Fantastic experience: New patient here because the previous one moved but I am so glad I found this place. Everybody was very welcoming & kind the moment I walked in until I left. To reception, the dental hygienist & Dr. Mockunas. They explained everything so well, will definitely be recommending this place.

I was dealing with a severely infected, abscessed tooth that nearly cost me my life. I saw several doctors who kept postponing my care and wanted me to undergo surgery, leaving me feeling scared and stuck. After recently relocating to Illinois for work, I decided to do my own research and came across Pinnacle Dental Clinic. Finding Dr. Mockunas was a blessing. From the moment I walked in, she and her staff were kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The entire process was smooth, and they constantly checked on me to make sure I was okay. Fantastic experience: Amazing - booked my first visit via Zocdoc and was able to pick a time that worked for me came in got a cleaning and was able to set up a plan. I have a busy schedule so didn’t set the follow up but via Zocdoc scheduled the follow up and was able to leave a note for the follow up and gave them time to prep my crown in advance. Came back and wow another amazing experience with everyone the front desk explained what was going to take place came back and the assistant was very kind and further explained. When the doctor came it was like an amazing duo with them tag teaming up and vibing like the pros they are. It was quick and painless.. happy and ready to come and and recommend anyone looking for a friendly Experienced staff look no further.

Negative experience: I’m so disappointed in the new owners of Pinnacle Dental. I have recommended them for years, now I warn people away from them. I actually made a negative post months ago and was threatened that a bill that had been waived would be put back on my boyfriend’s account if I didn't take it down. Now that he is at a new dentist I will speak freely. They made up fees and “waived” fees at whim. When asked for x-rays for the new dentist he was given x-rays from 2 years ago instead of the ones paid for in April. They are dishonest and bully people into paying unnecessary fees. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Came in couple days ago to get my exam and xrays. Everything was explained to me so well. Today Dr. Justina Mockunas did a wisdom tooth extraction which I was so terrified of. It went by so fast and also painless, it made me even laugh at the end how scared I was and ended up not feeling a thing. Very friendly staff and overall just great experience! Highly recommend!

She will answer all of the questions that you may have and make you feel confident to go through the procedure. Once you sit down and get ready, Dr. Justina will come and make sure you're comfortable and know what's going on. They did such a great job. They numbed my teeth and made me question which part of the mouth are we working on because I could barely feel anything. I waited a day to see if there's any aftermath but surprisingly there was none. The service was GREAT!!!
