Negative experience: To say that this place is both unprofessional and incompetent would be the understatement of the year. Not only did I come to during the procedure with a nurse holding my head still while the dentist yanked my teeth out, but the damage they caused to my mouth was rather extreme. I was experiencing excruciating pain both from the ill fitting temporary set and the extraction process after the extraction sites should have been healed, as well as the staff continuously ignoring my concerns. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from an actual professional which was the best decision I had made. The damage caused by their extraction techniques was what was causing my pain. I had fractures through my entire jaw that required me to need a surgical procedure to remove the shattered part, and implants placed to hold my dentures in place. The company I went through to fix the damage was compassionate knowledgeable. They showed me where the permanent damage to my jaw was, explained that protocol for dentists is supposed to be to fix teeth first unless they absolutely can't, and explained that this could only happen from improper extraction techniques. Affordable dentures refused to refund my money, allowed a 3rd party to sign documents without my approval regarding the lack of willingness to compensate, refused to give the initial casting of my mouth which I more than paid for (I paid 100% upfront), and they refused to fix their mistakes at all even with physical proof from my X-rays through the other facility. If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. I am grateful for the company who fixed the damage. My biggest urge for anyone considering using a place like this is that you do your research, go to as many free consults you can, and understand that you are getting what you pay for. So if you pay minimum prices you will get minimum quality.

Fantastic experience: They don't mess around i needed a denture repair made appointment to be seen to determine if it could be repaired and they don't push selling you implants turns out my repair of installing a tooth I broke off AND a repairing a crack in the plate cost under $200 bucks no stress no mess no pressure to replace my set either! Needless to say when I'm in position for new set I know exactly where I'm going! Highly recommended and be wary when shopping around if your looking for a repair make sure where you decide to go repairs sets not made there. These guys were upfront with me kept it real and repaired my set made elsewhere! Tell them I sent ya. Everyone needs to go here!

She is so kind and personable and then she is just at the top of her level with the teeth. I feel blessed I found this place. If that wasn’t enough it was so cost effective. I had one implant done and two extractions and paid significantly less than what I did through my general dentist for my first implant. Fantastic experience: Update 9-2025 Decided to get a new upper plate as my old one doesn't fit and is painful to wear. Everyone at this office is very helpful and friendly. My fitting for the new denture went well and I can't wait to go in for the next step! I'll post an update when I receive my new denture and see how it fits and looks! Went in for a consultation to replace my existing denture and the staff was very nice and helpful. The options and costs were clearly explained to me and I feel confident about moving forward once I decide on which option to get.

Fantastic experience: I went to five dentists and all wanted to put All on Fours or Sixes. Cost between 28k all the way up to 60. Called Affordable and what peaked my interest was after describing my collapsed bite she said “ come in the doctor thinks outside the box”. I booked an appointment and everyone in this office are genuinely kind, talented and most importantly honest. Most dentist these days want an easy, profitable sale and don’t have half the skills this office has. Saved huge $ but most importantly found a practice that is incredibly talented. Do not think twice, book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very personable and professional service. Temporary denture fit well and adjustments were done with minimal discomfort. Dr. Joanna is very personable and exact. Her demeanor made the whole process easy. I would give the Shorewood office and staff six stars if it were possible.

Positive experience: I was not happy about my early morning appointment getting quite delayed. However, Dr. Basaya more than made up for the delay by spending significant time with me for the initial consultation. She was extremely thorough in her review of the x rays, in explaining options available for my treatment and in going through the fairly lengthy process and timeline. Her explanation was complete, easy to understand and very patiently delivered.

Fantastic experience: I wanted a new full set of dentures because my previous set was old n had teeth coming loose. I was fitted for a new set and returned a week later to get new set. My experience there was professional and I was initially satisfied. It’s too early to give final results but I returned to get them adjusted for bottom set and was taken care of that same day. I was aware that some adjustments may b needed. So far so good

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t like to go see the dentist & I always feel like I’m just another number when I do. This experience was the COMPLETE opposite. The dr was extremely kind and explained everything to me very well. She even made my daughter feel at home while waiting. The lady who took me back and prepped me was also very kind! She explained everything to me in detail regarding the comfort, size, fit, price, ect. Wait time was very minimal. As soon as I completed my new patient paperwork I was called to the back 2 minutes later to do X-rays. This is honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. She even asked if I would prefer additional medication prior to surgery, because she seen I was on anxiety medication. I was also informed of a Facebook group where patients shared reviews, support, and stories with each other. I just felt extremely supported and comfortable during my visit & I can’t wait until my procedure. Highly recommend!
