Fantastic experience: Dr Lee and all of her staff are wonderful. The environment is chill enough that you’re not terrified to be at the dentist. Dr. Lee is very warm and welcoming. They are very thorough and have updated dental equipment. Budget options and dental insurance coverage are discussed with no pressure. They let you know what’s happening in your mouth and what would be best for your overall dental care and appearance. I really enjoy this dental office. The cost is comparatively less expensive than other areas of Irving, which is a huge bonus.

I am cavity prone because of my weakened immune system - which means I keep her business - but, I also LOVE that she knows me by name, she CARES ABOUT ME, and laughs with me!! Fantastic experience: Had an incredible cleaning today with hygienist Danielle. I had an extensive cleaning done due to failed cleanings from a prior office I was going to (and a bit of laziness on flossing) and I couldn’t be happier. Not only was I educated on my gums and the layers of my teeth, but I was also able to see how much wasn’t being done by the other dentist I was seeing. Thank you again and I anticipate Dr. Lees office now being my home dentist

Fantastic experience: The doctor explained the treatment needed and verified the treatment to be done at that visit. I was not pressured to immediately have additional needed treatment completed before I am ready to have it done. Dentures are completed sooner than expected. They fit almost perfectly at first try and they look great. None of the pain or discomfort of fitting multiple times Dr Lee got it right the first time.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Rana Lee! Love the fact that it is a small office and she has a very personable staff, Always kind and caring. My husband's last appointment they were running about an hour behind and they called him and told him they were running late and asked if he wanted to come in an hour later so he didn't have to sit in the waiting room. That was extremely appreciated and a service you do not see too much anymore. Most Dr's would just let you come in and sit and wait.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lee and her staff are always friendly and thorough. I am in the process of getting 3 implants, which also requires an extraction and bone graft. I am thrilled this is a one stop shop and I don’t have to see separate offices for the surgical vs dental care vs crown placement. Dr. Lee was clear in her treatment plan what all phases will be. I’ve gone through the first phase of getting the implant base inserted in my jaw. Dr. Lee is so gentle, I had no soreness, bruising or pain after all the drilling and I was able to eat that first night. My dental hygienist and I developed a real rapport since I started with this practice. I am making payments with each visit and have spoken with the staff on the breakdown of each phase of the process. The staff have been patient with me in explains the fees each time I come in. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and her team

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Lee for 25 years. I had a back molar break off at the gum line yest.total I called at 11:00AM they offered to take me as a workin at 1:30 since I live a hour away. Dr Lee went over what she felt to be the best plan for me. She injected a pain killer in my gums. She had the remaining tooth extracted and I was out of the office by 2:45. If you are looking for a good dentist I would suggest you try her. She has a office in Irving as well as another in McKinney.

Negative experience: Very expensive. 7181.00 for bottom partial with insurance. Leaving me with 4,665.00 to pay out of pocket. Not well for retired person. Not including upper dentures. I was astonished. I will be moving on.and on . Until I find a dentist that I can afford. Good luck all.
