She helped me through dental work at her previous office, and when I found out she had relocated, I actually searched for her because I trusted her that much. She is simply the best. She took away the fear and anxiety I had about dental procedures by thoroughly explaining every step of the process and making sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her genuine care, patience, and professionalism make all the difference. She has a special way of making you feel welcomed, valued, and confident that you’re in excellent hands. I completely trust her and the quality of care she provides. My son and I have had a wonderful experience at The Dental Place and have been patients there for a few years. We are truly going to miss Dr. Maxey. While we know his decision was not an easy one, it doesn’t make saying goodbye any easier. He has been an incredible dentist, and we are so grateful for the care and kindness he has shown our family. I am very glad to hear that the office staff - including the front desk staff, hygienists, and dental assistants will still be there. She made both of us feel at ease throughout the visit. Every employee we interacted with—from the front desk staff to the hygienist (Arely)—was friendly and professional. The office itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made the environment even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: The Dental place has lost 4 long time patients! I was a patient of the Dental Place for over 30 yrs. I brought my husband and children to see them as well. We were initially patients of Dr Novak, who was exceptional in every way. Then patients of Dr Maxey. They both took excellent care of us. However, I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the Staff! As a previous poster mentioned, they prefer fees over retaining loyal long time patients. In 30 yrs I was never late for an appointment nor did I ever no show an appointment. For one of my appointments I left a voicemail message letting them know that I would not be able to make it, and was charged a $40 No Show fee anyway. The worse part is that they charged my Son for it during his appointment (which was refunded to him after he questioned them). However, they did not initially disclose to him what the fee was for. VERY underhanded and deceptive! I originally was not going to leave a negative review, but after what happened at my son’s appointment, I couldn’t let it go. Neither my self nor my family will be returning!

Fantastic experience: If I could leave 6 stars I would. Rebecca is the most through hygienist I’ve had by far. Dr. Min treats his his patients in a way to correct and heal versus unnecessary treatments. I live 45 minutes away and will always make the drive for this type of care. The entire staff is so helpful. I couldn’t be more grateful for finding The Dental Place.

Dr Min gave me thorough explanation and answered all my questions. He gave me compassionate and conservative plan of action to minimize future dental issues without unnecessary procedures. Fantastic experience: So Dr Maxey was wonderful but unfortunately he had to retire. The husband and wife team that he chose for his replacements though are absolutely wonderful. I got Dr Anna Lee and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Didn't feel the deadening needle at all and when I required more novocaine she went above and beyond to make sure that I was fully deadened. Very very satisfied. Inside explanation but her "cheese enchiladas" are phenomenal

Fantastic experience: I have used Doc. Maxey for years. Yesterday he had to perform a tooth extraction. That tooth had a root canal and crown that was done by another DDS. The tooth was too far gone to save. Doc. Maxey removed it with little pain involved, and post op pain,discomfort was kept do to just one Advil.
