Negative experience: I'm sorry, but i'm not understanding why these reviews are so positive.When they simply try to charge you five hundred dollars for each tooth.For extraction, I literally heard him.Tell another couple that each extraction is five hundred dollars came in and told me the same thing. And he said, the only reason is that much is because their emergency dental clinics

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! This was my first time ever coming to the dentist & they made me feel extremely comfortable. I was very nervous, but they put me at ease. I came in with severe tooth pain, & got my root canal that same night. I’m back a week later & Dr. Kwon had my permanent crown placed within 10min. It was painless & quick. Best customer service ever!! I would highly recommend to anybody & everybody.

Fantastic experience: I never leave reviews, but this root canal was so smooth I literally considered napping in the chair. The entire experience was painless … not just tolerable, but genuinely easy. The dentist was incredibly skilled, used equipment that kept my mouth open and dry the whole time, and even shaped the bite so perfectly I forgot I’d had work done. Woke up the next day with zero pain, barely any soreness, and full use of my bite. That has NEVER happened before. If you’re anxious about dental work, especially something major like a root canal… go here. This team made me believe in dentistry again.

Negative experience: It's been months since I last visited, past appointments were great with Dr. Qwon and then he told me I needed a root canal. when all I needed was to switch to a sensodyne toothpaste because the root of my tooth was showing. I went to a specialist to find out new information and go figure Dr.Qwon didn't even do the "ice test" nor the tapping. I clearly remember that he moved my tooth side to side while it was in pain and said "did that hurt? You see you need a root canal" so I definitely do not recommend after that experience. I'm pretty sure I didn't receive my deposit back for booking and canceling the same day (I asked for it)

Negative experience: This place is so good you can't even get an appointment. You have to wait months for a cleaning. I've been waiting since October 2024 for one of the ladies to call me and tell me how much my out of pocket was going to be for a dental procedure. Time to find a new dentist. Hopefully one with pleasant front desk help.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Davis and everyone in the office is amazing. They were patient, kind, and made me feel so comfortable while getting my cleaning and at second appointment for a filling. Negative experience: Dr Davis referred me to a specialist because he said he couldn't extract my tooth. The specialist ( Dr Sigalas) did a MRI and took xrays then told me they couldn't pull the tooth. They charged me $379. Shouldn't they see if the work could be done before they do the expensive mri? I called DFW back and they informed me that Dr Kwon could extract the tooth. He was very upset when he hit my nerve and I screamed out. They charged me $350. It was a bad experience all around. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I literally called 7 different places this morning & this is the only one who could get us in right away as a cash patient with a toothache without having to sit there all day to wait until we could be seen. We were in & out within an hour & my husband was able to go right back to work. Dr. Kwon was clear concise & straight to the point & we appreciate that so much! Thank yall so very much.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. The manager Sorayda was very welcoming and helpful as soon as I came in. I had the pleasure of having Kylie and Abby take care of me, they had amazing energy that allowed me feel comfortable through the entire process. The hygienist Paola and Dr. Davis were very kind and professional and their work was quick and efficient. This place and their staff are 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Excellent detail clinic. Went in for an exam and a cleaning. Dr. Davis conducted a thorough exam, was personable and made good recommendations. The dental hygienist who did my cleaning was superb ! Did not get her name ( duh), but she has the Midas touch - gentle firm, steady and thorough. With good explanations on how to slow and prevent my gum disease. The front office was very knowledgeable, and friendly. A tough thing to say for a pain chicken, but I enjoyed my cleaning and dental visit !

Negative experience: Dr Quan was supposed to do an extraction today Oct 26th. I have a bad infection in a motor. After he numbs me & has me wait approx 20 minutes, he comes back on the room & says he's going to give me 1 more injection. An assistant comes in and gets him to see another patient, he walks out & leaves me sitting there another 20+ minutes. I go to the front desk & he comes up there & proceeds to tell me that he has other patients & I could reschedule for during the week. What the hell??? I have been going to Dr. DAVIS for 20+ years. This "partner " of his just made him loose a long-time client. NOT to mention, the shots, were excruciating because of the infection & he tells me to reschedule!!!!! Dr Davis is EXCELLENT but His partner is not stating TRUE facts below Even when I called when I left his team member kept apologize for his behavior

Negative experience: This office sent me a letter telling me my dentist could no longer see me. I went by the office to request that they send my X-rays to my new dentist in a different office. That is when I learned that the doctor was renegotiating his contract with Medicare and that was why I was not being seen. Twice now I have been sent emails reminding me that I am overdue for my next appointment. Do they not realize that THEY canceled me!? I sent the an email the first time, now I am sharing this with you. Hope they like their new contract. I am no longer their patient. No more reminders, please.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service! My husband had excessive tooth pain and we came in at 9pm to have it looked at. Dr. Kwon was able to extract his tooth and he was in and out in no time. Ashely was extremely helpful and gave thorough instructions. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After moving back to Texas from Hawaii, first thing I did was schedule my next dental cleaning. 2018 was the last time I was seen in here and today still everything went so great from the staff, to the cleaning. Fantastic experience: Everyone here is very friendly and great. Dr Kwon and Yesenia were great did my treatment and temporary crown today and it was a very pleasant experience. I have a lot on anxiety when it comes to dentists and they took that away! He is now my general dentist going forward! Also when I came in for an emergency treatment over the weekend he explained my situation to me and referred me to Dr John Lee to get my root canal from 10+yrs ago retreated. Dr Lee and staff also provided a very pleasant experience. I’m very happy and satisfied with my treatments. Both highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My family has been coming here since the late 80’s/early 90’s as patients of Dr.Davis. I’ve been coming here since I was probably 7 years old, and I am now an adult on my own insurance plan. I would recommend for anyone who has dental anxiety. I always get a good thorough cleaning and the staff is always so nice and accommodating of my schedule.

Their office hours allow you to go after work and on weekends. My husband fears "the dentist" and is quite comfortable and trusting of them.

Fantastic experience: When I tell you I had to see a therapist over my past dentist visits, I mean it. When I came here I was in pain and desperate but a friend recommended this place based on comfort and price and she did not mislead me. I have never been happier with my teeth, it’s more than just a dentist for me it’s something that psychologically messed with me. Thank you Dr. Myoungsoo Kwon. I have never felt more confident in someone’s hands than I do in yours!

Negative experience: I had the misfortune of having work done on my mouth at DFW dental and the whole thing was a debacle. They performed a root canal and a crown on tooth #19. I recently found out the crown was seated incorrectly and that caused bacteria and leaking under the tooth that caused other problems. I will also have to have a bone graft done because of this. Long story, short, now I’m having to see a different dentist in another practice to correct their work. I am filing a complaint against the practice and the person who responded to this review because they don’t want me to share my experience. I have spoken to the office to try and remedy the situation.

Fantastic experience: I took my mom, who was visiting from out of town during the holidays. Recommended from one of my friends. Dr. Kwon was very kind and knowledgeable. He took care of my mom's issue, and when she returned to her hometown and visited her dentist, they confirmed that the treatment was well done. Thank you, Dr. Kwon! Fantastic experience: I had a veneer break off on a Sunday morning, the day before leaving to NYC for a week. Dr. Kwon and his staff were able to schedule me that afternoon with no hesitation so I drove an hour to his office. Dr. Kwon was able to place a temporary veneer over my tooth until it can be replaced with a permanent veneer. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me that the veneers that I currently have are outdated and educated me (not in a condescending way but in a- I genuinely care way) on new, stronger veneers that are currently being used. I will definitely be going back to him to replace all of my veneers! Also, everyone in the office was very sweet and helpful! If you need a new dentist or an emergency dentist Dr. Kwon is simply amazing!

Negative experience: Dr Larry Davis excellent in the other hand Dr Myoungsoo Kwon with whom I have issues communicating with made me upper denture that I wasn’t able to use wasn’t able to correct the fitting of my denture instead he reimburse my money back.

Fantastic experience: If I could leave 10 stars I would... my husband had a very difficult root canal (due to some bad work done years ago in Mexico) done today by Dr. Kwon who did an AMAZING job! Dr. Kwon thought he might need to refer us to a specialist it was so difficult but he kept trying to do it and was successful. Way to go Dr. Kwon!!! He placed two temporary crowns as well and they look fabulous! Dr. Kwon stayed after hours in order to finish us up. Above and beyond great client service for us. Do not hesitate to go to this wonderful Dentist for any need as they also do implants as well as general dentistry. Their office staff was nice as well. Great experience for us today! Thanks again.

My teeth required a lot of work in the early years but he got everything taken care of and I have no teeth issues now. I’ve started taking better care of my teeth so I just for cleanings twice a year. My last was today, 12/7/22, my Dental Hygienist complimented me on how well I take care of my teeth.
