Negative experience: My brother and I went to Dr. Morgan as kids. I’m 26 now and STILL scared of the dentist! This guy traumatized us. All of the kids are held in the back like cattle in a pin, watching all the other kids getting drilled on, screaming and crying for their parents. No parents are allowed back there. I will never forget the evil man that was Dr. Morgan.

Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for about 8 years. They are the best dentist office we know. My daughter has downs and her teeth are complicated and Dr Rob Morgan has done a fabulous job with her teeth and also keeping her comfortable. Due to the pandemic they have the kids go to the back by themselves and this year was my first time letting my son go back there without me, mid way I felt uncomfortable and the nurse let me go back there and see him. Super understanding and just a very nice office, super recommend this office to anyone. 06/08/2022 We met with Dr Ramirez and he was new to us considering we have been coming here for a long time and this doctor was totally amazing. I have a special needs daughter and she loved him as did we all. My son too. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr. Masha Sapozhnikov is truly exceptional. This was my son’s second time receiving extensive dental work from her, and once again, she exceeded all expectations. After she changed offices, I made sure to track her down with the help of Carolyn Lafferty, who previously worked with her. It was important to me that my son continue his care with Dr. Sapozhnikov because of the trust and confidence we have in her. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and compassionate. My son told me he didn’t even feel his tooth being pulled. He described it as feeling like a suction cup or a magnet lifting his tooth. That alone speaks volumes about her skill and approach with children. Although her office does not accept my insurance and I pay out of pocket, it is absolutely worth it. I will continue to do so because my son deserves the best care possible, and that is exactly what Dr. Sapozhnikov provides. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a dentist who truly cares and delivers outstanding results.

Unprofessional and filthy. I found Dr. Morgan, and never left. Nevertheless I bought my home 40 miles away, it's worth the trip. James and Messiah loves it and I do too. We have been patients here since the boys were in elementary they are now high schoolers. At this office you're treated like a family. Thanks Dr. Morgan and the staff, God blessings. Fantastic experience: Dr. Morgan and his team went above and beyond for my daughter. Because of her condition, her dental work had to be done at Children’s Hospital. On the day of her procedure, anesthesia was delayed because we accidentally gave her some milk before coming in. Despite the delay, Dr. Morgan was so patient and accommodating he stayed, rearranged his own schedule, and made sure everything was completed the same day. It’s rare to find healthcare professionals who truly care for their patients the way he does. You can see he doesn’t do it for any reason other than to help people. His dedication has changed my perspective, and I’m so grateful for the compassion and commitment he showed to my daughter and our family. We need more people like Dr. Morgan in healthcare.

Fantastic experience: "we may not have a million dollar facility, but our staff is!" -- Dr. Morgan told that to me the first time I brought my son to his clinic and it is so true! My son has extreme dental anxiety, autism, is non speaking and g-tube reliant, so he's not an easy patient. It is tough to find the right dental care for him. Dr. Morgan and his staff have been phenomenal. They are sensitive, skilled, and thoughtful. Able to clean my son's teeth without excessive stress. He leaves with a smile every time. Well worth the drive across town!!

I get a lot of notification reminders and some are not so nice. The waiting room has a lot less space to wait and is hot, stuffy and has a strong perfume smell that gave me a headache

We have been here twice now, the first time was hard but the people here were so patient and kind. Dr Ramirez is her doctor and will continue to see him because he connects with our daughter well and makes her comfortable. They also seemed to be incredibly kind and accommodating to neurodivergent kids. Overall highly recommend. We also sincerely appreciate the after hours help and availability, it makes a huge difference when your baby chips their first tooth.

Fantastic experience: I have never received service like this in my life! Everyone from the front office crew to the dental professionals (including the Dentist!) showed exceptional care and patience with my three kids (ages 5,3,3). We ranged from overly excited to super nervous first time patient. The staff were adaptive on both ends and went out of their way to make my kids feel comfortable. One of my kiddos didn’t make it all the way through the exam, but not for any fault of the incredible staff there. She simply put up her boundaries and they were respected! I’m so proud of my kids and thankful for this practice.

My kids have past dental trauma, so finding a doctor who actually cares about kids and not just money is so refreshing. We felt cared for, supported and at home while at their office. All of my children have come here since the day they were born and he has taken very good care of them, his whole staff love them to pieces.

Positive experience: Though the wait was a little long & with consideration for this being a pediatric dental office, the waiting areas were very chaotic, however the experience with Dr. Morgan was phenomenal...he was very thorough in the explanation of services needed for my toddler. The dental assistants were also very warm and welcoming. The male x-ray tech was blatantly rude.. He entered the room where we were waiting and did not acknowledge us at all, during my child's x-ray he didn't say a word & only adjusted my child as needed to complete the process. Luckily my baby does well at the dentist overall a decent experience with the exception of the x-ray tech.

Negative experience: Went here to bring my girls since my sister recommended. But I have had not a positive experience at this location. First let me start with the positive about the visit, my girls actually said they liked their visit. That is the only nice thing I will say cause that's what they told me when I asked them. Now for the cons, i wasn't given the opportunity to go with them in the back so idk what was done exactly but I would see how other parents would be allowed to go in the back with their kids. I asked more than once and still it was a no, and I really don't feel comfortable with that. Then the girls come out, they tell me everything that they will need and that they will get scheduled for a surgical procedure cause they needed extensive work. I was cool with it but I never heard back so I'd call and would leave a voicemail and I called and they said they will have their scheduler and bills person reach back out so we can get an idea of how much it would be and when but this dragged out for weeks! Well they never did get my girls scheduled for nothing. Once they realize that our dental coverage somehow covered like nothing it seems even though it was a basic check up, that's what they reach out about. Only the billing. They said they would email be a bill and never did that come either. Never will I go there again. If you read this, send me an itemized bill to my email so I can verify it's a correct bill cause owing like almost four hundred bucks for a basic dental visit that should be covered under insurance besides a copay seems like something is not right so I need to see it!

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter,Cassie had her first appointment here this morning. The staff and the doctor were amazing! We have tried 2 other dentist who could not get the proper x-rays to diagnose and come up with a treatment plan. Cassie is autistic and it's hard for her to focus on tasks sometimes and sit still. Dr. Ramirez and Sharonda(and the rest of the staff who pitched in) swooped right in and got it done the FIRST time! I am so grateful that they understood what my baby needed,got it done and kept her comfortable! I literally broke down in tears on the way home! I'd been stressing because I automatically assumed that they would have to sedate her,just to get good x-rays and do her cleaning,since that was what the last dentist said. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all Cassie needed was the right team,who actually cared to give her the gentle and effective treatment that she needed. They diagnosed her and gave her the 3 fillings that she needed right then and there! We are beyond pleased and would definitely recommend this wonderful place to any and everyone who is in the need of a stellar pediatric dentist,who cater to special needs kiddos,too! 5 stars doesn't seem sufficient! They are truly the BEST at what they do! The Philo family thanks you guys! We are forever grateful!❤

My teenage Autistic son had a very traumatic experience with a dentist when he was younger which causes him to have high anxiety around any type of professional. Not only did they show compassion, they went to great lengths to ease his mind. It has taken me YEARS to find a business willing and capable of handling my son's special circumstances!! Each dental professional takes time to ask what her routine is and if I have any questions/concerns. Each employee we have interacted with was kind, professional, and friendly. Everyone seems to really have a way with children. They are very organized and timely. We have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. They have a small activity room for children who are waiting and tvs in the ceiling to distract them while "in the chair". We love Dr. Morgan!

Negative experience: Very disappointed that I was not I have a fee due which I was not prepared for before approving any procedures. I was told after the fact and was extremely upset. Will no longer be recommending this dentist office.

From the time Dr. Morgan came in and reassured me that he has done this same procedure tens of thousands of times and everything would be ok. I felt better, everyone that came in to see Eli was amazing and so understanding. I felt embarrassed about my sons teeth and not once was I made to feel bad about it. It was an amazing experience overall. Procedure was done very fast and his teeth look beautiful! Thank you so much for all the hard work that you and your team do. We truly appreciate you.

Negative experience: My children are not fighters and screamers and this last visit was just a usual cleaning routine they had all new personnel my children were screaming and fighting also the imaging technician girl was holding shut My daughters mouth with her hand forcefully that she left markings under her chin. I really love this place I have been coming here for five years but this last visit really disappointing me.

Negative experience: He is the absolute worst orthodontist to ever exist. Too old to be practicing! He kept me in my braces for 5 years & never fixed the root cause of why I needed them in the first place! He never mentioned my tongue thrust and I know have to invest in Invisalign as an adult! Just absolutely money hungry! I could’ve ended up with root resorption but of course he didn’t care!
