier on you so you can better yourself. She didn’t have to be so wonderful She could have been like the rest of the majority of the world and pretended like they listen, but really didn’t give a shit but no, she was definitely special and she had heart. That’s something that the world is missing anymore so when you find somebody who actually still has loving their heart for other people and wanted to genuinely help them out, that’s a blessing. A little bit of love and Compassion really does change a lot. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody, especially if you’re new to this if you have questions if you have issues with your confidence, the whole staff was wonderful to me so I give them beyond five stars they deserve it thank you ladies ❤️

7 months ago Negative experience: Very upset with the care I’ve gotten here. My teeth and my bite are still very messed up and the doctor basically says that’s all I can do for you. I got a second opinion and that doctor told me they wouldn’t have paid for them to halfway treat my teeth. Took off braces THEN scanned for retainers. Was told retainers would be here in a week MAX. called today which is very much over the week mark to be told they won’t be here til the 2 week mark.

8 months ago Negative experience: I walked in and just brushed my teeth and had tooth paste on my lips and must have been lucking it off unaware..the guy that called me back said something so I fast I didn't catch it..he said I had a attitude 3 times..I didn't that I knew of but I did say to the girl as I checked in I was tired when she ask how I was..I care for my husband 24/7 since he had a stroke just 3 months ago and I am tired. This guy kept telling me I had a attitude after I told him domt waste your time I'm gonna do dentures cause I can't afford to put thousands of dollars in my teeth since I've already had to spend lots of money taking care of my husband. If this is how Lombardis office greets his customers by saying they have attitudes ill never go back there and will take my money else where....I'll find a new dentist...

8 months ago Fantastic experience: The best experience yet that I’ve received at any dental office I’ve frequented. From the receptionist, to the assistants & very much so the dentist herself. Extremely welcoming, great attitudes, great customer service. I did feel heard, listened to & understood. I felt as if I frequented many times before. The feeling of my & my son’s welcoming is thus far unmatched! Thank you wholeheartedly. I truly appreciate the team as a whole. Such a job so gracefully, compassionately, wholesomely & carefully done. Thank you wholeheartedly!
