Fantastic experience: We’ve been bringing our son here since he was 3 years old and he’s now 8. An amazing staff and doctor. They take care of us very well. The wait can be long, but we don’t mind for outstanding care!!

Negative experience: Waisted my time because staff does not communicate important information. I scheduled an appointment for my son and upon arriving they were trying to bill be upfront. My son has a new insurance and I was not aware of these changes. Had they communicated with me ahead of time I would of been able to make prior arrangements. The staff straight up lied and said they called and were unable to leave a voice mail. I know this is a lie because I have no missed calles from Rio Dental and my voicemail is set up to receive messages. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: As a patient with severe dental anxiety, this office was very accommodating and soothing. Dr. Torres and his staff are amazing. Front and ladies are very courteous and the dental technician is also very professional and kind. I highly recommend as they are also very much accommodating to children.

Fantastic experience: This is a very kid friendly environment. They have Diseny characters all over the inside where one is checked at to make them feel comfortable, and then a t.v. at the top just to watch whatever they request!! The staff is always kind and smiling. Also, all my children go here and love looking at fish in the tank.

Negative experience: Over the course of 6 years, they have lost their customer service to attentive detail. Front office staff requests you sign things for “billing” when you don’t need to sign for gas treatments. The way they call patients to the back has went down hill, with only one X-ray machine you would assume they would be quicker on how they utilize your time and the time of the waiting patients and family. Additionally, they will spam you with texts and voice calls until you confirm sometimes less is more.

Negative experience: My mom had to go through a bad experience and waited for over 1 hour and 12 minutes and they had to reschedule for another time and they wasted my mom's time and only talked to the doctor for 2 minutes that visit wasn't good

Fantastic experience: Great clinic for the kids! Rosa, Mara, Brianna were amazing with my kiddos! I highly recommend for the family! Edit: This clinic doesn’t have the same staff, doctors, assistants so this time around our wait time was ridiculous. Waited a whole hour and 15 minutes for a quick 2 minute visit! Very upsetting. Plan to be here longer and plan for an empty calendar day.. today’s visit was not good at all!

Negative experience: They messed up my front tooth and didn’t even fix it. They said they will fix it never did and told me to go to other dentals and they would tell me to come back to rio and they still don’t fix it. why would i want to give you all my name after you all messed my tooth up! you all are not professional at all!

Negative experience: The waiting time at this place is crazy.they give you an appoinment at 10 20 to se you at 12.wr are already busy moms when I asked the front office about the delay, she just ignore me. VERY RUDE personal.
