Fantastic experience: Extractions went smoothly with the oral surgery team. Didn’t feel any pain and he was super nice!!!

Fantastic experience: The doctor and hygienist were so nice, soft spoken and gentle. They made me want to come back to the dentist in 6 months. If you need anything done they work with you for payment plans and all the staff are very welcoming.

Negative experience: All I have to say is invest in keeping the office clean and presentable for your customers. Aspen dental wants to pull your teeth out with mold on the walls. $600 for one tooth to be pulled out. No thanks

Fantastic experience: I started looking for new dentures. My first set was a nightmare. My second set was a lot better experience but I'm ready for a third and to me it's kind of a nightmare. So when I had chipped the tooth and called around found out they did repairs fast. I decided to give Aspen a try. Well I was greeted by Ashley and she did my x-rays and she's like how you feeling today and I said well you know she was genuine and made me feel like she did care most the time when you tell people this it's just like how's your day going. They don't care so you ask questions and I appreciate that. I highly recommend it

She was incredibly kind, professional, and patient, which really helped ease my nerves especially with the X-ray which can be uncomfortable. Negative experience: I don’t usually make reviews but after my visit I think I should share what I personally felt and experienced. I had an appointment at 3:30pm today and thy didn’t take me back for x-rays until nearly 4pm. After that process thy sat me down in a chair for an additional 30 minutes waiting on the dentist an hygienist. First the dentist came and did their thing and then I waited quite some time for the hygienist. When they finally showed up they didn’t even clean my teeth. I was in there for more than an hour even though I could hear so many people joking and laughing in the back. The overall cleanliness was idk sub par for a place like this. After the whole process they lead me to a payment lady (sorry don’t know her name). But it felt like she was pushing me to select a payment option for future appointments. She gave me a very high estimate with a bunch of things I didn’t need or even wanted. After I told her no she asked me to fill out a review to put future customers at ease and it felt as if she was pushing for good reviews and pushing the idea of friendly staff an a nice place. Idk in summary things just felt a bit off here, little dirty, little pushy, and overall slightly uncomfortable.

Negative experience: Appointment at 330 for extreme tooth pain, some guy with an Appointment at 345 checked in right behind me and got called first before me... took an xray of tooth and told I have deep cavity and needs pulled. Then told me to leave because, and I quote, "we don't have anyone who can pull teeth here" NOBODY TO PULL TEETH AT A DENTIST OFFICE!?!? 0/5 if possible

I had a lot of anxiety but was promptly seen in the morning and by the afternoon I had surgery to remove my wisdom teeth which had been causing much pain. Fantastic experience: I came as an advocate for my 84 year old mother who was having new dentures made. Her original set didn’t fit her face/jaw properly and so she developed a problem with TMJ and bad headaches. The staff, particularly Lab Tech Kassy and Eman worked patiently with us to fine tune the model to more closely resemble her natural teeth and give her face more structure while considering the fit for her jaw. Kassy kept working and making adjustments and went above and beyond to make sure she was happy! We are very grateful.

Negative experience: These are the worst dentures I have ever had. The last time I got my dentures from them they were good. Must have different staff now. Because these are terrible!

Negative experience: Had an appointment at 3:30. Got there around 3:15. Waited until around 4 30 for them to even call my name. Took xrays and had to wait almost another hour for the dentist. The financial lady couldn't tell me anything regarding price with my insurance and seemed as if she was trying to rush me out of the door. I can see why they have so many available openings as they treat you fairly poorly. Will not be returning.

Negative experience: Although everyone was nice and it was efficient. They told me my surgery would not be covered by my insurance (which sent me to Aspen) because they contract out for surgeons. therefore my surgery would be $6000 with $300 out of pocket today. I paid the $300 and set up a payment plan then got a call that i would have to pay $600 more out of pocket to do it at a different location due to me needing surgery done on a friday. Absolutely disgusting. will not be going back or recommending them to anyone.

Negative experience: Assured me my ins was accepted and after xrays informed me I wasn't covered and it would be 6k+ waste of time

Negative experience: took 20-30 minutes to see me while there was only one other person other than me there, took x-ray pictures of my teeth, after that i waited 30-50 minutes till someone came to see me and they only looked at my teeth, didn’t clean them, then gave me a $4,000 quote for what i needed done (with insurance) and then proceeded to say that if i go get a root canal it would max out my insurance.

Negative experience: This place looks dirty and very slow on how people get there to help. Maybe they need more people. Didn't feel clean. The inside need to be refreshed. Im going to find another dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I had seeked out a dental place a couple months ago while electing my benefits, knowing I would not visit for about 3 or 4 months. An emergency has come up and I had to go sooner than expected. Doctor V was great listening to my unusual concerns and she explained things well. The rest of the staff was very friendly and empathetic to my situation. The office manager was very helpful with contacting my ENT to work the priority ans scheduling of two surgeries I have to have. So far I am very impressed and look forward to the rest of my oral care.
