Fantastic experience: Dr Jason Ericson is a talented dentist and a terrific human. I’ve lived in some great towns, but never had a better dentist than here in the DFW Metroplex.

Fantastic experience: Thankful to have found Dr Erickson. He and his staff are absolutely phenomenal, kind and patient. The office is great and comfortable as well. I am wary of doctors pushing treatments or procedures that may not really be necessary and that was never the case with Dr Erickson nor the surgeon he referred me to for implant. The staff really cares about the patients, are always on time with my appointments and I never feel rushed. Dr Erickson is always in a great mood and everyone is a joy to meet. Even though they are a bit far for me, I’m not going to even bother looking for an alternative that is closer.

And, if you're squeamish about anesthetic shots - worry not! They have a special magic gel to begin the numbing process, and you won't feel a THING, promise! Fantastic experience: Worth Every Penny – Even Out of Network! Dr. Erickson in Irving is hands-down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He’s not in my insurance network, but he is absolutely worth every penny. I recently tried another in-network dentist for a crown, and it was a huge mistake. My jaw, face, and mouth were sore afterward — the exact opposite experience I consistently have with Dr. Erickson. Dr. Erickson and his staff are exceptionally gentle, explain every step of what they’re doing, and truly care about you as a whole person. They always ask about me and my family, and they make the entire visit feel easy and personal. When it comes to shots, Dr. Erickson uses a gentle vibration technique and you almost don’t even realize you’re getting an injection — no pain, no anxiety. His office is also extremely clean, efficient, and professional. Another thing I love: no long waits. I’ve never waited more than five minutes before being seen. If you want a dentist who is skilled, gentle, and genuinely cares, go see Dr. Erickson. I won’t trust my teeth to anyone else!

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience ever! It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist and a coworker recommended Erickson when I was asking around. Cheryl was my hygienist and went above and beyond in explaining every step of their new patient exam and how to find the best course of action to get my teeth back to their best condition. Was super nervous going in and want put at ease immediately.

Negative experience: This place used to be amazing with contacting patients! Now if you don't respond to text messages you are SOL!!! And a $54 balance will get your appointment cancelled & a $100 cancellation fee bill sent via text message!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Erickson is the best dentist I’ve ever met in 20 years. He is honest, trustworthy and compassionate. The way he bonded the chip on my front tooth was like a work of art.
