Fantastic experience: Love this office shout out to Ari and Emily they were so helpful. Chadia and Dr. Broadway were stupendous!! Answered all my questions and helped me as much as they could.
Fantastic experience: I went to the Grand Prairie location I wanna start off with the front desk. They have such a great vibe and welcoming spirit. Then in the back the DA’s and Dr make the appointment go extremely smooth. X ray process was fast and easy. Then Dr makes sure to fully explain the process and answers any questions you have. I would definitely recommended this location to more family members and to the public.

Negative experience: If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am still waiting for a callback from the office manager to schedule an appointment. Refuse to schedule appointment states I would need to speak with office manager it’s been two days no callback and when I reach out they’re busy last time I spoke with the finance guy and he looked at my records and payments and got me right in, I’m private pay and I’ve spent entirely too much money to be treated like this, I thought once they changed staff it would get better but it seems worse unprofessional and rude!!! I understand I have a balance, not a big one compared to what I’ve paid up front. I owe about $400-500 remaining on balance over $30,000 paid and dentures have broken multiple times. Yes the product they advertise the most a beautiful smile only last so long it’s been 2 years and they’ve broken numerous times!!! First was within a month of completion. So it’s been about 3 weeks since last repair and and yes I made a payment then so the fact that they have broken again most places would schedule you and let you know what you owe and keep it moving, because you know if you don’t pay when you get there you won’t make it to the back but not this place.

Princess was the best, and I can't remember the dentist name but he was great too. As soon as I get my finances together I'll definitely be back to get my dental work done. Fantastic experience: I am one of those people who have a serious fear of going to the dentist because of bad experiences, but I knew that I needed work done on my teeth because my dental problems were effecting my health so, I decided to try one more time. I saw a commercial about Aspen Dental and when I got the nerves, I went on line and made an appointment. I was very nervous going in for my first appointment and was amazed at how comfortable they made me feel, from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out. I went in for my extractions yesterday and Dr. Broadway and the rest of the staff were awesome. He had to extract all of my teeth and to my surprise, I felt no pain during the whole process which took no time at all. The fear and nervousness disappeared and, I walked out with my temporary dentures. Sometimes it takes bad experiences in order to feel a good one; Aspen changed my fear of going to the dentist and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks go out to the staff and doctor for a job well done and for giving me back my smile. Oh, I also have to say that the patients were also very friendly and talkative. All I can say is check them out and I promise you that they will take away any fear or negative thoughts you may have towards dentists. WAY TO GO Aspen!!!!!

Negative experience: I decided to go Aspen since it is close to my house and new office for 2026. Initial experience with Emily then Princess was great. From there it went down fast. Waited for dentist Broadway to come. Once he arrived, he showed me all Xray, images and started telling me all these works I need in my mouth. I listened. I share a concern about grinding teeth and needing mouth guard or help with that. After he shared all these works, I need done, he left and wanted me to wait in a room for office manager to come. Waited 30 minutes. At that point I realized this is about making money, recommending all kind of services, not listening and making it easy and accommodating to patient. Finally, sat with the lady at the front desk, she said we have several financing options. With all work you need over $7K. I agreed on deep cleaning and laser cleaning paid over $1400 then. Another thing was wrong on first visit, left side of my mouth had cleaning. I was told we will do right side next appointment with rest of the treatment. In my entire adult life, I never had teeth cleaned one side only one appointment then had to go back. I scheduled second appointment for last Thursday. After 30min wait, a lady opened door and called my name. I followed her to a room. She never introduced herself or said she is the other hygienist. I sat down she started getting her equipment and tray ready. Then she said she is about to start. I said, "are you going to work in my mouth?" she said yes ma'am. I said what happened to Princess. Princess heard me and came in. I know she could tell I was disappointed. Princess explained that Sonia is the other hygienist and if it's ok, she ll do it. Otherwise, she can do it. At that point I am already in chair and ready with Sonia. Sonia did I think what Princess was supposed to finish. Again, front desk staff is nice and Princess is great. But Dr. Broadway and money hungry approach will not let me go back. After I am done with my cleaning. My initial visit, with left side of my mouth cleaned only took 3 hours which was too long.
Negative experience: When I got to Aspirin dental I was told I didn't have an appointment and I had to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and was told another patient was before me. I rescheduled the appointment. I was very disappointed I drove 16 miles for my appointment.

Negative experience: Stay away from this place. I took my 82-year-old grandfather in for a simple tooth extraction—one tooth, that’s it. Instead of just doing their job, they kept trying to upsell him on extra stuff he didn’t ask for. They had him sitting in the back for hours, doing nothing, while he repeatedly told them he was only there for the extraction. And the response? “That’s part of the job.” No, it’s not. If I’m paying you, you work for me—so do what I’m asking you to do, nothing more. This felt shady from start to finish, like they were trying to run up a bill or pull some kind of insurance game. Don’t be fooled by those 4 star reviews. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly just sad. ♂️

From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. Negative experience: I ended up making an appointment here due to the ice storm and my own dentist being unavailable. They came up as a dental office that addressed dental emergencies. I was headed out of the country, and had to catch a flight in four hours and my permanent crown had fallen out. I was simply requesting it to be temporarily put back in until I could make it to my own dentist. After multiple x-rays, pictures, the hygienist and dentist came with their suggestions. I was very clear from the beginning that I had my own dentist. After listening to them and their attempt to upsell, I was then told they would be unable to address the issue I came in for since they were unsure if I would be coming back to them or following up. I understand X-rays to assess the situation, but it seemed more like a thorough assessment(which I did not request) with unnecessary procedures since I was clear that I had my own dentist that I see every six months and this was just for an emergency, as opposed to a problem focused assessment that I assumed would occur during an emergency appointment. Either way, seems as if they could have told me sooner that they would be unable to help me. Their staff was nice, but their website and service is very misleading.

Jalliyah exhibited a remarkable degree of compassion, a quality not consistently encountered in discussions concerning medical expenses. Her dedication enabled us to secure the emergency procedure for the following morning and establish a treatment plan that aligned with my family's financial parameters.

Fantastic experience: Look, let me just share with you guys about my experience with Aspen Dental. I had 4 tooth taken out all at the same time. I’m not going to lie, I was a little hesitant n nervous but Dr. Ali n her Assistant Ariana made sure I was properly numb up n made sure I felt no pain. Dr. Ali talk me through out the procedures, step by step. After it was done, I didn’t feel no pain at all! Dr. Ali n Ariana did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place for dental. Negative experience: today I had a 12 o’clock appointment I got there five minutes after there was no one at the front desk to check me in. after waiting almost 45 minutes someone comes to me and says can I come back later because the doctors have went to lunch. I’m like I drove 40 minutes to get here for my appointment I can’t come back I can reschedule. am I making a big deal out of it?
Fantastic experience: Wow, wow, I was impressed with the entire team at Aspen Dental in Grand Prairie of the 161, the level of professionalism and courtesy they displayed, 5 stars and more to each and every staff, I don't remember their names but everyone I came in contact with showed love and care for you, they didn't treat you like a customer but like family. I was so impressed that as soon as I went back to work I recommended them, not to Aspen Dental in general but that specific location because I want them to experience the same experience I had not that the others aren't as good but I'll never know that because I don't think I'll get the chance to visit any other and for those reasons I keep going back and back and back. Negative experience: They wanted me to pay almost 10,000$ just to clean my teeth and only cleaning my teeth I went to another place and it was cheaper and they did better so they need to low prices.

Fantastic experience: My visit. Was great. The Doctor was very kind. You tried to help me as much as you possibly could. And the staff was very good and kind and unhelpful. So I'm glad I went and but I have to have surgery. And she gave me a referral to that and then I go back to her after it's done. So I'm very happy with them.\n Everybody should try them.
Fantastic experience: I came into the office after searching for what felt Iike an eternity but much to my surprise and despite some hurdles they found a way to help make my Christmas season feel bright! The staff was amazing and delivered top tier service! I highly recommend this location and it's warm and inviting atmosphere.
Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist however Aspen Dental Grand Prairie made me feel at ease and comfortable. Kristin was so patient with me during my X-rays . Princess the Hygienist was so kind and sweet explaining my X-rays and plan of care. Dr. Broadway was very chilled and knowledgeable explaining the dental issues I had. Last but definitely not least the Finance Queen Jalliyah was the absolute best she found a plan that worked for me and made me feel like we’ve known each other forever. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dental practice in a long time

Fantastic experience: This was my best experience at the dentist ever! From front desk to chair, and back again, I was comforted and given detailed explanations from each person that worked with me today. This team is not only knowledgeable, but extremely soothing and most of all patient. I was reassured consistently and I appreciate all their different payment options. It’s almost like they care about you and actually want to help you! I know that’s hard to come by in today’s society, especially in healthcare. So if you’re looking for a new dental team, please look no further, they’re all right here at Aspen, Grand Prairie!
Negative experience: Do not waste your time or money here. My insurance covered $16,000 worth of dental work and I’ve financed about $6,000 of dental work myself. That included two periodontal cleanings, 2 extractions, and 6 root canals (all at the front). I don’t know why they didn’t do a bridge or denture then. 3 of the root canals have failed and I’ve swallowed those teeth. I keep getting temporary crowns for those spots until I can pay to have something else done. One Dr there wanted to do posts for those 3 crowns then wanted to do a bridge. The next Dr that came in wanted to do the posts. The current Dr wants to do an implant for each tooth. They do not listen to me when I tell them no I’m not doing that, I need dentures. I’ve spent to much time and money to really be in a worse position than the previous time I’ve gone in. And each time with the temporary crowns, yes I know they’re temporary, but they look terrible. They usually give me the Steve Harvey which you can see on the video I post, today with two of the temporary crowns they did they gave my the Dr Seuss book shelf.
Fantastic experience: Jalliyah was absolutely amazing. She walked by and caught me standing in the waiting area pacing the floor, so anxious and overwhelmed. She immediately showed concern and instantly I felt comfort she showed she genuinely cared. She actively listened to my concerns and made me feel so much better with each response.You know the dentist office can be a scary place, but not here at Aspen. Jalliyah assisted with financing and a treatment plan and now I get to keep my beautiful smile.

Negative experience: Office staff does not answer phone or call back. I tried scheduling an appointment to get my teeth cleaning, over the past 2 weeks, I left voicemails but no call backs. After trying so long I finally get someone to answer just to be told they could not schedule my teeth cleaning this week. I have my wedding this week and wanted a clean set of teeth, had they answered my call sooner I could have been scheduled to get the cleaning done on time. I used to love this place, Dr. Uliani was the best, his staff at the time was great, they all knew me and would greet me by name when I walked in.
