Fantastic experience: Amazing dentists, great staff, I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office

Fantastic experience: I love this establishment! Always a warm welcoming from the front to the back. Dr. Daniels is one of the best, she listens to your concerns and delivers the best service. She has a great team behind her. The front receptionist, DJ , is the best up there. She tries and finds every best way possible to make sure you’re able to get the service that you need. DJ doesn’t stop until she gets the answers you need. I give them a hard time just as much as they give me a hard time, but it’s all love. This is the place you want to be!

Fantastic experience: I am an person who is adverse to go to the Dentist. The Smile Lounge has completely changed that for me. They are professional, always on time and extremely friendly. The office definitely gives me a soft, cozy lounge feel and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting... exactly what I need.

They made it very easy for me to be confident in my choice for coming in. Once I went back Ms. Brooks, the hygienist took her time to explore and explain my concerns and needs. Which was absolutely outstanding! Then once the dentist Dr. Daniels came in, she definitely closed the deal for me to make the Smile Lounge my new home for me and my family! Thank You

And they moved like they actually wanted to help, they didnt try to force a plan i didnt agree with, the heard all my concerns, they walked me through everything. Positive experience: I sought out a female African-American dentist for my dental care because I felt like she would understand and take care of me even though I have major deteriorated gum issues from self neglect, Back story: Past experiences with dentists have not been pleasant. One dentist that I drove 45 miles to go see on a coworker's recommendation, extracted a tooth that didn't need to be pulled, also breaking the bone. Another gave me a sedative during pregnancy that nearly stopped my heart. So, I stopped going to the dentist out of fear. The Smile Lounge dental assistant was professional, understanding, and encouraging. "We're glad you're here now and we're going to help get you back healthy where you need to be," she said. The dentist... not so much. She had a disappointed look on her face and it was evident in her verbal expressions after seeing the oral images. She had this scowl and look of disgust. The regimen of treatments was more than my insurance plan would cover and I could not afford it out of pocket. I asked the dentist if she would at least do a deep clean. To which she said a cold, "No!" I felt humiliated and very disappointed. I've tried to take care of everyone and everything else, but have neglected my ownself, especially my oral care.

They told me about some problems in my mouth but I put those issues aside. Those issues came back and I had to go to SL to get them fixed. When I tell you Dr Daniels and Shelby Double Dutched in my mouth and got me together.. They are a great team.. Dr Daniels Is very understanding and keeps it real with you.. Fantastic experience: Although I haven’t gotten any dental work completed yet, the team is wonderful. It rained on the day I received my consultation and I don’t bring in my umbrella from my car. One of the amazing receptionist (I apologize for not remembering your name) used her own umbrella to walk me to my car. She didn’t just walk me half way but all of the way and was thoroughly respectful and went above and beyond. There was another receptionist that explained every single question I had and also went above and beyond. The dentist was truly welcoming, sweet and knowledgeable. The dentists even asked about the book I was reading. Everyone at this location has incredible customer service skills and I thank you all for that. Please keep up the amazing service and continue thriving for success!

Negative experience: The cleaning was ok. The office music is extremely loud. The person that didi my xray was more concerned abiut speed than my comfort despite me telling her that I have TMJ and can not open my mouth that wide. The dentist was pleasent but failed to address my main concern of TMJ despite it being listed as conditions treated. Overall, not worth the $200.

Fantastic experience: My initial visit to the office coincided with their fifth anniversary celebration. The decor displayed throughout the office was stunning. There was a delightful assortment of food, mocktails, a photo booth, and gift bags. In addition, the office's overall aesthetic of the office were both charming and stylish. The personnel were exceptionally attentive and courteous. When I was invited to the back, the staff provided a thorough explanation of each stage of the visit. I was never left uncertain or guessing about the subsequent steps or the actions being taken. To further enhance the experience, many of the machines utilized also provided information on their upcoming operations. This is truly the best dental office I have ever visited!
