Positive experience: My kids have been coming here for years and love it! They have some time to play before their appointment and get a new toothbrush and toy every time as well. Only downside is the kids going to the back without adult supervision. Took me sometime to get use too but I always ask them to bring the monitor up so I can watch them from the cameras.

Fantastic experience: Dentist and staff are professional, knowledgeable and patient. I also appreciate that they have discounts for self-pay clients! One note, (that may or may not cause concern) parents are not allowed in the treatment areas. Parents are however permitted in the two eval rooms to discuss xrays and treatment plans.

Nursery Rd. suite number 170 Irving Texas with the ZIP Code of 75060 when I came in, I was impressed regarding on how well they gave me guidance. They gave me a tour of their facility. They let me get introduced by the staff and the doctors. My children were very happy. They came and I was too mothers. If you have children please do not hesitate to come and visit this Dental Your kids will enjoy and they take very good care of their patients so please enjoy and let your children enjoy heaven Dental to take care of them

Fantastic experience: My kids are 4 and 6 and first time visit ever to the dentist, I wanted them to have a good first time experience. They loved it, the front desk was very friendly and gave me a tour, explained the process, showed me the rooms for exams, treatments. The kids were playing and exploring the front. They are also open late which helped since I work and not free until later in the evenings. The kids had their exam, treatment, and even were happy since they got a toy and toothbrush. They were really good in treating the kids and know how to be with kids so the kids listened and followed instructions. Loved this place, 10 out of 10. Great experience, place and good for a dentist visit. Will be coming here for all future appointments

Positive experience: I scheduled the earliest available appointment hoping for an efficient visit, but unfortunately everything took much longer than expected. The registration process was slow, and despite having specifically booked with Dr. Ashraf based on a referral, I was unexpectedly seen by Dr. Patel without any prior notice. While he was kind and professional—as were all the staff I interacted with—I had rearranged my schedule to see Dr. Ashraf, so the change was disappointing. After waiting nearly 1.5 hours, I chose to leave without a cleaning. My wife had a similar experience, spending over 2 hours at her visit. While the staff is friendly and the Jurassic Park theme adds a fun touch, the excessive wait times aren’t something we can overlook, and we won’t be returning. Good for kids. *Update* Dr. Ashraf personally reached out after my visit and was genuinely interested in understanding the situation and improving the experience. I appreciate when people take the time to follow up and make an effort to address concerns. Things happen, and being proactive about fixing them makes a huge difference. Because of this, I’m willing to give them another chance.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is amazing, it has a lot of fun games to keep the kids entertained. The girls in the front are very nice and helpful and my 5yr finally let Dr. Garza do his cleaning in the back with no problem. We were very proud and he loves coming here.

Negative experience: Please listen to the past bad reviews of this place! My father needed a deep clean and the dentist told him They were able to do it in one go to eliminate all the " Plaque ", and at that time we weren't inform that a deep clean actually took more visits to get all the plaque removed instead of having doing it in one day , after they finished I noticed that the “dentist” didn’t even do anything? There wasn’t a slight difference in the amount of plaque they removed, to make things worse we went to another different dentist and got told that my dad needed a deep clean and i was shocked, because that meant the dentist from here didn’t do the deep clean! I had 3 cavities done with fillings and their sealing from this place and went they were done I looked at my back molars from the mirror and there was hardly any sealing done!!? I went to another different dentist and got my sealing for my molars and I was able to see the amount of sealing and filling they put on my molars. My last reason is that they don’t even allow parents to see their children and I think I know the reason why, is so that you don’t see them working on their teeth and seeing on how they do their job. Yes, this place has nice waiting room, but the dentists here don’t do a good job, honestly just scammers, and should have someone observe their work and make sure they do their job right or have their license taken!

Fantastic experience: Super solid clinic, my son is 7 & was super nervous about going to the dentist. Not only did the clinic have games to entertain him but they also helped make him feel very comfortable during his visit. In and out in about 1 hour. The clinic was able to do his cleaning & fill his cavities! My boy left with a smile & some toys. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a fantastic experience at Aventura Dental and Orthodontics ! The whole team is friendly and genuinely cares about each patient’s journey. The Doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to customize a treatment plan that works best for you. I’ve always felt comfortable and informed throughout my braces journey, and the progress has been amazing. The office is also very organized, and scheduling appointments is super easy. I couldn’t be happier with my smile, and I owe it all to my Orthodontist and it’s team!

Negative experience: I absolutely would not recommend this place. Dr Patel is a joke. He first tells me that he is the type of doctor who doesn’t mind if parents want to be in the room with their children. But than the next day , they weren’t letting me there with my 6 year old son while they check for any cavities etc. Like are you serious? We are living in nasty times where is mandatory that we are with are children to protect them . He was so against having me in the back while having my 6 year old there and for me that’s a RED FLAG and I rather walk away.

Negative experience: BEWARE, just because your kids will find this place amazing, doesn't mean it is. The dentist ✨️, tried to tell my daughter she should want a dinosaur and told my son he should want a princess when they wanted the opposite. Sir, if you're following a certain agenda that does NOT give you the right to push it on others, specially small children! My kids been coming here since birth but trying to confuse my kids with such foolery, I will not allow my kids to be a part of that!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Garza and his assistants were so fantastic. I had a great experience there. He was very thorough with explanations, if I didn’t understand something he would explain it to me in a different way, he made me feel safe and comfortable - which is very important to me since I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in the past. Also he made sure I wasn’t in too much pain during my whole treatment! As an adult, I absolutely hate going to the dentist but this was not the case this time. I think Dr Garza is amazing and would recommend him to all. The only negative experience was waiting for the insurance to be cleared which took almost 45 minutes but that wasn’t really anyone’s fault at dental office - insurance usually is cleared the night before an appointment but at some offices they do it the day of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my daughters since my oldest was 3yrs. The Doctors, Assistants and front staff are always so kind. I actually drive from Grand Prairie, I think that says a lot.

I was able to print and prefill all of the paperwork because it was all available online, and my appointment was on time. Dr. Ashraf and Dr.Garza was comprehensive and willing to go over choices and deadlines for fixing any concerns as well as potential future difficulties.

Fantastic experience: Aventura dental located on Nursery their staff in the front are AMAZING. The girl that checks in the patients by greeting them and smiling makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The wait is no longer than 10 minutes to get started with X-rays. The doctors are VERY thorough when explaining my dental treatment to where I am able to understand the reason the service is needed. If you are looking for an office THIS IS THE OFFICE YOU HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR .

For the past months ive been having trouble witht he insurance side but they have been very Patience and helpful. Above and beyond to try to help me out. Clean and fun place!

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my 3 children here for years and recently moved an hour and a half away. I would rather drive that distance then have any other dentist even touch my kids. They put the kids needs first and foremost. The staff are always kind and welcoming and above all else they are honest with you on what is needed and their capabilities. My daughter needed work done by a specialist and they went out of their way to help me make a same day appointment as well as confirmed this place carried my insurance.

Our Dental professional -GARZA is amazingly patient with my 4 yr old son and it really helps ease the uneasiness of knowing how my little one is about to give “them a run for their money”! Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency and Dr Omar and his team not only welcomed me immediately but were amazingly efficient in taking images and addressing the issue. To my surprise, I left with toys for my grandkids and a quick exit to be with my family here. I wish when I was a kid, I’d be here for my dental care! Fun, clean and family friendly place.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best for young kids! You have all the fun decorations on the walls and it actually makes it fun for kids! And while you wait you got arcade games to keep them busy this is an amazing dentist for any kids! Which even let's them get a new toothbrush and a little toy! 5 star!!!

Fantastic experience: The office is pretty cool, gets the kids distracted while waiting to be called back. Dr. Gilani is very educational when explaining the treatment for the children. Has a load of patience and interacts with them like he has already met them before!!! AMAZING DOCTORS IN YHIS OFFICE. They are also open every other Saturday if you can’t come in during the week- their office is available with appointments as soon as tomorrow which is way sooner than waiting a week or two to be seen at another office!! Fantastic experience: From arriving to leaving the doctors and staff were super nice, detailed and professional. My kids had an easy and smooth experience and it was a plus by having games and a theater for the kids. I loved the fact that they allow the kids to go to the back on their own and parents just watch them through a tablet allows the kids to understand the need to get treated without having the parents next to them. Overall I loved it and highly recommend this dental office for your little ones/teens.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for 5 years, the doctors are nice. My kids use to be terrified of the dentist now they enjoy coming as long as it’s this dentist office. My daughter had a tooth emergency and they saw her right away and fixed the issue. Highly recommended this dentist office!

Negative experience: BIG WASTE OF TIME: This place has lots games and fun things to do in the waiting area. The staff seems incompetent. We went in for a appointment things were nice. When it came time to turn things over to the insurance they never did. I called after about 6 weeks. They said they had to get rid of some of the staff. She said they would turn in. 3 weeks latter I find out she never did. If they didn't want to do the work they should have just said so.

Fantastic experience: Fun place and everybody was nice it was not packed and so nice and clean glad the seats are great it makes our time there so more comfortable everybody hates sitting in a hard plastic chair I feel that with comfortable seating people are much more patient in the waiting area 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved that the paperwork is all available online so I was able to print/pre fill everything and my appointment was punctual. Dr. Ashraf was thorough and open to discussing options/timelines for repairing any problems and any potential issues for the future. 100% recommend for all ages!

Fantastic experience: I found Aventura Dental online as I was searching for the best dentist for my special needs daughter, Aventura Dental really met every expectation. Negative experience: Horrible. I do not want anyone else to go through this. I already spoke to them and told them exactly how I feel. Instead of being a little understanding or even a tad apologetic. They were far from it. So my child had 4 cavities on her top front teeth. I was originally told that she would have 4 caps on them. We went in to see the "specialist" a few days ago. The specialist said that instead of the 4 caps, she would just do 1 cap and told me to start wiggling the others so they could come out sooner. Which I was fine with. They had me sign some papers with dental terminology I couldn't understand. They didn't bother to explain it to me either. I stupidly assumed that the specialist would do what we agreed on and signed the paper. Right after we got home from the procedure, we saw that they decided to just yank out 3 teeth. Without asking us at all. My child is missing 3 front teeth in a row. She was crying and asking me why she was missing teeth. My husband called them immediately. They said that I signed the papers regardless essentially. I realize that we're just another check to them. But this is my child. This is her life. Her smile changed drastically. She doesn't even sound the same anymore. I told them on the phone that they should have asked me!! I value things like tooth fairy memories, and that was taken away from us, too. They know, and I know that there is nothing I can do now. But what I will do is warn other parents of this possible outcome. I'm glad more teeth weren't taken or worse. This is a side note, but while I was in the waiting room, there was a small girl being seen in the back being pinned down, screaming BLOODY MURDER for at least 5 minutes. Very obviously terrified. The staff was unphased. My husband had to step outside because he was tempted to tell them something. That was the moment I should have walked out the door and never looked back. I am never coming here again. This is MY experience. I won't have them belittle my experience or my feelings about this again.
